Unfortunally, after the technician left the company (Richard), the service in our area (Placentia) suffer. Yesterday I scheduled a treatment for Friday from 8-12:00 PM and nobody show up or call to let us know that they are not coming. I called after 12 PM and they confirmed that the technician was scheduled for today (James). I rescheduled for following Friday. If nobody show up, I will look for another company.

Ok. So Steve D. Came out to my house today for a quote. He was wonderful. Actually cared about his job and his customer. Gave us wonderful advice. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Steve. Wish more people would care about their job like you do!

07/03/20 Had an appt for them to show up between 8am-10am for fumigation estimate/inspection. 10:30am still no show, called and they lied and said it was 8am-11am. 11:15am still no show..So i cancelled! Plenty other companies who want work and business, these guys surely dont!

Looks like a good place to work. Diverse workplace,everyone works efficiently and theres multiple diversity. Friendly and helpful people with an intelligent,friendly and insightful gorgeous woman doing interviews,didnt hurt either. Id like to work for this company.

Very bad quality company and service, I use them for interior pest control, and they use their office in Chino, they do one time service for 246$, and with one month guarantee, if still there’s activity to control again free, I see spiders and ants, and call after 2 weeks, they schedule to come after 3 weeks but they didn’t do, trying many times but they didn’t respond, the customer service representatives is very rude, I think it’s kind of one time trapping, I don’t recommend this company to any one

I call them to kill the rodents and cockroaches in my house.They came once and kept charging me every month for more than a year.They dont even came in the house, how can they kill the rodents and cockroaches in my house? They charged me for management.

We have been paying for a service that is so difficult to receive. Ive called 5 times now in the last two weeks trying to get someone scheduled to come out and all I ever get is someone will be calling shortly . I will be canceling service with them. They clearly do not care about their clients and the technicians do not care to service homes. Take your business elsewhere.

I have used Western for years. I love the service and the service personnel. My only issue is that their quarterly service goes up in price EVERY SINGLE YEAR. At this rate, I wont be able to keep them into my retirement years. :-(
