First off, I picked Treebark because of the overwhelming positive reviews they received online. I can only review the Punctually portion of this review, as the inspector never showed. I made the appointment online and was allowed to pick the person as well as the time. I chose Robert Richards for a 10:00 appointment. I took the morning off from work to be available and waited and waited for Robert to show. Not only did he not show up, I received No call. I finally called the company at 11:00. I wasted a morning of work for nothing!!! Disappointed and frustrated!!! Not sure why the ratings were so favorable.

I love that the treatments Treebark uses are natural and DONT require you to pack up all of the food, medicine, cosmetics, and houseplants, and leave your home for days! We were able to just take our dogs on an adventure for an afternoon and come home to a house free of pests. Jeff handled our inspection and gave us great insight to the type of pests we had as well as why they were in our home, he also was clear and left us with great information on the Treebark process.I highly recommend Treebark for ALL of your insect pest control.

I do not recommend them just because they have been posting unauthorized charges to our bank account even though their techs are ok. Administration is lacking professionalism and we never received an official receipt for their services when I requested one. The owner should recruit responsible accounting people.

The staff is friendly and helpful but my only gripe is that it took forever to set a date for them to come in the afternoon. You would think that because most people work that they would be more accommodating to coming in the early afternoon. It took about 5 different times of repeating myself that I couldnt do it any earlier than 3 pm but once they were able to come out they were friendly and got the job done quick.

At long last these dreadful bugs are no more!!!The services which these guys provided was really very brisk and the professional. Just signed up with Treebark, but could not have had a better experience thus far. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time on the phone following up on the estimate to make sure I understood, was honest, and even tried to explain that I may still be covered under a previous companys warranty (due to new work, I was not). Terrible. I called them back multiple times and they did almost nothing. I still have termites and roaches. They blamed the roaches must come from my neighbors. It costed me about $2,000 for the treatments. I wish them no harm, I just want them to be sincere.

I love the fact they hire the disabled as I know having down syndrome must be a check box on most applications found in the trash. I would rate 3 stars but the service technician who comes also cleans the windows (not sure if supposed to or just retarded) so I dont want to hurt his feelings. I usually have to clean the windows after words for real with a rag because the spit he uses doesnt work well but the effort is there.

We lived with them for many years. They became like family to us. If we ever wanted to get that grade A from the state we would need to get rid of the rats and termites. We contacted these guys and they offered us a free inspection for termites and Pest Control. We found them to be very reasonable in price and very thorough.

Robert was great in responding and following up to explain what needs to be done. He worked with us on the quote he had given us. I would have given it 5, if his technician did all he had to do. He couldnot find an access to get under the house for the soil termite treatment and my tenant had to let me know; otherwise I would have never known. When I brought it to Robert’s attention, he apologized and we made an appointment and it was done. As far as it the treatment was effective, it’s too early to say. I would use them again.

I would give this place a 0 if they had 0 to select. After reading all these great reviews,I emailed them from an ad they emailed me and other agents. I thought i had set up an appt. but no, it was not confirmed then I confirmed it for the next day Feb. 1, very good. They came out did inspection then I never heard from them again, no report, no phone call nothing. I call the number on the confirmation email and they tell me they will email it to me right then that was 2 days ago and nothing. If this is a local company, something wrong with the system you are using. But I have sent several emails asking for my report and to give escrow information with no response. i am calling another company and starting all over.In response to yours, I did leave messages on the cell number I had, left messages on the office line and sent numerous emails. Also, I did check spam as I know that can happen, the report showed up shortly after this post, but I had already called someone else. Also nothing ever came in the mail at all, so not sure who supposedly did all that, but on my end it never happened before this post.

I split the down payment for a property on Huntington beach with a close friend of mine. After doing lots of research I agreed that turning it into an air bnb would be a wise investment that would definitely pay off well over time. Got the place at a great bargain but later realized during the upgrade process that it was infested with termites!! Was mad for a bit but later got over it when I realized it could be fixed. Most places I called in the area couldnt come out right away and they charged a fee just to look at things. Whaaaa?? A fee to look at things to access cost? Seemed weird. This business came out at no charge and gave a solid quote which was agreed on and got to work right away. I had my friend in Cali monitor everything. I double checked with him and they got rid of the problem completely within a week. They had to spray and kill everything a few times. Just one time charge and that included the follow up visits. Great service that saved a really bad situation.
