John the technician showed up early in the morning and informed me of the service he was scheduled to perform. He explained what was to take place. He was professional and presentable. He even had his work shoes shined, which was impressive. He proceeded to wear booties and a mask while he did his task. He kindly notified when he was done and asked if I had any questions. (I did not have questions) he kindly said goodbye to my little girls and left.

There’s kind of a lot of people you have to go through, “let me connect you to….” but everyone was really friendly and professional and I didn’t have to sit around and wait to speak to anyone. I called on Wednesday and someone at my house the very next day. Dean was super friendly and patient with me. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and explained the whole process. I’ve been wanting to hire a ‘bug guy’ for awhile and I’m so happy that when I finally did I found Aptive.

Julio was on time, friendly and clearly explained the contract. He was detailed in inquiring about the issues Im experiencing which are brown & black widow spiders & tree rats. He was thorough in spraying around the property, the patio furniture, in the garage and in hot spots we discussed. He inspected the property to look for rat droppings to determine where to place the bait boxes. I was impressed the company requires the technician to hammer a stake into the bait box so it cant be carried away by pets or wildlife. The previous companies I used did not do this so I was pleased with this detail. Julio and his partner cleared away the webs around my furniture and under the eaves. Finally, he left some sticky traps for me to use in the garage. Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with my experience!

Aptive is always on time and thorough. If I need a recheck, they return promptly. Their communication is excellent and the people are always very helpful when I call or talk in person! Attention to detail is excellent. Thank you.

Aptive is the WORST Pest control I’ve ever had. Technicians are alright but after I used them for about a year, there are at least 3 occasions no show. 2 occasions showed up 2 hours after the appointment. Tried a few times to talk to the managers but they NEVER return calls. Good luck to you if you are thinking to use them!!

Aptive has done a great job regularly helping control our spider problem, and has been very responsive to our specific needs. They made a special trip out at no cost to help when we had a bird mite infestation from a nest on our porch, and they spray for fleas in the hot summer months. We are very happy with our service, our techs have always been very friendly and give great suggestions to help our specific issues.

I never have any issues when they come to spray for bugs at my home. The technicians are professional, courteous, and always answer any questions I have. They also give me updates for date and time of service so there are no surprises and I am not left waiting. I am very happy with Aptive services.

Technician was great! Service provided was excellent. Only problem but not the technician’s fault was that we have a rat problem and he didn’t have the equipment to handle that issue.

The service technician was amazing!!! He was the nicest, and took time to explain what he was going to do, what he was looking for, and what to expect. Joey was incredibly thorough, KIND. Ryan was very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! We have been using Aptive’s recurring pest service for over a year now, and it’s been very effective. They come out once every three months (this is the ongoing frequency) and treats outdoors (and indoors, if needed, it’s included).We inquired about their new mosquito service and plan to upgrade. He freely shared pointers on the many things we can do to keep mosquitos at bay, in addition to the service they provide.Definitely check them out - their prices are reasonable!

Super poor customer service! After schedule appointments on a few occasions, either they didn’t show up or came 2 hours later. On top of that, they suddenly increased the price by 20% since August 2021, they just charged it and didn’t inform you at all! I don’t know how this company does his business. Pretty unethical! Why is it not a surprise that they have poor customer service!

Environmental and kid friendly. We use them for our quarterly service. They guarantee no bugs within the first couple spray. We have been very happy so far, over a year and no bugs or insect inside our house. They do come and respray anytime without additional cost if you see any insect or bug inside.

The technicians are always kind and courteous of my home. They are patient and will explain anything if you have questions. I do wish they could have a map of the home (similar to a termite inspection) where they can mark where they put down all their traps for future services, but they are great people to work with.

After a year contract, they scheduled a service without my consent. I sent emails 3 times, NOT needed a service any more. I was not home and gate was locked. they told email cancellation is not acceptable and sent me a bill. One of times, Service person came over sprayed the front yard only 3 min (checked my security camera). and billed $99. Of course, it is overpriced compared what they provided.

Aptive was quick to respond, everyone was very helpful, professional and friendly. They were able to come out the next day and we’re punctual. The technician who came out was very pleasant and helpful, working around our dog. We just had the first visit, so I can’t say yet if the ant problem is resolved, but overall I am happy with Aptive.

I am pretty impressed with this company and their product. It definitely works and I appreciate that they will come out in between services for special requests. The only downfall is that when you call it’s quite a wait in hold.

I used to get ants invading my house every few months. Ever since I started using their service a few years ago, I havent seen ants in my house. Totally worth it.

The first young man that showed at my door step was very respectful as professional. He had a kind personality.The second young man verified my information and went over the paperwork. He arrived that day to complete the services, but unfortunately I had stated cement work in my patio, so he set it up for the following week.Patrick showed up this morning and was great and professional. He explained everything he was going to do, and and was super great with my dogs.Keep it up Aptive!

Go with a different service. They seem to want to tell you what you need or want more than you yourself know what your own needs are. They rush through, never do it all without prompting & refuse to do the house siting they know your health better than you do. Ive used them for a year but am terminating their service today.

The first a Gentleman Johnny the sales rep came to my house and introduced himself and his company he worked for, very professional and respectful and explained everything to me in detail, poor guy I had to ask him a few times to explain again as I was not familiar with this company, so at first I wasnt sure if it was fraud or something. He explained everything and gave me hes work ID card to take picture of, so that I would have his information to make me feel better. He was honest and upfront and gave me the best package I needed for ants, spiders and fleas. Then the technician Bryan came to my house within minutes as he had just finished another property on the next block from my house, he also Introduced himself and went over everything in detail what he was going to do that day. Both gentleman where very professional, helpful and respectful, and Im very happy with the pest control I had done to my house, I have 3 more sessions and Im sure it will be better and better and I will be done with these horrible ants and spiders and June bugs around my property, they also did a flea treatment to my backyard and front yard. I would and have highly recommend this company to family and friends, price is great as well!

Like so many of their technicians, the guy this time was very personable and knowledgeable. We’ve been subscription customers for years and will continue to be. Ants are a part of daily life living in Irvine (lots of clay in the soil) and it’s very rare they come in the house due to their quarterly treatments. If we ever have surprise visitors a tech is out almost immediately to treat and the problem goes away. Keeping the service is a non-brainer.

The tech, James was on time and made quick work of all the needed areas, we’re very happy with the help.

I have used Aptive for a while and I was actually home this time when they came to spray. They greeted me at the door and asked if we were having any specific bug issues. We’ve been struggling with flies and ants (like everyone in Southern California in the summer). They did an excellent job spraying inside and outside the house! They found a plant inside where the ants were nesting - gross! I recommend being home to let them inside to spray because it’s very helpful. Thanks!

I love the communication from the team at Aptive. They always reach out to let me know when they’re coming and what they’ll be doing. Everyone is friendly and professional. So far I’ve never needed them to come out between my scheduled service dates but I appreciate that if I need them to handle an issue there will be no extra charge. I’ve used them for years and I’ve never had a problem.

These folks are the best!!!! They check-in before they begin and get any information about the pests that weve seen since they were last here. They got rid of wasp nests and ants before it became a problem. The even took a look at my outdoor plants that had some bug nibbles and gave some advice. They are always professional, friendly, timely and thorough! Every single employee that I have encountered, in the year and a half that we have used their service, has been just as nice and professional as can be. We are so happy we signed up. We have NO BUGS in the house anymore AT ALL. Even outdoor, on our patio and backyard, we have seen NO WASPS this year and very very few other bugs!!! And they always remind me the they check-out that we can call ANYTIME we see anything!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Communications seems to have gotten better in last 6 months or so...but initially it was the worst. Couldnt reach them AT ALL..they kept changing scheduled appt dates, never anywhere close to on time...(3pm appt showed up at 7!? ) and they sent guys out for a rodent issue without rodent traps!? 🙄 then once they did catch them didnt come back to get them out of attic..we wound up having to deal with half of it ourselves. Basic routine service and notice has gotten better... and minimal issues now. Hope they took tge advice poor reviews to heart and corrected issues.

Jason let us know ETA. Was thorough and asked us where the problem areas were and sprayed according. Outstanding service and professionalism surpassed any other service we have had. Recommended him and Aptive to neighbors. The quarterly svc seems to be working for us. Jason has let us know, if at anytime, before our next svc, if we see any “bugs/insects” that could become a problem, to call for svc. We feel very comforting with Jason’s svc😊Like one of the family🤷‍♀️

The company sends a reminder days before your quarterly appointment. Then the technician calls when he’s 20 minutes away. Technician is very thorough and asks for any special concerns. He got in and out in about 10 minutes and did a very thorough job.

Victor Sandoval came over to treat those pests noted above. We were very pleased with his professional and thorough inspection and service. He took time to explain to us exactly what he would be doing and answered all our questions. We would like to request him permanently to treat our home in the future. He was very patient, friendly, and outgoing. He made us feel comfortable and put us at ease having him at our home.

The reason I use Aptive is…..they are always on time. They knock on my door and let me know what they are about to do. When they are done they knock on my door again and update me on what they saw. Now that is what I call good service !!Oh and the bugs have disappeared !!Very happy with this service

Then I have to take the time to show the property what to watch out for.. I would like to have james smith again. He would be able to get in and out of here quickly. I don’t like strangers all the time.

I have been using them for several years now. They are professional. They check in before and after services are performed. Their chemicals are environmentally friendly and are non-toxic when dry which is important to me because of my grandson. I would recommend them. My only complaint is that they tend to send a different technician each time!

Technician Dennis from Aptive was great! Arrived on time and very professional, answered all and any questions but also provided service information as to what was being done and how effective the treatments are. Definitely Recommend them!

Destiny was the service rep that came out and she couldn’t have been nicer but more importantly she gave me a detailed update on what she found and what she used for treatment as well. I received a text from Adaptive asking for a review for my appointment this morning but no technician had been there. I called Adaptive and they said a technician had been there but no one ever came to the door. The technician had always come to the door before because I have to open the garage and gate for them. Now I can’t get an appointment for two weeks.

Their work is professional, they communicate very well, notice in advance, then when they’re coming and when they’re nearby. Payment is convenient. The results are great.

The rep that came out today (Michelle) was awesome. Very friendly, fast and thorough,; spraying all trouble areas. So far the service has helped tremendously. I have less summer pests, and far less outside spiders and roaches. I am really glad i purchased this service.

I changed companies after 20 yrs of using another service because when talking with Trevor, the regional manager, he was passionate about what they do for their clients. He explained how his product was environmentally safe. The guys Brian and Dean, that came to service were extremely polite. I would highly recommend them.

The product they use is safe for animals and kids. I felt safe and confident sending them out to the yard after 30 min.

They supposedly spray around and claim to disrupt egg cycles for future pest prevention. Bit I still have pests after a full year of overpaying. I contact them to come out to spray again and they will either switch times or not show up. Last time they decided to cancel because I wasnt home (which wasnt an issue before). They spray outside the house, I dont need to be home and Id agreed to a date and time knowing this. I didnt cancel sooner because of their large fee to cancel. Save your money, find a company that will actually be honest and does what they say they will.

I had a great experience from having a professional consultation with the route manager, Francisco S., to the initial service with Jesus R.V. and his team. The whole experience was prompt and thorough. They were detailed in moving items to make sure that the perimeter was sprayed correctly. I also really enjoyed seeing one of the professionals pick up my son’s outdoor toys to make sure to clear of any spiderwebs. I’m so happy that Francisco came to my door to offer this service at a great price. Furthermore, I enjoyed the fact that Aptive uses natural repellents that will not harm my toddler.

They’re very terrible about keeping appointment times. They would make an appointment then not show up or they would schedule and then reschedule the day of. There hasnt been ONE time where they came when they said they would. Stay far far away. Terribly run company. Even their customer service phone is terrible. Its like an hour or more hold EVERY TIME.

I was a bit disappointed that the rep who scheduled the appointment failed to tell me we needed to be prepared to be out of the home for 2 after spraying inside. I was very clear we have a flea infestation and needed to get the interior sprayed. They were only able to spray outside and I have to reschedule the inside for another day.
