I have been a very satisfied customer for many years. They service my Riverside home as well as my place of employment in Norco. Customer service is A+. Vince is our current service person and what an absolute pleasure it is to know him and work with him! I called for the exterminator as my space at the mobile home park sprayed the dumpster area and we got inundated with roaches. I called the special phone number the exterminator gave me if I needed an extra service because I was concerned that the roaches would get into my house. The number he gave me was to the office not his personal cell phone. It took him all day to get back to me. He told me that we had to pay first as our contract was due and he needed that first. I told him that I had to talk to my nephew first as he is on the service agreement. When I called him back I got the office and explained the situation to them and was told they would have the exterminator call me back. He never returned my call and never showed up to remedy the situation . This morning my nephew found a roach on his desk. I called this morning and got no place with the person in the office other than talk to the person that never called me back. I told her what was that going to do when he never called me back. She offered to have the manager call me back. So far I have not received a call from this manager. Our service started on June 14, 2019. My nephew signed up for quarterly service with an extra service if needed. I offered to pay for the extra service. We paid $160.00 for the first initial control rate. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Drivers are inconsiderate of the neighbors and other homes in the area. Was also hung up on by a MANAGER for voicing a complaint. Find another company to help you, I know I will.

Very friendly staff. Ive had other pest ol control companies in the past and stanley is by far the best.

Once a technician calls in sick, you need to to call them to make a makeup appointment. They dont do it for you.
