Excellent post-wash services, powerful vacuums, free-to-use Terry towels, and compressed air! Shame the process to get in the wash is so convoluted. Running tags is cumbersome and invasive. Attendant checking me in stated that 2 vehicles just that morning alone blew past the attendants in an attempt to get a free wash. An automated system with turnstiles and sensor stickers for all membership holders is a much more effective, cheap, and efficient way of managing a wash like this. Less labor force as well.

I was pleased with the service at the car wash, but would recommend some stuff to be included. For example, spray bottles for the rims and door jams.A place to put your mats and an air compressor for each unit. I feel like with these additional add ins. I would be more likely to buy a membership for these services. But until then. Im fine with just paying the regular price.

The kids that work there are always polite and helpful. The vacuums and dust blowers are far better than the other locations.

Quick detailed drive-thru-in-neutral automatic car wash. Free car wash if it rains in 48 hours! At the end, someone hand dries the spots the dryer missed (side mirrors, etc) so you come out water spot free! Then you drive and park to use their very powerful vacuums to do your interior. Car was fully washed and waxed using/paying for the highest tier and looked great! I will be returning and possibly sign up for their unlimited washes! Great service.

Like most car wash places they are self serve meaning you drive in and you do your own vaccum and drying. But charge like full service.

Working the hours I do 7 days a week I don’t have the time to hand wash my truck so I’ve been going here, I get a little mud on my truck from the roads I have to drive down and it’s always been ok. Today I stop in cause my steering is shaking badly, as the three boys stand there and stare at me I roll the window down and ask if I can get a wash. I’m then told I have to go hand wash it first because I’m too muddy, I said I’m not any dirtier than it normally is on a bad day. He tells me that I can’t go through. So I will be hand washing my truck and canceling my membership due to the poor customer service.

I have a monthly subscription with quick quack and wont use any other car wash. They do an excellent job and the vacuums are always in excellent condition. I am a ride share driver and quick quack helps me ensure my vehicle is always clean and ready for my passengers!

Was not too impressed with this wash and would not recommend. When done with wash, I discovered some deep scratches on the side of my truck. Inside those scratches was a lot of fuzzy residue from the system they use. I didnt notice until later that I saw this. I had already traveled out of the area, so not able to have something done about it. So needless to say I wont be back

I pay for the monthly unlimited wash which costs me 29 dollars and some change. The service is fast, professional and easy. Pull up and pay or with their iPad they can see you pay monthly and wave you into the bay. After the wash the employee wipes your windows and mirrors off. They do offer products at the entrance to enhance your car and they do give you free dash wipe if asked for. They have free vacuums for those that are costumers and a area you can clean out your vehicle prior to washing. I have no. Complaints just compliments and my vehicle shines every week of the month. Just look how shiny mine is! Go and try it out and they also have rain checks for 24 hours after your wash

Newer, friendly location, needs a little attention and maintenance to brushes in wash area, missing and non-working air & vacuums. This location is harder to enter/exit, also hard to maneuver due to design, unless you are in a small vehicle. Please note and train employees that some vehicles are equipped with Electric Folding Mirrors, employees SHOULD NOT pull mirrors, especially suddenly or abruptly, to avoid damaging. Normally this would be a 1-star visit but believe I just visited on an off day and maintenance would be quickly done.

This location actually has the pipes and equipment for the vacuum hoses so there is a strong suction every time unlike the amarillo boulevard location. The water does smell when in the actual car wash however it does not transfer to your vehicle.

I just wanted it to be known that, we didn’t use to come to this car wash (even though it right by the house) we would drive to the Georgia location. But tried it again recently and the employees had wonderful attitudes! Found out there is a new manager by the name of Kim, and she is so sweet. She has definitely had a great impact on this location, it’s clean, smells great again, and the employees are awesome ❤️ Thank you Kim!

Fast service but car not clean. Windows and windshield still dirt. Post wipe down to dry window and car was sub-par as well. Many areas missed. Purchased Lucky Duck package.

Great customer service even with the lady being the cashier & car prep and only 1 lady dryer. I am seriously considering changing my unlimited service from Amarillo Auto Clean to Quick Quack. I might try a couple of different locations before making my decision. Oh and by the way, no streaks were left after she dried my car.

Looked like they were open, lights on, several cars there but could not get through to them. The big garage like door was halfway open, couldnt get in to get a wash. Saw employees walking around but no one came to help me and no one would answer the phone.

Not cleaning windows good.. need to use drier towels. Fat black kid at nite would rather dance around car instead of concentration on car.

This is my preferred location for getting my car washed. The folks always have a smile and the car wash itself gets my car clean. The person who dries the windows and mirrors always takes the time to do it right.

The attendant didnt fold my mirrors in and resulted in scratched chrome on the driver side that I didnt find until much later. The vacuums werentt working and no mat wash. When I asked about a discount, they refused and suggested I go to another location to use their vacuums.

Dont live in Amarillo but go to a Quick Quack everytime I do go. Start off with a quick free vacuum, which work great by the way, the head to the wash lane. Attendants are always greet you with a smile and are super friendly. They wash smells great while your driving, well tugged, thru and gets your vehicle super clean. Once ya exit got another friendly face there to wipe dry your windows. Even when its 103° these guys are out there in those shirts and bow ties smiling and being courteous.

Exilsor recommended the $19,99, he was helpful and provided all the information that I needed, the car looked great. Great staff and place to wash your car. Wonderful in every aspect! Totally recommended!

Best people working here and the best car wash I have found in amarillo area very clean people and area the parking lot where the vacs are are perfect I really like the air to blow water that is in my mirrors out so it doesnt run down my door. Everyone should have the best unlimited washes it is very worth it.

This is my preferred car wash spot. However, recently I took my car through and it came out still looking pretty dirty on the sides and undercarriage even though I got the undercarriage blast. I got one of the better washes and still went home to have to clean it more by hand. Additionally, they keep stapling pieces of paper for surveys to the wipes they give you. The hole the staple puts in the package keeping the wipe wet, causes the wipe to be dried out before you can use it.All in all, I might be looking into other washes bc Quick Quacks quality and benefits are decreasing, while prices are increasing.

Nice car wash gash does good job. Newest Qick Quak they have specials pay monthly wash your car 2 or 3 times a day if you wanted to or every day . vacuums work great here. Clerks are very nice and well dressed in uniforms.

Tore my wiper off my truck and destroyed the motor, the arm, and the cowl, they are refusing to pay for the repair now. The manager states that on a 2012 Silverado to remove the wiper, remove the wiper cowl, remove the motor that was destroyed, install a new motor, put the cowl back on, put the wiper blade back on, then install a new wiper blade would only take a mechanic 30 minutes, so he will only pay 50 dollars in labor. 30 minutes, what a JOKE! Now I have to take time out of my day to take these people to small claims court to get them to pay for what they destroyed.Edit: The manager called me, and is reimbursing me the full amount of the mechanics invoice. Im changing my stars, because the washes here were always good, and they were always very nice to me before this incident, and they are going to make it right.

Went to buy the one month protect for $29.99 as is clearly says on the signs. I was charge $35 and when I called customer service they said they don’t even have my card info on their file for them to refund the extra $5 back to my card. Ridiculous Customer service.

Hands down best carwash Ive ever gotten. I didnt know my vehicle could get as clean as it did. Property is almost always fairly clean and there are people here who could help you with any issues you may have. Vacuums are some of the strongest Ive ever used lol, which is great.

I gave one star because of the fact that when you pay for 1 month of car washes it starts coming out automatically every month, something that isnt explained to you. Nor does it say this fact anywhere on the signs at the carwash. If it does its in very small, unreadable print. Also because the carwash itself doesnt do a very good job cleaning your vehicle. Ive gone through 4 times and the same areas of dirt and road grime are still there. Also when they towel dry at the end they do it very fast and with damp cloths so it leaves streaks.

So I’m a monthly paying customer and love both car washes on Georgia street but I just went to one on bell and instead of the employees being honest about the car wash damaging my car which they did see especially when wiping my car they let me drive off not knowing until I got home and then don’t even have the decency to answer the phone! Terrible customer service!
