Young man that greeted me Sunday afternoon was super nice. Wash was fine except it didnt wash out any of the dirt under wheel wells, young man on passenger side dried with an old towel, it left a haze. Was then disappointed that towels are no longer offered to clean off the haze, just dry paper towels which do no good.Vacuum worked great.

I was very unhappy and sorry that Ive bought over a hundred dollars of car washes on my card. The guy running the power sprayer didnt even make an attempt to knock off any bugs on my car. Even after it was sprayed with a solution to help remove the bugs, he barely got the car wet. As a result, my car had almost as many bugs and spots as it did before the wash. I washed it again at home.

I love the ulimated car washes along with the free dryer towels they provide but the service has dwindle since opening. For the amount of money Im sure they generate they need to do more Periodic maintenance to avoid things breaking down. Vacuums suction was down for awhile, some sprayers in car wash seem clogged, and for awhile at their georgia location they were using rough bartop towels to dry. The attendants at the start of the car wash could do a better job at spraying down the wheel wells instead of just doing the bare minimum and barely spraying down the car.

Today (4/9/21) Friday at 10:15am was the second time Amarillo Auto Clean has been closed without any explanation. I even called the location without any answer other than the answering machine that said they were busy assisting other customers...uh no you were closed! The other time was a few weeks ago on a Sunday at there Georgia location. I did check their hours both times, their website, and google confirmed they were open. I have the unlimited was for 30.00 a month, and just spent that and more to have my car washed else where. So I will be cancelling my subscription. Disappointed.........

Not as well done this time. Also vacuums hadnt been maintained. Paid an extra $4 more and actually got less for my money.

I was trapped by cars in front of me and behind me while the two attendants spent 15 minutes pressure washing mud out from underneath the 4 wheelwells of a suburban. I was late for an appointment.

Always quick and easy! If you buy the over-the-top wash, you get a second wash for free within 5 days (doesnt have to be the same vehicle). Free vacuums, the best car wash in town!

Very nice carwash. Its the small things like blowing the water out of the mirrors and providing me with interior cleaning accessories just for having their sticker on my rear windshield. I do the monthly membership but they offer discounts for single washes if you have their sticker on your car. They also do free and half price washes for different things each day. Example: having m&ms in your car or other fun things.

It is ok no problems.

I was not happy with Amarillo Auto Clean on Coulter. My car was pushed off the tracks causing it to damage my car. I know that they couldn’t help that my car was pushed off, but they refused to help compensate for the damage by paying for repair.

Terrible service. Use quick quack, save yourself some time and money.

It’s not bad, but the wax doesn’t seem to be as good of quality as I’d like, and the wheel wash doesn’t clean the wheels too good. All in all, it’s not bad, I like that they have multiple people drying and they blow the air out of the mirrors. Not a big difference in price or quality between here and Quick Quack on my first wash, will update next time I use this place.

If you have a Monday - Friday job and need to get your washes done on the weekends, be prepared. The wash is good. However, the vacuums don’t suck, the rags to dry your car are never refilled, but the wash is still good.

Gets your car clean and they are pretty quick.

Half of the vacuums do not work and sometimes they run out of towels.

They are closed even when the website says theyre open.

Love the car wash, just one thing needs improvement. The vacuum hoses hardly have any power suction to them to vacuum floors, seats, etc. If they could improve this it would be a solid 5 star. Seriously thinking about changing if this cannot be corrected.

Great car wash but the vacuums are often stopped up or broken. Lately some of the rotating wash equipment has not been working for some time. Out of clean towels. I’m glad the wash on Georgia street is open. I haven’t experienced any issues there.

Came to wash the writing off of my car after playoffs. Zach (I believe was his name) went above and beyond. All the guys jumped in a scrubbed my windows clean. Highly recommend this place!

I agree with one of the comments on here. My friend took his car here and When he was done he saw that it had gotten damage. He waited for someone to call him back and nothing until he called them. We spoke to a manager and said that there is no equipment that could have done that, when clearly my friend knows his car well and there was nothing wrong with it before they washed it. Even one of the employees there showed him the cameras and told him his car was okay before it went in. If i was yall i wouldnt go there because every time this happens all the say is it wasnt here. Apparently they need some new management, so if you dont want your car to get damage i wouldnt take my car there!

Love this place but recently had damaged caused to my vehicle. GM said he could guarantee it did not happen there. I take it nowhere else, if its not washed there its washed by hand at home.

Huge thumbs up (pun intended) my cars come out shining like diamonds and their vacuums are great! Really good job on the drying section too. Those boys know not to leave a smudge on the glass or any other part of the car. Great job everybody!

This was awful I paid for a $20 wash and it was supposed to be the best I left water spots on my Windows and my tires and rims were not clean and the vacuum did not work at all

Cleaning drive thru was mediocre. Tires, wheels and rockers were still pretty dirty. The vacuums and available bagels were very good.

Nice new place, very friendly and young crew.Nice new machines, washing process is fast !Maybe a little too fast nice my car still had some easily removable stains.Save some $$$ and stick with the cheapest level of wash. I stayed the same time there paying the 20$ combo as a girl that had the cheapest 5$ combo.

I have a membership here, can get a wash twice a day, everyday for cheap. They have many cleaning options, the guys here do a hand dry, and there are quite a few vacuums. I wish they had an upholstery cleaner here though, that would be nifty.

These guys do an excellent job with my car. Theyll scrub pre-wash (which is great if the front end of your car is a bug magnet like mine), and dry post-wash. Pretty standard prices, too.

Usually the best, every few weeks it seems the drying staff falls off and barely blows out mirrors and leaves water on hood sides and windows... is pretty consistent for the most part, but hand drying is hit or miss...
