Great customer Service Laundry Mat was Cheap and easy to use, one the dryers wasn’t drying all the way and the attendant was nice enough to refund my money to use on a different machine. Awesome! Will be returning on my next load!

The new owner started out Friday and I absolutely loved the woman working there this morning. So friendly ☺️

Easy to use, water pressure was great on the hoses, Car hasnt this nice in years, I did not get a chance to use the Laundry Facility but there were people in and out with smiles on their face so I will be going back to try them out soon!

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE just wanna say I have been coming here for a while and for the most part no problem. But one of your workers you know who you are is a real peace of work she is the rudest person Ive ever encountered not once but 2x. She was yelling at me in my daughter to put a mask on could have asked wouldnt have been a problem just forgot. Then earlier today same girl was leaving work and bashed her car door into my car and didnt say sry or excuse me nothing. So I say thanks for hitting my car then she proceeded to run her mouth keep in mind shes the one who hit my car. Will never be back n this place again. Owner should fire her whats the worst part is I think she is the owner.....

Came in today to wash my car left with grease all over me and my clothes that it wont come out of lost a new pair of shoes to grease in bay and the hose hit my car and left grease all over it and no one is responsible wont go back and no one to complain to

I wouldn’t even give 1 star I was rudely approached when I arrived at 630 I was asked if I was there to do laundry I was a bit confused but I said yes is that ok the woman that was working said I needed to be fast and she didn’t really think it was a good idea that I washed because of the time mind you I had 1 load! Well today is the last day I will ever return I come here to do my Laundry because it’s convenient and I’ve always felt welcomed. But I will be finding a different laundry I’m just saying!👎🏽

I have been to this laundromat two times now. They have decent washer and dryers, even some high capacity. My only issues though are, they could have more counter space for folding and more baskets. They could also use a deep clean.

Very clean place to do your laundry. Even the bathroom is very clean

We came in put SIX DOLLARS into the big machine and started it. Less than 2 seconds later we noticed a sock had fallen out so we stopped the machine to put the sock in and pushed start again. (Done the same thing at other laundromats, no problem) machine wouldnt start, I asked the attendent about she says the machine is programed that way. If u stop the machine for any reason it eats your money.... Period, refused to give us the 6$ to restart the machine, was completely hateful about. Then she called the owner Ramona who started goin off about If I didnt like how she ran her business I could leave etc, Im tring to get over on them blah blah... I never even had a chace to respond. So I had the phone back to the attendant and said wow yall are running a shady place. At that point she told me to take the laundry wed already restarted..... So now 12$ later we still havent washed.... Dont Go Here!! God forbid you have to add an item!

Thieves and rude. Came to wash my clothes and the washer didnt wash them. When I told the rude old lady she wouldnt even give my money back. She insisted its working cause she ran water through it.

Very rude employees. Came in at 6:35pm and old lady was pressuring me and saying that she has to go home because shes tired. She was arguing with me. I asked her if I could have my change back since she wanted me to leave so bad and she said no.

Rude owner and employees. Terrible customer service. Machines take your money and they know they do but they refuse to give you a refund. Just like everyone else I will take my money elsewhere because this place doesnt deserve a dime.

Been going there since they built the place my in laws owned 4 laundry stores in Amarillo tried to tell attendee that a washer had sand in it she said i was disrespectful by the way i waved my hand to show her wich machine it was half of the washers dont work the other half are dirty she pulls up in her hummer dont do nothing me and my friends wont be back plenty of other places to take my business
