This car wash is great! The cashier is energized, happy to be there. The wash itself was amazing. It kept my husbands car clean for days! Come here for a long lasting wash. (P.S.) they have glass cleaner, and other necessities for you!

Amazing car wash as always. Jay, Rudy and Damien are exquisite employees who need a raise. But anyways my issue is there is no owner to speak to who isn’t on the phone and living hours away. The equipment is so cheap and I can see why I always see other reviews as to why cars are always damaged. I really don’t see why any of these 3 employees are not managers. They clearly care the most about how you are and how your day is going. They take pride in their work even if all they do is scrub and spray. I am making this known because this business will lose a lot of customers due to lack of care on the higher ends part.

What an amazing car wash, my favorite! I went earlier today and my familys car is SOOOO clean! When we entered to pay, the employee was extremely nice and friendly, the prices are affordable and when we first entered the car wash, the employee was very helpful. He manually cleaned the windshield and around the edges of our truck before it went into the wash. This helped to make the end product much better. My mom and I enjoy the neon lights, high quality equipment during the wash, and the vacuums and cleaning supplies after; it was an awesome experience!

I have a monthly membership here because the staff is so great. Also, the vacuums are better than anywhere else in town AND they provide cloths, glass cleaner and interior cleaner if you forgot your own. I wish they had more locations but they are worth the drive.

We went in for a free basic car wash & surprisingly they treated us like we paid for a deluxe wash! The staff was friendly, respectful, courteous, helpful, & efficient. Conveniently located on Bell.

I did not see a sign that said remove antenna from the vehicle or I would have removed it or the employee should have said something that way I would have removed mine but it got broken off my pickup truck wasnt happy

I always have a great experience when I get my car washed I go in with a dirty car and by the time I come out the other end its sparkly I hardly have to dry it. Oh I guess I should say something about the great people that work there also lol I love going there they are always so friendly.

SCRATCHED MY PAINT. I just bought a brand new Toyota, had been through a couple times with no problem, but about a week ago as soon as I went to towel dry it off I noticed thousands of scratches all over my beautiful brand new car 😩😭🥺. They said it wasn’t them because nobody else complained- but I pointed out the lady right behind me also filed a complaint I saw her, they responded ‘oh well yeah we determined that damage was also not our fault’..then they said the reason it wasn’t their fault was because it’s only on the back and sides, sure enough I didn’t look close at first but it was all over the entire car. They still denied responsibility. CAUTION, don’t go if you don’t want your paint all scratched up!

Very efficient company. Very Poor Management at the site.The present Manager has no ideas about a quality Customer service. This Mgr is not respectful, does not follow PPE required for approaching customers ( mask below the nose and no gloves approaching the window with papers, in a close, one foot distance, from my face, cannot solve a simple problem, The tone of voice not friendly and shows anger for asking a member of mgmt to handle a simple concern. Just the facts. I love the model but there are issues. The good first.1. Staff is friendly and try to be good at what they do. The best thing this place has going for them2. Location is good.3. Free towels, glass cleaner and vacuums are a fantastic part of the model.-Now the problems. I will refrain from my opinions and stick to facts.1. Under wash selections the top wash comes with tire shine and hot wax.a. The tire shine is a mess. Even if you wipe the tires off the tire shine slings all over the place.b. If you step down one wash you lose the tire shine (this is why I did step down a wash) but you forfeit the hot wax (I want the hot wax). You can re add the wax for an additional 2.50 per wash (this matters because I was on the monthly unlimited plan and wash about 1-2 times a week).2. The wash system has a power spray nozzle that helps knock big bugs off the vehicle and is broken with no timeline to fix. This is something that is part of the wash tunnel and it not working means you arent getting everything you pay for.3. Huge potholes in the exit lane (see pic). Wash your ride, drive through a nasty dirty pothole before you leave the property.Just the facts.

Very disappointed prices when up and there not telling customer about it. Signs are still showing regular price dont be fooled watch your card statements. $7 for a basic wash now. False advertising!

Place used to be awesome. Now there is no one to greet you, no towels, no bottles in any of the stations and the vacuums seem to be weaker. The main reason I come to this one is because I can clean the inside and out easier, but lately it hasnt been properly stocked and I had to walk up and ask for a refill of the 2 empty bottles that were the only bottles out of all the stations.

I usually go with the basic car wash. After you wash the car they have vacuums, towels and cleaners to be able to finish the job inside and out.

Good wash. Glass cleaner, interior cleaner, clean towels............ awesome place!

I feel like the quality has gone down quite a bit over the years. They quit carrying the interior shine spray, the glass cleaner seems watered down and they dont scrub your grill before you go through the carwash. Your vehicle will go through the carwash and it will get mostly clean.

Good basic wash, love the price, towels and cleaner they put out are great. Only complaint vacuum pressure is not strong. Would be 5 starts with better vacuum pressure.

Ive been a member here for over 1 yr each time I visit the service gets worse. Only 1/2 the vaccum work and not even very good.You have to search for window cleaner and if your lucky you will find a clean towel.

A great place to get your car washed. I really appreciate the dry towels they provide for you to use to dry your car and the vacuum cleaners that work really well. They also have great service.

New owners and of course they raised prices by 50%. Basic wash went from $10 to $15. The $3 bug spray was raised to $5.

I really like the monthly car wash club. Appreciate the free vacuums and towels after I go through the wash. Only complaint is the big ol pot hole that recurs and takes them a while to patch. But my car is hardly ever dirty because of that club :)

Paid the 20 dollar wash and still had alot of bugs on front of my car. Also there was still alot of sand on my tires. Had to go to different car wash. Probably wont be back.

Easy car wash because it does it all for you and shines your tires, waxes your car and many more options. When your done you can leave or pull up to the free vacuums to clean the inside which they also provide towels and window cleaner so you can detail the inside. Prices start at 10 and go up depending what you want. Get it all done in 15 minutes when you do the interior. Nice place and if your not satisfied you can run the vehicle through again.

Love the price and the prewash! My favorite is using the vacuum and spray with towels after Im done...I will say that the vacuums are not strong enough to get up the pet hair in my floor boards...thats my only complaint but everything else is great!

It is a decent wash and I like that they have real towels available at the end. I recommend it just wish it was touchless.

I pay $12.95 a month for unlimited car washes. They also have free vacuums. It seems like a good deal and I use it all the time. However, the brushes they use really slam into the car kind of hard.

So run down. Vacuums barely work, potholes in the parking lot. Half the time the brushes dont work.

Since changing ownership, this place is amazing! The wash does an amazing job and they have free (very powerful) vacuums. But to add to the great service, they also have towels and window cleaner available at all the vacuum stations.

So I tried going Thursday September 12 mm 19 and then today which is September 16th 2019 and both days Ive gone there has been the first time they told me that I couldnt get a car wash because the manager was there I waited an hour and a half and I still wasnt able and then this morning I pull up theres nobody typing in the VIN number to let me get a car wash so I do not like this place at all whatsoever Ive tried calling the number and cant get ahold of anybody get better work crew

This car wash used to be the best place to go.. but lately service has been terrible! No clean towels. Unkept building appearance.. vacuums don’t work well and employees aren’t friendly or welcoming like they used to be.. I’m looking for a new place to go.

I washed my vehicle here a few times back when this location was owned and managed as Zips Car Wash. Since the new management has come in, the car wash service and experience has improved and become more efficient than before! I am now a monthly recurring member and I appreciate both the quality of the car wash itself as well as the fine people who guide you through the process. I want to give a special thanks to Fili and Enrique for their expertise and excellent customer service today. I anticipate many successful car washes from Cascades in the future and I will continue to enjoy having a clean car!

I showed up on a Sunday to 4 employees sitting in the office not doing anything. When I paid the 14 dollars for a car wash it said towel dry was included. None of them came out and did that. So I went inside and asked about detailing to which I was told prices so I set one and they said what day I said today. To which they responded no we cant due to weather. The weather of course being just fine no wind a little on the chilly side but no reason as to why they couldnt. Then one left to go get lunch. The weather is clear there are no cars here and 4 employees. I used there vaccumes and did the detailing myself while they ate lunch and watched. Really awful customer service with a manager who for some reason cant leave his office. I will never return here and if I could give negative 5 star review I would. On top of all of that my truck isnt even clean. Bad experience

Employees very rude, don’t get what you pay for. Have asked for manager several times and he is always just left and be back in an hour. Have posted my name and phone number on large board in the office and that was 3 days ago i have written complaint letters to owner with address at the car wash five days ago. Still have not heard from anyone. Next step is BBB

Horrible service. First time user of this car wash from out of town. I didnt notice the print receipt option from the touch screen car wash and payment at time of payment. Realized it prior to getting vehicle dried and tires being dressed. Requested receipt from manager on duty, told he did not have ability to give a receipt, which I wanted for the 7 day clean guarantee. Since it was my human error, and his rules did not allow for issuing a manual receipt, he was not able to give me a receipt, even though he knew I had paid for the car wash with the 7 day clean guarantee. Go somewhere else for your car wash, worst experience at a car wash ever.

I paid cash for a month of washes and came to wash my car a 8 days later and they told me theres no record of it and theres nothing they could do for me Ive been going there for years and have watched the quality of service go down the drain

I will never bring my car here again. The manager here is a very dishonest, greedy person. I brought my car here to have to washed. Afterwards I noticed the brushes destroyed the paint on my car. There are scratches all up and down the exterior of my hood, roof and trunk. The managers name is Aldo. When I confronted him about the damage he claimed that his equipment did not cause the damage and would not own up to the situation. Anyone with a 5th grade level education, or even just eyes for that matter, could tell that it was most definitely caused by the car wash and the damage is significant. I would strongly discourage anyone from bringing their vehicle to this car wash. There are plenty of other more reliable and trustworthy options in Amarillo.

This place has changed at least management not to long ago mabey ownership too, but not sure Ive been going to this location back when it was the other car wash, which the last management under the old name u cant remember what it is, but anyways the old managment offered a hand dry when you came out if you opted for tire shine they would do that for you too when you came out I didnt know it was changing hands which made sense, as the old managment was coming to an end they stopped doing anything for you when you came out probably to save all the money they could before the old managment bailed out, but anyways when I came to get a wash I seen the new name decided I always came here before being new managment it should be even better, keep in mind I enjoyed this place so much I drove from out past gander mountain just to get a car wash there was plenty of wash places between there and my house, anyways I went through same song and dance you pick your wash and go on through well one thing they offered me and I asked 3 additional times that they guarantee their bug remover would get all the bugs off my front end you have to pay extra for that since its not included in any of the washes, I went through when I came out the new managment does not offer any other services outside of the wash if you want the additional dry on your vehicle since the blower doesnt get all the water off you have to do it they offer towels for you to do so none were dry but they are their lol if you want tire shine the tunnel does that they claim, but anyways the bug remover did not get all the bugs off I told them so they did their thing again ran my truck through again and still not all the bugs off, they tried telling me well the bugs have been on their so long thats why they wont come off so I took one of their wet towels your supposed to dry your vehicle with and rubbed just a little and wouldnt you know it i got the bugs off I knew they would come off because ALL my vehicles get washed weekly and waxed monthly so anyways after all that they offered me my money back which I took and is why Im not giving them 1 star rating, but I do not recommend this place and will not go back even if it was free.

I get there at 10:53 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. full car detail and was told all the detailers left because they didnt think I was going to show up Our name WITH time of 11:00 a.m. was on their dry erase board that I pointed out to the teenager. If there could be NO stars thats what theyd get. Unprofessional AND frankly just not right!!!!!
