I had a great experience starting with customer service to how great my nails turned out. Tom took his time and made sure I was satisfied with every step of my manicure. His attention to detail really meant a lot. He wanted to make sure as the customer I was happy. I didn’t feel rushed and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be back! Thank you Tom 😁😁

Best nail place ever!!! I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are absolutely amazing, especially Tommy. He can do anything, & i mean almost anything. Hes very detailed with his work highly suggested for weddings or prom or anybody that needs very detailed artwork on their nails. But all of them are awesome I wouldnt go anywhere else highly highly suggested

Great place! the smell is very strong but the people were kind. I got single colored full set of acrylics for 45$, my sister got a deluxe manicure and a gel pedicure for 85$. They were a little busy, but thats just because they are good, atleast 5 nail techs were there and the do lashes also. great place, will return very soon!!

Was last apt of day. Still took time talk to me made me feel welcomeand wanted. Making sure I was happy before i left. They closed at 7pm I left at 715 and they were in no hurry to get me out!! More worried if I was happy!

Came in last minute on a Friday, kind of in a rush. I was immediately greeted by Tom who got started on my nails right away. I was in and out in less than an hour. My nails look great and Tom was super friendly and communicative. Overall, it was a really good experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Great service. My daughter had a nail broken halfway of and the woman who did her nails rebuilt it. We cant even tell which one it was. Beautiful work from caring artists

They were busy but was not too long of a wait. I only got a gel pedicure, he was quick but did a good job. I had asked for teal color and was not paying attention and he did a pink color but I like the color so all is good. Overall a good experience and I will go back.

I originally gave this salon a 1 star because I went in and didn’t have a good experience but I changed it to 3 stars because I called and spoke to the manager who got me in and fixed the mistakes that were made. If you go here, ask for Tom. He does good work.

I didnt get what I asked for obviously the man must be colorblind. My nails arent shaped right. The polish isnt even. My cuticles are on fire from excessive filing (youd think theyd be even) my daughter had to ask 2 different people for a simple smiley face on her nails. For my fill in and her full set it was almost $100 ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Terrible service my mom brung me here and the nail lady took 2 hours for a fill in and complained about my nails being long. She also charged me $60 for a fill in which is insane she cut my fingers multiple times and wasnt careful. I will never in my life return here again I do not recommend this place to ANYONE very unprofessional and my nails are trash not cute at all. Waste of my time and my hard earned money. Never go here they will rob you for your time and money 0 stars. Do not go to Fancy Nail in Alton by the mall EVER -Jay

Everyone is sooo nice, and they have beverages. Love this place will only go here from now on. I love my nails so much people keep asking where I got them done. Ive never been here before, but scheduled an appointment through Facebook. I went straight from work and they took me immediately.The gentleman who did my nails was gentle and did a wonderful job. Im very pleased with my experience and would go there again.

Worst store I have ever shopped at. The employee are rude. They have boxes of stuff everywhere they are always trying to stock the shelves during the day so they and always in your way. The store is always dirty.

Like my nails just dont like how its extra charges out the blue when specifically asked how much for this n that n than top it off gave 10 extra because I didnt have exact amount told ..next day realized she only gave me two bucks back instead 10 and I had went on and gave her the two bucks now I see why she act surprised you tipped your own self with my money. This place was horrible and will never go back or recommend this place to anyone ever. Me and my daughter who is 8 went to get our nails done. They asked us if we wanted a full set. Really my daughter is 8. The guy doing my pedicure clipped my big toe nail so low that he got my skin. I am now in constant pain. He rushed through the pedicure.He kept trying to get me to get a manicure. Why? So he could butcher my fingers. No thank you. My daughters was still getting hers and he kept trying to get me to go to the dryer. I was not leaving my daughter alone. It was her first time getting a pedicure. My daughters finger nail polish came off the same day that evening. Tried to call the location but no one ever answers the phone. Would give this place no stars but unfortunately it wont let me.

Not happy. She didnt slope my nails to the cuticles so they snagged and lifted in a week.

They have prices on wall,but they still up there prices.They also need to start caring more about customers more when cutting on there nails.

My thumb polish has a bubble in it, but other than that its all good.The fumes werent as bad as other places and it was much cooler there. Good AC.

I love this place...they are very friendly and I am always happy with their work. I have tried all of the nail salons in Alton and none of the others have been friendly and I always felt uncomfortable, like I was annoying them by just walking in the door. Only thing is that they are not open on Sundays, but no big deal if you plan ahead!

It was all clumpy and was not painted all the way on French tip and painted half of my nail. The guy messed up my numb and didn’t fix it and it was dirty on my feet they gave me cold water I had to keep asking for hot water. So I give it one star.

They have so many gel nail polish options and always do a great job. Favorite place to get my nails done.

I was getting my nails done for my best friends wedding, sad to say, less than pleased with my experience here.i made an appointment for 10:30 am, got there at 10:30 sharp. Still had to wait twenty minutes, a little annoying but nothing major. The man who started my nails was pleasant but didnt seem very present. I shouldve realised something was wrong when I watched him slather my nails sloppy with the acrylic, but I was hopeful that it would turn out ok. It was the most painful Mani Ive ever gotten, my cuticles were sore and bleeding, and there were bubbles on every nail, plus one was severly crooked.not to mention he kept COUGHING ON MY HANDS.. I began to realise this wasnt exactly up to par, but hey, its 25 bucks so, a cheaper Mani.MY last grievance was that when I called I discussed over the phone that I just wanted a French manicure set, and asked the price. Was told 25$. Then when he ring me up it was 35$ 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I still tipped him, but I definitely wouldnt recommend at all. I wont be back.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The guy didnt even give me what I wanted. Way too expensive. They dont even have a desk attendant. Horrible service. It smells nasty. It was a really really bad experience. Nails were supposed to last a whole month and they only lasted 1 week and 5 days. Please save yourself time and money and go to and ACTUAL nail salon. This service and everything about it is disgusting. They dont care about your manicure, just how fast they can get you out and how much extra money they can try and charge you. I couldnt even understand the guy. It was insanely painful. Please please please do NOT go here.

Best pedicure I ever had.

Heather did my nails. I came there after a different salon messed my nails up, she did an excellent job, she listened to me and did what I wanted.

Went to get my nails done on a thursday and got gel nails, the paint started chipping and one of the nails was starting to crack. I went back on saturday to have them fixing the crack. They repainted my nails, but never fixed the crack. Needless to say the nail broke today on sunday which there closed. Thats not the worst part there is note on the door stating they will start vacation tomorrow and be clpsed for two weeks! I spent $30 on a gel fill in and have to have a broken nail for 2 weeks. Unprofessional!!!!

No stars i was vary disappointed paid 33 dollars for nails i now have bleeding cuticals it was a painful experience and had eyebrows done on looks nice the other one is thicker than the other now have to pay for it to be fixed

The man that did my nails did an awful job. He was more concerned with the tv and what was going on around him than me. He rushed through the pedicure and took forever on the manicure. End result: bumpy gross nail polish and randomly shaped nails.
