I have been to every nail salon in Alpharetta: Posh, Paris Nails, etc and I can tell you with confidence this location is the best quality, experience, and value. I get long nails that often break and the owner explained sns is not the way to go. She could have charged more money if she wanted to but was very generous. The whole team is educated so I feel good walking in and getting my nails done by anyone. Thank you so much!!

What can I say other than AMAZING 🤩 I walked in& was met with immediate, friendly service. I showed Moon my inspiration photo and asked if we could tweak it a bit and she made it happen!! She went above and beyond to match the colors, nail shape and design—look at the photo! I also got a gel pedicure in a solid color but I didn’t catch that person’s name—either way she was just as friendly& professional and my toes/feet look great! Everything was Just amazing! I will be coming here from now on 👍👍 (An added plus is being able to use Venmo or cashapp to pay)

Moon, Mary and Micah are AMAZING!!..My natural nails are always done to perfection! The atmosphere is nice, clean and spa-like with calming music and very large TVs eith closed caption viewing (as to not disturb others). My husband and I have been going here since 2016 and we both love the services and the staff!

The ladies working there are so nice and sweet! They did the exact color and design I asked for and I’m obsessed with my nails. Definitely will come back!

Went in to get SNS removed from my nails, and I soaked my nails/fingers in an acetone solution. My fingers have been peeling for a couple of days now. This has never happened before at any other salon. The gel nails they did on me are really cute, but I’m disappointed in my fingers peeling.

Moon is soooo good. I loved her! She knows what she is doing when it comes to SNS. Very knowledgeable and detailed. She explained it all properly and my SNS nails do not feel thick and bulky. And she told me I did not have to do the top coat so they look matte which is the color I like because its subtle. I will definitely be going back to see her again.Only feedback I will give is that the place needs to be dusted properly because of the powder flying everywhere. Wet dusting may help. Overall, its a sweet place!

I went here and honestly.... I’m sticking to the nail salons in sandy springs. 72$ total because 10$ tipThey kept telling me my nails were even But when I went to hangout with friends they also noticedI am legit not happyI kept bringing it up, bringing it up over and over. They tried to fix the nails.... but honestly couldn’tMy cat eye looks jacked up on my jacked up nailsI have to live with these, until I fix them at my homeWhich I shouldn’t have to do

I visited for the first time today. Jasmine was really good. I asked for Christmas theme and she made my nails so pretty! Also new customer 10% off promotion was nice. Will go back there again!

The worst ever I have been to some of the best salon and nail places in Alpharetta and I must say they truly dropped the ball I had two people on my nails and no one was able to satisfy me although I did not get what I wanted I still left $20. The manager was rude and did not even try to make it right . I don’t like to leave a review if it has to be a bad review I always like to give good reviews But because of the way the situation was handled I feel the public needs to know that they did not do anything to make the customer comfortable or to keep the business I don’t need anything for free They did not want to charge me I left the money on the table with hopes that they get their technicians more training!

I have been a regular customer at Majestic Nails for more than a year. Everyone whos done my nails here has done excellent work. When I visit, I let Amber choose my color and style, and I leave with beautiful, creative nails every time.

Please never go here, I don’t know how anyone is satisfied with this place. Paid 68$ for SNS nails with a design and the design rubbed off as soon as I got home.

This place is excellent! The staff is always kind and they really care about their customerss satisfaction. The environment and setting is neat and organized unlike other nail salons. They take time and work meticulously on my nails. My pedicure was great and nice; my Gel manicure still looks flawless after almost two weeks with high shine! Overall 5 stars and highly recommended!

Only good service if u are rich and known to them. Asked to change my nail color since i was not happy the owner didn’t like it was rude insulted me in front of other customers calling me being picky!! Especially in Christmas season not accepting this kind of attitude or service. First time and last trip to this place.

Best nail salon for spa pedicures. Prices are really reasonable. The basic package includes sugar scrub, callous removal cream, massage, hot towels, and lotion. Make an appointment its usually busy.

Not impressed... I don’t know why everyone is giving such good reviews. Maybe it was just the person I got or just the day I went, but he didn’t finish two of my nails. I got SNS and they were ruff and not the same thickness. He skipped the top layar and top coat of my last two nails. When I left I had the sns all underneath my nails. It could’ve also been that they were trying close but I made a 6 o’clock appointment (which was the one they suggested) and I felt like they didn’t take the time to do them right.

This place has recently changed ownership. The new owner is awful and has let go the remaining original staff. The decor hah already changed and the quality has already suffered. Be warned...

AWFUL! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I made an appointment ahead of time and when I got there it took over 20 minutes for them to get to me because the lady who was supposed to do my nails said a client came in without an appointment and had an emergency. Turns out the emergency was a regular walk in that wanted a mani and pedi at the same time! The girl who ended up doing my nails took almost 2 hours and went soooo slowly! It is less than 2 weeks later and one sns has already come up! I paid $50 for frustration and 1.5 weeks worth of nails! Horrible!!!
