OVERPRICED AND BAD QUALITY! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! I paid over $50 for an SNS manicure, which typically lasts me about 3 weeks... when I got my manicure, I noticed they had skipped an extra setting step for the SNS that I had received at other salons, but I figured they knew that they were doing... The tech was also rushing and not paying attention... 8 days later, I now have 2 completely broken thumbnails and the other nails are starting to crack. Im VERY unhappy, and for a $50 manicure it was a total waste. I will now have to get my nails redone 2 weeks sooner than expected because of poor quality... I will not be returning to this salon, and I advise a word of caution to others. There are much better quality salons in the area that only charge $35 for an SNS manicure and they last a full 3 weeks.

I came to this nail salon, just for gel polish on my fingers nails, no manicure or nothing! Charged $30.00 this is ridiculous for just gel Polish, I should have asked, before getting the gel polish on my finger nails the price! Most places charge $15.00 for gel polish, not $30.00, I could have gotten a manicure for the price. Basically here, youre paying for the ambiance! I will not come back here again!

Nice staff and environment however the prices don’t match what you receive. Sometimes the job is rushed as well. However very nice staff.

Got my nails done by Anna and she was awesome, detailed around the cuticles with the SNS color, love them! Also, Betty is very kind and patient to get you to your nail technician. The salon is very clean, which to me is highly important.

I have hosted 2 large private events at Allure Nails & Bar, each consisting of 20 individuals getting manicure and pedicure. Both my events were an ultimate success, thanks to the professionalism and excellent service provided by Betty and the rest of the Allure staff. The staff at Allure helped me set up all the food/drinks prior to the party and cleaned up after the event. My guests were very pleased with the service they received and everyone truly enjoyed the pampering provided. The staff worked hard and ensured that the guests were well taken care of. I highly recommend Allure to those looking for top quality nail service!

Very nice people but prices are too high for what you receive. Definitely need some improvements. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here, but I would say the people who work here are very kind.

I left yesterday ready to write a one star review. I went in for an acrylic fill and decided to also get a small rhinestone design on my ring finger. When the woman finished, a few of my nails were bizarrely shaped and the finish on one of the rhinestone designs was clumpy and the finish on the other was rough. Not to mention one of the rhinestones fell off while she was putting lotion on my hands. I really hate complaining about things so I paid for the service and left, ready to just go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed. But I mustered up my confidence and called them after I got home and really examined just how bad they were, and they told me to come in the next day and they would fix the whole set for free. I went in today and the man I saw was amazing! He sanded all of them down and started from scratch, fixing the badly shaped fingers and also left every fingernail shiny and smooth, no more clumps! I opted out of the rhinestone design because I just personally decided I didn’t like what I had chosen afterwards, and went for all 10 fingers the same and I’m very happy! They definitely live up to their guarantee.

I’ve gone twice now and they absolutely CANNOT do pedicures!!! No scrubbing, no cuticle remover, NOTHING!! I will say however, Crystal is great on nails!!

GREAT STAFF, EXCELLENT SERVICE however as my daughter-in-law and I left (we both a manicure and a pedicure). I noticed two fingers on my right hand were smudged! I had an American Manicure, and the white tip of the nails were smudged. My daughter in law had S&N in RED they are GORGEOUS.My daughter said we wouldgo back and have them redone, but our husbands and kids were waiting to go out.I recommend but make sure your nails are very dry.

This has quickly become my go to place! They are amazing, very professional and super friendly! I have gotten my nails done with Anna and she makes them perfect every time!Anna also recently did my lash extensions! I am super in love with them. They are the most full and voluminous lashes I’ve ever seen on anyone, and they fan out! Request Anna if you get the lash extensions you will thank me! I will post some pictures of them on here for anyone who wants to see them.I highly recommend it, it’s the place to go!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Had to leave with nails incomplete and go to another salon where the owner could not believe that a salon would place new acrylic without first removing the old acrylic that was lifting. When I complained about my technician I was told by the rude manager that I would have to return the following day because it was near their closing time and no one else was there who could correct the problem. I was later than my originally scheduled time but since I was arriving from out of town I called and I was told it would not be a problem. The pedicure was fine, decor is nice but the nail service was awful and my nails were filed by the nail technician with a thick file that cut my skin and caused my finger to bleed. At that point I advised her to stop the service and requested another technician. I was told they were closed and did not have another technician available. Horrible experience and I have had my nails done for over 20 years. With so many excellent choices I will never return to this salon which does not accept responsibility for their issues and based on reading other reviews it appears the manager and staff always blame their customers.

Ladies were lovely and attentive but didn’t like getting manicure co platelet done in the pedicure area where nail dust is falling on my pants. Biggest issue was that I wanted the same color for toes and fingers so wasn’t given a book to choose from and they turned out completely different.

My husband and I went there today to get pedicures and the customer service was horrible. The technician coughed all over me and the one that was doing my husbands didnt want to trim his nails down low, the lady who did my nails cut into my flesh and caused me to bleed, overall bad business, I wouldnt recommend this place to my dog. The one star I gave is for the decor and the fact that I couldnt write this review without leaving at least one star. You keep making excuses for your employees bad behavior eventually youll be out of business, you have plenty of bad reviews on here and Im sure everyone is being honest. You reap what you sew

Not impressed. The place looks better than my nails. Expensive. Clumps of gel polish on the tips. They said it was my nails. NOT. Tried to redo one of my nails to no avail. Had them redone somewhere else. Looks much better.

Enjoyed Allure for the first time today. My favorite nail tech Crystal just started here and she’s amazing! The salon is clean, friendly and the services are some of the best I’ve ever had. Although I came for Crystal - I would definitely have enjoyed Allure and their impeccable decor, offerings and service nonetheless. So glad I came in.

Amy did my pedicure and did a great job. I chose the $45 - item 3, I believe, which comes to $27 after receiving 40% off as they advertise. To get the discount you need to post a 5 star rating on google. The other option is download Allure onto Facebook. The discount can be for one or many services. As much as I liked the pedicure, I felt they are a bit higher than the competition. But as I said I did enjoy the pedicure.

I decided to try this salon and left with pretty nails but they didn’t last very long...did them last Friday and by Tuesday they’re half way gone..lifting up and peeling off like plastic. Never happened before at any other nail salons..Sorry I won’t be back.

Crystal is an amazing Nail technician! I’ve been to her twice, was referred by my hair stylist and was very satisfied and impressed. Crystal is very sweet and does an excellent job on ambré style nails. Mine have lasted well over two weeks and still look great, I eat compliments everywhere I go. I have been looking for a place that will do the SNS, but I like my nails very thin. I explain what I was looking for/wanting before I sat down in the chair. Was told no problem they would be very thin. Yes, I know I run a risk of breaking one off of to thin. I am very careful and normally do not break any! If I was to break one I would pay to have if repaired, that would not be on the salon. Unfortunately they aren’t very thin at all, they are the thickest I have ever had! The nails are wider than my finger on the middle ones, getting hung on everything. I feel like he rushed to get me out the door. I am really disappointed with the way my nails look, some aren’t even.

I came in today after being frustrated to discover that the place where I had booked an appointment with was closed, due to Gone Fishing, be back Wednesday and no call or text to let me know that was happening. I got a basic pedicure and a uv gel manicure but it felt like I was getting a VIP package! The attention to details and in general kindness is outstanding! They even offered me a water or something to drink. I was completely comfortable the whole process.

Wow! Just, wow! I haven’t had a negative experience like what I had today, at this salon. They must have new management or something. I understand that today, Mother’s Day, is busy for mist salons but this was pathetic.When I walked in, yes I was greeted and ushered to a chair where I waited an HOUR for a tech to stop trying to do a million things at once, including helping customers who arrived AFTER me, to finally start doing my nails. This was after I got up and started to leave twice (I really should’ve, lesson learned). While she was doing my nails she was VERY OBVIOUSLY talking about me to another tech and they were both snickering. The other one kept pointing out things that I was doing and laughing (in their language of course) but I’m not stupid and I don’t appreciate being made to feel less than, as I don’t see others beneath me and try to practice patience and understanding. It didn’t work but nice try.I did not see anyone else receiving this same type of treatment.Oh! Also, the same woman did my manicure and left my nails a little dirty underneath. I asked her if she could clean them and she said no they’re TOO DIRTY. I said no you just need to use the tool. I then asked for the tool, which she gave me and cleaned them myself. I sat there and looked at the other nail tech continue to talk about me an laugh.After I got up to ESCORT MYSELF to the nail drying station with NO HELP, the main tech who was helping everyone came up to me and asked if I needed my eyebrows done. This was the one I initially complained to when I was waiting too long.It was the way in which she said it that was rude and weird, like, you ask me this right before I’m about to leave!??? It came across as very catty. Like, we just want you to know your eyebrows are messed up.They are lucky I kept myself from getting loud and cussing everyone out.It’s really such a shame because my mother and I used to come to this salon all the time, it’s her favorite. There was a gentleman who used to run things and was so nice and friendly. It’s looks like everyone is all stuck up now for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON or maybe too rushed to care.I’m an extremely observant, intelligent individual who values good service. I observed at how everyone else was being treated and how the nails techs interacted with every body, so I know I’m not making things up.I understand it was busy today but obviously not busy enough for the techs to talk and laugh about customers while providing a service.What a BIZARRE experience on Mother’s Day.Such a shame. #worstcustomerservice

I absolutely love this nail salon! I went in for a eyebrow wax and full set.. I always get long nails so im always very picky about who starts my set. The nail tech who did my nails name is Krystal. Shes such a nice lady and did an amazing job. My nails and eyebrows looks perfect! I will be going back for sure!!!

By far one of the best experiences I have had. The staff is so nice and accomidating. Crystal did my full set she is very attentive and takes pride in doing a great job. They are my new go to ask for Crystal shes the best.

My last experience here was the worst. I asked the lady how much my nails would be in total and she told me $40. By the time I was done with the service the price jumped up to $60. I do not recommend this place they will try to get over!! And my nails broke so easily .. every time I got my nails done here my real nail will break in half. This has never happened to me before. Do not recommend this place

For a long time this was the only nail salon that I trusted to do my nails. However, at my last visit my nail technician was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I will not be returning. She made rude remarks throughout my experience and when I mentioned (to my sister beside me) that I was uncomfortable because of the angle at which she was holding my hand, the technician interjected with “I’m uncomfortable too. You should have sat in a different chair.” She then snickered under hear breath and laughed with her coworkers.When I asked if they had rhinestones she responded “idk maybe.” And instead of looking for them she adds “They’re expensive anyway.”I was friendly to her the entire time despite her insulting demeanor, but I will unfortunately have to find a new salon.I just want to reiterate that this is only one of many inappropriate statements that she made but I don’t want to write a novel. I’ve been getting my nails done all over the ATL area for 20+ yrs and this is the worst treatment I’ve received.

We waited for 20 minutes in cold water to get a pedicure. I asked three times for hot water. When they did my pedicure they burned my foot with a hot towel. They also nickel and dimed me for a basic manicure and up charged me for a nail polish claiming it was a $2 extra charge because it was “long lasting” nail polish. They also gave everyone else around me flip flops to leave and gave me paper shoes. When I asked about that, the lady said “you don’t need them.” I wouldn’t go back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! This was my 2nd time in with a different nail technician. I walked in at 6:55pm to get sns. The first time everything was good. But this time there was a different person at the register. It was a pregnant lady who (claim to be the owner). It was around 7:20pm when the nail technician was almost done. And the lady at the register came and asked if I was paying with cash or credit. I replied credit, she left and came back in a minute. When I turned to look she was opening my wallet as she asked if it was ok for me to go ahead and pay. I was taking back! Before she even finished her sentence my wallet was open. But I kept my cool. She ran my card and came back asking how much I was going to tip so she could write it down. I told her to please wait until the tech finish to make sure I was happy with everything. She then started to yell that they needed to close! It was 7:25pm they close at 7:30pm. I understand because I worked in retail for over 15 years. But I was never rude to a customer like that! Especially if they weren’t rude to me. At this point I was upset, I told her I have never been in such an unprofessional place. She kept yelling about how they turn people way at 6:30pm or 7:00pm because they need to be out of there by 7:30pm and can not stay a minute pass that. She kept saying I should be thankful they even let me in at 6:55pm. They never let people in at that time. She kept making every worst! The nail tech kept apologizing for this woman! She won’t just be quite! She was angry, I told her she needed to stop making everything worst and stop getting so upset because she was pregnant. She continue and I asked her for the owner she said she was the owner. I told her this was the last time I would ever come to this place. And she said she didn’t care to lost clients. She never apologize for her actions, it is really sad that she felt in the right the entire time.

I love the quality and hospitality here! Raymond did my nails and is so sweet and made sure everything looked perfect. Also, the prices here are half of what they were at my previous salon! Love it

The salon is nice and clean. Great variety of gel colors and brands to choose from. Staff is friendly. Mani pedi was relaxing. I love my nails so pretty!

My mom and I were in today for mani/pedi and we had terrible experience with one of the nail technician. Her name is Amy.She did my moms mani. After adding nail paint, my mom realized that she didnt like the color and was having second thoughts. We were politely discussing nail paint options. This made Amy very upset as she might have to do the redo, and she slammed the nail paint on a plate and started removing nail paint in anger. I confronted to her that slamming and her attitude is disrespectful and she said, sorry that the plate is loud and other technician will complete the service. Her body language and tone were extremely rude.I let my displeasure known to the owner. At first, owner was defending her staff saying she heard Amys story, she is really great with other customers, its miscommunication as she doesnt speak good English blah blah. I understand its my word against her, but I wanted owner to know my side. I also let her know that I will be writing a review about this. After which, she waived my moms mani and said she will have a talk with her staff.As a customer, I would rather pay $50 more and be treated with respect...waiving $15 for mani is not going to make it up for it. Maybe honest apology and taking accountability for action would have helped. Nevertheless, I appreciate the gesture.Amy might have been great with other customers, but certainly not with us. She did apologize, but her apology was because plate was too loud not sorry, I slammed in anger..I hope she learns for this and treats other customers with respect.P.S. Amy was the most chattiest of four technician we had. So if you are looking for some quiet time, probably not right one for you.Replying to Betty:Thank you Betty for replying. The way you relied exactly proves my point. Just to be clear, we did not disrespect her or anyone during the whole process. This nail shop is deserves a 0star. I arrived at 4:45 to get a gel fill in. The lady that was doing my nails rushed and and was finish with a fill In with 15min she was finished at 5:00. I showed her how uneven and crooked my nailed were. She should it a manger I am assuming I showed her how my nails where and she asked to fixed them. The manager attempted to fix them and the reason I say attempted is because my nails are still crooked and uneven and she also added a 3rd coat. I asked her will this 3rd coat peel the color she stated no but even time I get 3 coat it peels. I paid them and walked out as walk-in out in an looking at my nails a I was very disappointed and unsatisfied. I will never go back to this nail shop. Not with the service I received

Pedicure was rushed. I did not enjoy myself at all. Polish was ruined not even 24 hours later because coats of polish were applied very quickly one after the other without letting the prior coat dry first. Would not recommend.

Allure nails & bar is the Best! The experience you get when walking in is 2nd to none. I moved here from New York, afraid I would not find a great nail tech or a place where the atomsphere is friendly and enjoyable but Allure exceeded my expectations. I would not have found this place without my Amazing nail tech Crystal. When I met Crystal she saw that I was very picky about my nails and she immediately put my mind at ease and told me, relax I got you baby and you will be happy dont worry, well that was in September 2017 and I have not tried another person. My daughters, other family, friends, and people from different places we go have gone to Crystal and they all share the love for her!!!! Allure keep doing what you are doing....oh, there is great management, they walk around to make sure youre happy.

She does awesome ombré nails too!My pedicurista, Nina, is also very good!I have challenging toe nails, and she can handle it! I highly recommend them both.

Rude sevice if you ask them to do something they do it with bad attitude and start talking in their language, not need to translate when you know they talking bad about you, they finish and not even say thanks, you’re done, see you later, bad customer service. I think the owner always have to be there so they can be nice.

Dont get fooled! This salon has been bought out and now managed by the new owner. I Got my nails done (Acrylic ) plus gel on top, it was like $57 but may nails was horribe. The guy who did my nails doesnt know what he was doing. My nails are not even the same lenght and it has bumps and weird looking shape. Please find another salon if you want your money to worth!!!!

My first experience at this salon was great and I gave the tech a tip but my wife experience wasnt she had both manicure and pedicure the pedicure was terrible but today I decided we will get pedicures the experience we had was rude and unprofessional I felt really bad this was part of a birthday surprise for my wife I had to apologize to her for the horrible experience but glad today is not her birthday so tomorrow we will have a great day we will not go there again

New nail salon next To Publix. Its clean and has beautiful decor. Customer service was great, I was helped right away and offered a beverage. They have a nice selection of SNS colors and the Sunkissed Pedicure was awesome!

Beautiful new salon in Alpharetta and the service by Raymond and Sue was top-notch..

I had chrome nails done here. The chrome chipped on the edges very badly. They tried to fix a few of the nails...not all of them which made them appear like they were different colors. I came back again to see if they would compensate me....they said I should just try not getting the chrome again and there was nothing else they could do. Poor management
