Marvelous Service, awesome environment. I got a deluxe pedi which met my expectations, and my wife tried manicure and pedi deluxe. Caring manager helped us with a minor service complication. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat, definitely check this location.

I have been to this place multiple times and it used to be my favorite nail salon in town. However the quality has declined and the services feel rushed. The last time I was there one of the technicians dropped and broke the nail polish bottle and then dropped and cracked my iPhone... I was offered 10% off which was insulting. However I still left a tip. The next time I went there was a short wait but someone who came in after me was sat before me. Disappointing.

I really wanted to like this place. I had an appt. and it was busy so I still had to wait. Way to many people in the salon for a COVID safe experience. The place looks fabulous and I like the different menu options for a pedicure. Here is my MAJOR concern, I was having my calluses removed. I noticed the nail tech took what appeared to be a brand new callus removal tool (aka the cheese grater) out of the packaging and she went to town. She rinsed the tool in dirty water (that my feet were soaking in), dried the tool off with a dirty towel and put it back into the plastic package and put it back into her tool kit. Ill leave it at that. I wont return.

Longtime customer and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Always welcomed with a smile and conversation. Best mani/pedi around. Very clean and accommodating to meet needs of my elderly mom when I bring her in.

I went to Bluegrass Milton for the first time today and I’ve never had a better gel manicure! She really made sure everything looked perfect, and we didn’t wait at all!Edit: I’ve had my gel nails on for 3.5 weeks now and they have not chipped at all! I won’t be going anywhere else!!!

When you walk in it almost always looks super busy but the wait is never long! They keep things moving and there is a nice little couch to wait at. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going for three years ... since we moved here. The woman who owns it is extremely nice and always greets everyone. I like the place so much that I get my eyebrows done here also (they always turn out great I ask them to keep my natural shape) I would highly recommend coming here! They always offer drinks and have a little candy bar.

Ive been going to Bluegrass for years. Ive tried other salons that are closer, but the quality is NEVER as good. The salons are gorgeous and the owner really cares about her clients. Love this place.

My daughter treated herself to a manicure to celebrate her 18th birthday. The technician up-sold her on gels which were horribly done and the wrong color. She was intimidated by the technician who she was unable to understand and left. Called back to let the salon know the work was unacceptable and made an appointment to have them corrected. The salon manager was rude, the technician was rude, and they charged her another $45 dollars to fix this mess. So overall she paid over $100 for the treat. As a side note, the Roswell store was extremely helpful and indicated it was wrong for the Milton store to charge to fix the nails.

Great service! Please book appointment before going they are usual busy... all the employees are very keen on their job they do their job perfectly.. the pedicures especially they give perfect scrubbing and massaging. Their nail art is also very neat I have been to other places if they mess a little they dnt care but here even if they mess a little they redo the whole finger again.. I will be visiting here often! One of the best spa I have been to!

Very clean and especially COVID cautious. They do Temp checks, require extra handwashing and sanitizing, extra sani guards between you and nail techs. All technicians do an excellent job. Extremely friendly and professional!

Went in for the first time today and was pretty nervous. I hate trying a new nail salon, but the lady I used to go to moved. When I arrived the place was PACKED but the gentleman at the front told me the wait wouldnt be long and it wasnt. They got me in and out in an hour. I had Joanne and she was fantastic!! Ill keep going back to her for sure! She did a wonderful job on my SNS manicure and she was very sweet. She took her time even though they were busy and she made sure I liked the shape and length multiple times.

I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years now. The staff are professional and know exactly what they are doing. I always request Don for SNS and he does a FANTASTIC job. The front desk staff are all very friendly and offer beverages during your visit and Alison does a great job making sure everyone is having an enjoyable and relaxing time. Occasionally I’ll go to another place with my sister or a friend and no one ever does as well as Bluegrass!! I’ve decided this will be my only spot from now on! 3 broken nails in less than 7 days.I went to get gel on my nails. I asked them not to buff down my nails too much because I didnt want them to thin them out. The lady assured me that I had strong nails and I would be fine. Now here I am exactly 1 week from when I got gel and I have 3 nails that have completely broken off. I had pretty long nails (people would ask if I had acrylics) and now Ive had to file all of them down.

Ive been to several nail salons in the area, and Bluegrass is by far the best! Their staff is very professional and polite. Ive never had a bad experience there. Its the nicest nail salon and spa Ive ever been to. You would think that theyre more expensive than others, but their pricing is incredibly reasonable and competitive. You wont be disappointed!

I hate giving this 2 star but my stinging fingers 3 hours after my SNS compels me to. The salon is beautiful and looks very fancy. Prices are on the high end too. I was expecting the service to match the salons appearance and the price. My tech -Esther, was terrible! She was rough and used the buffing machine on my skin around my nails and made me bleed. She continued the rough treatment even after I told her to be gentle and slow down. Overall rough process throughout. Terrible experience instead of the treat it was supposed to be. My nails did look pretty in the end but seriously not worth the broken skin on all 5 finger of the left hand. My daughter was with me and luckily got a good tech- Angie. Since it is a gamble as to who you could get to do your nails I will not be returning to Bluegrass Salon.

Great service! Cane I on a busy Saturday and from the looks of the place I was sure Id have to wait - nope! They took me right away and gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had! They also offer you drinks while you are pampered. Will be going back!

Ive been going to Bluegrass for years now and even though I moved out of the neighborhood, I wont even consider going anywhere else. Luxurious atmosphere, great variety of products and services, and most importantly GREAT PEOPLE. Their facials are excellent! Very clean, neat, and organized. My nails look good for weeks with no worries. Love this place!Edited to add:. Still love this place. Took my boss here for her birthday and she was so impressed she says we have to make this a regular get-together. Face time with the boss and a luxurious Mani/Pedi means Win/Win!

The decor and quality is great but the staff likes to pretend they don’t understand what you want sometimes. Other that that they are super nice and the prices are pretty good. It’s a great place to try out👍

I have always wanted a salon like this!It’s so cute! I love the decor and vibe! I thought they closed at 7 but it is 6 on Sunday so I was rescheduling to come in, and the lady advised me they could do a pedi at 5:45 on a Sunday! It took no time to get in a chair. The young man Brian was so sweet! Made me feel very comfortable and he was funny! Highly recommend and I will be coming back and recommending to everyone.Tip is only accepted in cash! Be prepared!

I usually always forget to write a review, but there is no way I could forget to do one for Bluegrass. These girls were just absolutely amazing. The salon/spa itself it very clean and decorated beautifully. The service there was exceptional (they even helped me find exactly the type of color I wanted... and for an indecisive person like myself, that can take a lot of patience), and my nail technician was one of the most knowledgeable and skilled techs I have ever had. Thank goodness I work close by, because I know I will be returning here very often! I highly recommend this salon and its staff! Thank you so much ladies!

I got the SNS Dipping powder service done from here and my nails chipped within a week. I got it fixed from here but they chipped again within a few days. Its also expensive than most of the salons nearby. I have always done the SNS but it never got chipped so early and stays for at least 3 weeks. The have a nice ambiance and they offer you drink but I didnt like the service quality.

Great service, everyone bends over backwards to make sure you leave happy. Very relaxing atmosphere and lots of choices for different services they offer. Only issue is parking. They are next to a popular BBQ place so just depends on what time of day you go, after work is best for me, in and out in an hour.

Disappointed. I’ve tried to come to this salon several times, however due to the wait time on one occasion and their delivery of chairs another day which resulted in them being closed but appearing open meant I had to come back for a third time to actually try them out. I waited entirely too long once I was sat in a pedicure chair- I had to ask more than once for them to warm the water because it took so long. I asked for a water which never came until I asked again. The quality of the massage-which is usually the best part of a pedicure- was poor and the lotion seemed watery. The pedicure itself felt rushed especially after waiting so long. I won’t be back.

I have been going to Bluegrass Nail for the past 7 years. The staff is so friendly! They are super clean and stay up to date with all the nail trends. They have a HUGE selection of polish, gel, and SnS colors. The prices for service are awesome as well!!

What a great place to spend fathers day. Everyone who works there is super nice and did a really good job. Its pricey but its worth it.

First time I ever came here, they did a wax on my brows and burned my skin OFF. They only gave me a gift card to make up for it; they didn’t seem very sorry.Second time, I asked for short gel nails and I got regular short nails and in the process my nail tech ripped multiple cuticles. I am very unimpressed with this place and won’t be back.

This salon is beautiful and the technicians do a nice job. They offer complimentary beverages and candies. HOWEVER, their prices are higher than other salons and they will charge you for services you didnt ask for, such as callous removal. Also, you should be aware that they do not accept MasterCard. No one told me this when I made my appointment nor when I came in. No sign or anything. This really put me in an embarrassing situation at checkout time.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to, and Ive been to salons all over West and East Cobb. Someone different has done my manicure/pedicure each time and my nails always turn out just how I want (and the polish is quality). The girls at the front desk are always super friendly and helpful. Treat yourself and try this place out for a change (youll never go anywhere else).

The week of my wedding, there was no question in my mind that Id be going to Bluegrass to get my nails done. Theyre exceptional! They even ordered a gel polish for me!!!! They took pictures for my mom, my sister, and me. They even played fun wedding songs as we got our nails done!!! After they finished, the owner gave me the sweetest gift. Thank you Bluegrass for pampering me and for the best mani/pedis ever!! We are forever Bluegrass customers!

I love this place.

The only down side is that I visited this location while on vacation from out of state. I cant return without an expensive and long round trip flight or Id be here as regularly as I could afford. I had a pedi with gel polish and sns nails done on my hands. Its been almost 3 very busy weeks with every opportunity to damage the nails/ polish. Instead, besides the nail growth, theyre still perfect! Ive never had acrylics last this well. Gorgeous, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff who are easy to communicate with, and incredible quality.

Kandi and Bob are both incredible! Love the SNS manicure - strong nails, natural products, beautiful colors. Ive been going to this salon for almost 3 years and Ive never had a negative experience. The owner is warm and friendly and they always can squeeze me in on a lunch break. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Not good experience. 1. One of my nail I got hurt because that old lady was not doing smoothly. 2. My gel manicure start peeling within week. You guys charge for more money for gel manicure but not worth spending that much money for worse service n work. Totally totally not worth visit bluegrass.

I have been coming here for quite some time and just brought a huge party if girlfriends for a pamper day. Well one of my friends had tips done and on one hand at least three of her nails were put in super crooked. She brought it to the girls attention and with an attitude the nail tech said that it was because my friends fingers were crooked. What!?!?!?! Well my friend didnt want to cause a scene so she quietly spoke to the manager who agreed they were crooked and said that because of it she would not charge her for her nails and was going to give her a $15 gift card to come back and try them again since this was her first time coming. My friend would have preferred to just have had them fixed when she originally told the nail tech but at this point we had already been there 2 hours. So when we go up to pay, my friend is charged and told they finally decided to just take $15 off. My friend told the girl at the front desk what the manager/owner had promised. She called the manager over and she agreed that she had changed her mind and was no longer going to honor what she previously said. I couldnt believe it!!! So so very unprofessional. She handed my friend a nail filer and told her that if her nails looked crooked than maybe she should file them down herself to correct it. I was appalled!!!!!!!! I have never seen anything like that. She then lied and said she was not the manager but the manager was away. I knew for a fact this was a lie bc I have been here many times and the older lady with the last name Lee is in fact the manager/owner. Needless to say they just lost 7 clients for life!!!!!

Completely unprofessional and over-rated. The ambience is typical. They dont use liners for pedicures. A bimbo, non-english speaking manicurist in training cut 4 of my fingers with a file while doing an SNS and the manager made excuses by saying, I know shes too rough and offered me a miniscule discount for being injured and damaged. I insisted on a refund and after 6 mins she agreed to it as she stomped away!? A professional employee offered me Neosporin and apologized. Meanwhile, I have limited use of my fingers, pain, soreness and damage. This was the worst nail experience ever! I will never return! I hope you get shutdown for the pain and suffering Ive endured!

The decor and ambiance is impressive and set the tone for exceptional service. I had a deluxe pedi and a classic mani done. Although the service and polish job was great, the lady did make me bleed while removing callus. The massage that accompanied the service was in par compared to others. It was very light rubbing that really did nothing for me. The lady who did the mani was super quick and I liked that, especially since it was a job well done. I also had threading done for my upper lip area. The lady who did the threading was superb. I will definitely return for the threading and may return for a mani pedi too but only for a basic one.

Only salon I go to. Never smells like chemicals, beautiful, clean and always great service!

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews but I had to. Everyone hyped this place up for me but my experience was not good. I paid $80 for 4 of my fingers to bleed because the lady filed my nails so much that she went into my skin over and over. Also forgot a second top coat on one of my hands.

Seriously. NEVER AGAIN. I went to this place once before and had a bad experience but I was in desperate need of a mani & pedi so decided to give it another shot. Huge mistake. I decided to try the new SNS nails and they assured me they had reg. polish to match for my toes; Im super anal about my nails and toes and like for them to be the same exact color. So everything was ok at first, my toes were cute and exactly the color I wanted, but my nails..ABSOLUTELY NOT. My nails were a bright fuchsia pink and my toes were more of a baby pink. So obviously something was wrong. I mentioned to the guy doing my nails multiple times that this was not the right color and something was wrong, but he assured me that once he was done and they were dry that they would change colors. Of course they did not, and he even said he had no idea why the SNS nails turned colors and apologized bc he even knew it wasnt right nor what I asked for. So I get to the register assuming they had already taken acre of the price of my nails being tat they didnt turn out right and it was mistake on their part but to my surprise they still charged me full price for everything. Of course, i was like um no and asked to speak to the owner . The guy that did my nails even went to the owner and let her know they didnt come out right and he had no idea why, this lady tells me well I like them lmao and Im looking at her like shes crazy bc thats the most irrelevant thing to mention, like ever lol esp. since theyre on my hands and not hers and i do not like bright fuchsia pink, no way! So the owner continues to tell me it took him a lot of time to do my nails and if I dont want to pay for them then theyll have to take them off by setting my hand in remover for an hour an 30 AFTER Id already been there for and hour and 30. By this point Im livid and basically let them know to figure out another way to get the s*** off my nails cause I wasnt wasting anymore time there. The guy who did them ends up taking them off and continues to apologize while the money hungry owner continues to prance around and didnt even apologize once. Shes awful, avoid this place!

Came as a walk in, the lady at reception told me to wait 30 min, so I did, 4 more people came after that 30 min and they were taken care of. So I asked the lady again, and she told me I have to wait for 25 min more. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend.
