I’ve been going here since they opened and I love it here! They’re all so talented AND they have delicious complimentary cocktails (need I say more)! They’re are so many employees and so many do a great job so you can’t go wrong. Tai, Emily, Anne, Tony, etc etc. You will not be disappointed, I assure you.

The first picture of the beautiful nails is not from this shop it’s a picture from Google. What I asked for and what I received. I’ve been going here for a month I actually love them the atmosphere is amazing, the staff usually gives me what I want and they’re very nice and they execute every time but this time. I didn’t get that. When I came in I did let them know that I wanted a full set I already had my nails previously done by Emily ( which is awesome) so I wanted new nails, the nail tech who they put me with wasn’t that knowledgeable about the design but she didn’t tell me that she gave me a fill instead and she sanded off my powder and suggested I use gel. She didn’t sand the inside of the nails she didn’t have me wash my hands in between she didn’t file down the front of the nail it was actually awful. The 3 stars was really for the lady whom done my pedicure she was amazing if it wasn’t for her I would given 1 star. She also went to get advise about my nails several times more than 3, but not one time did he come over to get clarification, it’s my fault because I shouldn’t have listened and asked for another nail tech. I actually love this place but that’s the last time I’m going to go in there. If she didn’t know how to do designs she could’ve just told me that, I would’ve went some where else if there wasn’t anyone there to do it….. the first picture does not belong them it’s off of Google

I booked an appointment with Tony and my nails are the worst that I’ve ever seen. He did an acrylic overlay which should be pretty basic service but the end result was a splotchy, uneven mess. No nail place should ever let a client walk out with nails like this. I’ll let my photos speak for the rest.

I’ve been coming to iNails in Alpharetta for about two months now and I always leave a satisfied customer. Their staff is amazing (Trish, Annie, Emily, etc.) and as a lagniappe, they have an in house bartender (Sheila) on the weekends! If you come here, you won’t be disappointed.

First time coming and Annie did my nails and did an amazing job! Exactly what I wanted. The salon is clean and a good atmosphere. Annie was so fun and nice!

I came in for the pedicure. Got the deluxe package nb 3. I am extremely satisfied and relaxed. It feels like a full on spa! Place is big and glamorous. Everyone is wearing masks and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not on the cheap side but very much worth it. I had Kim and she was great.

This is my go to nail salon. Tai is the best on my nails. Hes creative and knows his craft. Kim always has my toes right!. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.....did I mention the complimentary cocktails??? Treat yourself today.

This is the only place I will go for a dedicate or manicure! Everyone is always extremely nice and it is a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are good.

Inails Alpharetta is great. Don’t need an appointment, we just walk in and wait time is never more than 10 minutes. Sheila is great, she walks around and asks how we are doing and gets us a drink! My pedicures are always on point. If you are in North Point area, you need to give them a try!

I absolutely this place. When I first moved to Roswell, I had a hard time finding a nail shop that met my standards. Once I discovered iNails in Alpharetta, it was a no brainer— this has become my home base nail shop & I love the services. I never walk out disappointed. I highly recommend this nail shop to anyone looking for an excellent experience!

I’ve been only a few times during the pandemic but way more time before covid. They always keep social distancing guidelines, have plexiglass set up at each station, always have had a clean salon. Even when I tried a new dip powder and it didn’t work well with my nails I came back the next day and they fixed it. Very friendly and the salon is peaceful, gentle music. My favorite is the basic pedicure and colored acrylic full set! Always love a good nude set and matching gel Polish for toes 🥰

I love to come here for my manicures! To get a facial our lash extensions you’ll need to call ahead so I will definitely schedule a facial for my next visit. The staff is so kind and professional—giving beautiful results!

I made an appointment at 12 for a refill and a pedicure. I was able to get a pedicure done so I asked who’s doing my nails because nobody came to me. I saw three people who just came in and was able to get service. I spoke to one of the guy and he said I should of made an appointment and I told him I did had one. The manager came to me and apologized and that someone will get to me shortly. I waited 10 minutes and saw two customers walk in and got service. I went to the manager and told him that I had appointment at 12 and was able to get my toes done and saw 5 ppl that came after me was able to get their nails done. Why am I still waiting? He said that is my old clients and everyone here has their old clients and that I have to wait even though I made an appointment. This was my second time and my last. When I had an appointment the first time, there was no issue. So now all of sudden if their old clients comes in, they come first. I went to another nail salon Castle Nails Bar across the street by TJ Maxx way better!

A friend booked us appointments. Was sat on time and had a Deluxe Pedicure by Sang. Very accommodating and friendly.

DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON EVER! The nail salon lacks extremely in professional customer service. Do not get stuck with Kimberly. If you tell her you don’t like something on your nails she will yell at you. Even the other people working there (possibly managers or supervisors) were so rude to me, yelling at me and trying to charge me for some extra add ons that I did not want nor ask for. My nails came out looking nothing like the picture I showed them and they were all trying to rush me saying that “they were closing and had to go soon”. Save your money and go somewhere else because this is not it.

First, they are not taking temperatures so please don’t go here if you have any Covid risk.I got a classic manicure and pedicure with normal polish, nothing fancy. I left there after 7 pm. By 9 pm, one nail was missing at least a third of the polish. By morning, it was worse. I sent images and called and was told to come back in. When I did, they were going to charge me.This was one of the most expensive manicures I have had and it was by far the worst. Don’t waste your time here!

I dont typically leave reviews. But this was honestly the worst pedicure experience Ive had in years. The salon wasnt busy when I arrived. Just 3 other customers. But my simple pedicure took 2 hours! Regular polish, no gel.The guy who was doing my toes had to start over on one foot towards the end. Less than a week later and the polish is completely off of half of my toes. Usually a pedicure doesnt start chipping for me until the 3rd week. I typically get a pedicure once a month, but after just one week, I already need another.New to the area and Ive been trying out salons in Alpharetta and Roswell... I wont be returning here.

I drove 40 minutes to see if I would have a better experience and I didn’t. The manicure went well, as Ty became more personable as he did my manicure. Daniel was very rude and short when doing my pedicure. Thinking now I should’ve ask for someone else and dismissed Daniel but honestly I didn’t have the energy to argue. I can feel that he was talking about me but of course I can’t prove because I don’t speak the language. He had a disposition the whole time. It’s sad patronizing these businesses because they don’t appreciate the patronage. Experience was overrated and I definitely won’t be back.

I went for a second time last week and it was fine the service was good but it’s a little over a week later and 2 of my nails broke off and most of them have have cracks. The lady did them too thin to where I can’t where them for another few weeks. I would say this visit was a waste of money. But I really enjoy their services and live how it’s so clean in there?

I made an appointment over a month ago to see Ty. I notified them I was running behind. I arrive all the way from Stone Mountain and they tell me he had a client. Impossible that his appointments are in 20 min increments. It’s takes over an hour to do nails. No apology just excuses, so I left and spent my money somewhere else. It’s a shame because I love this shop and I’m a consistent customer. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Last time I had a 2:30 appointment and I wasn’t late. They tell me 45 mins. What’s the point of making an appointment

My mom got color changing nails but didn’t color change and it has nothin to do with her body as soon as her nails get in cold water they are supposed to change mine did change but left cracks all over my nails and left polish on my hand. 3 stars third is so unacceptable

I make my appts with him personally and he is always on time to start.COVID policies: They enforce wearing mask for all clients and have a mandatory sanitizing station for clients!

This salon is so beautiful and clean. Upon arrival I was asked to sanitize my hands. Masks are also required for entry. Jen is absolutely amazing! Best nail tech ever! Can’t wait to come back to get a pedicure as well next time when I have more time. Definitely recommend. I live in buckhead and it’s worth the drive!

I’ve been here at least 4 times, this was the worst experience so far. We went just 8 days ago for mani/pedis and all of us have chipped nails and toes or gel polish just completely gone off of our nails. The atmosphere/ ambiance was not the brunt of the problem. Even though I scheduled my appointment for myself and my 3 bridesmaids at least 3 weeks in advanced and they were still short staffed and asked us to move our appointment to accommodate their schedule, which didn’t help us at all. We still had some what of a relaxing experience. We each had gel pedicures and SNS on our hands and my nails are chipped and we all have gel polish missing off of our toes. This is very disappointing just a week later. Glad we made it through my vow renewal ceremony. We won’t be back.

I have never been to a nail salon that insisted on applying 7-8 layers of acrylic on each nail. I feel like I have huge balloons on my fingers. Prices were higher than most salons so I assumed the quality of work would be up to par. I was wrong and out of $50. I will never return to this nail salon again.

I’ve been going here since my birthday in June . I was new to the area and needed a new Salon. Well yesterday when I went I specifically asked for Philip because he always does my nails. The lady stated he would be late around 11:30 but I couldn’t wait that long due to work. I said well someone else can do it that’s fine . She turns around & says well I can’t do nothing for you. It was very unprofessional because this is what I’m paying anyone of you to do is my NAILS. I will not be returning & went to another shop where I was welcomed.

The manager is very disrespectful..I got my nails done and it wasn’t don properly,all I did was just telling him .he thought I needed a free nails do ..I didn’t,just didn’t want it to be done by the same person..everyone works for their money and it’s very unfair..I will never go back to this place.

Went today . it was my first time at this location. the location was very clean and I automatically like that they offered more design and nail colors than the normal nail salon that I frequent I went for a pedi and a medi .I tried the powder dip method it was my first time trying it I went for a snow white powder I was a little worried at first about the durability but so far it seems to be holding and it came out pretty nice the woman who did my feet did an excellent job all in all this was a great experience I felt like a celebrity and it was great service very modern I would definitely recommend

Love this salon... treat customers really well. Offer a selection of beverages. Have me a neck massage. I called to ask when they take the last client... they said theyd wait for me. They were all smiles and very patient although I went right at closing. Even had my phone drop, ruin 3 toenails, and they were still very nice about fixing it. The best part is the points card which gives me points to redeem later for services. I highly recommend!

I have gone to this salon for years and loved it. However it’s under new management and the guys who took it over are awful. Rude and not nice like the old manager Philip. The whole atmosphere has changed. Don’t go here!

I go to this salon on a regular basis and have always been satisfied with the customer service and results of my visits. The staff is always friendly and they have a rewards program that allows you to get money back after a certain number of visits/once you spend a certain amount of money. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. It definitely deserves the 5 stars.
