My pedicure was great it’s the manicure that lacked luster, I spent extra to get gel and the gel wasn’t even applied properly. It’s pealing when it was done exactly 1 week ago, and I already lost 2 nails with others beginning to snag. Definitely would not recommend a manicure especially if you spend more to get gel in hopes it’ll last longer, just get regular polish cause my toes still look great.

This was my first time, but they knew everyone else there by name which is a good sign. Everyone there was nice.

Found them on Groupon and been going back every since. Love the service they treat me like family always do an excellent job. Highly recommend if you looking to get superb service.

It was horrible experience..I went there for my daughters pedicure and nails via Groupon. Interestingly they were trying to undercut the group on by saying that dont come through Groupon come direct.the nails that were put on her hand fell off in 2 days after getting it. When we called to report it the next day, person on the phone was extremely rude...she was saying why I did not call the moment it fell off (which was at 10:00 PM in night yesterday when they are closed)...they said because I reported it the next day theycan not do anything about it. Pedicure was ok even though nail polish started coming off and its only been 4 days. Even after spending a lot of money and time, you as a customer will be treated as trash if you do not get the right results.During the process when they were letting it dry they were taking a lot of time and it was about 30 minutes Do not go here unless you like to burn your hard earned money. Customer Service is horrible and painful. It is a total waste of money and time

I bought gel nails and they came off in 1 day. I tried to call them but they never picked up until a week later later. She was extremely rude and threatened me and said I was lying. DO NOT GO HERE!! Nail paint was put on horribly as well

Horrible service, horrible attitude. Pedicure was done in less than 10 min, very poor job. They make you wait endlessly between treatments and the quality of the pedicure was a sheer disappointment. Would not recommend this place at all. They did not have any COVid precautions and hygiene. The guy cut the skin to bleed, did not even acknowledge. They also had movies with inappropriate content that were R rated with kids inside the place.

I would definitely recommend this nail salon! They took their time and it was such a relaxing experience and atmosphere!! I got SNS set of nails and a pedicure and my daughter got an acrylic set and a pedicure!! So happy with the outcome!! We have just found our new nail salon!!

Absolutely loved my experience here, very friendly and professional staff and my nails were done beautifully! This is the only place I want to get nails done from now on, I’m glad I discovered it.As a side note, I’m so sad they had to deal with a very angry lady who came in without an appointment and yelled and was very bitter that she had to wait because we already had an appointment scheduled- she stormed out and wrote a really bad review with lies that she had to wait for people who walked in without an appointment (we had one scheduled).. I hope she feels bad for mistreating them and changes her behavior and how she treats customer service workers.

I love this place! Attention is the best

Got my nails done less than a week ago and already started to come off. Called in to make an appointment but got refused after about 30 minutes drive to the place. He told me he will get me the gel nails but barely took about 5-10 mins to get it done. Bad attitude. He looked like he was not willing to do a good job rather just get it over with. Not a good visit.

He was nice and polite but the value I paid through groupon ($33) was to much for the services I received. It took only about 35 mins to do a deluxe manicure and regular pedicure, so it was super fast. It was and extra $5 for him to use grater to remove the dead skin from my feet. This something that comes on the normal regular pedicure from my experience. I will need go back to my normal nail salon next Week. This place it not for me.

Customer service is horrible. We had an appointment for two people, they were only able to service one of us. One of the male technicians was rude and mean did not even want me using massage chair while waiting for my coworker. Keep in mind the salon we were the only people in the salon and there were 8 other chairs available. Will never come back again.

Dont come here. Rude and nasty. Found them on Groupon and she told me to come in. Once I got there, she said I should have paid in the store and that I would have to wait more than an hour and half...yet I was there before the client who she gladly accepted walk in. I drove about 30 minutes to get here. If you guys dont want business through Groupon anymore, why not take your posting down. No reason to waste people time.

Ive been here a few times last year and it was okay, not great. I stopped going because the pedicures and manicures were not the greatest. Only a couple of folks were friendly. I went back today hoping to get a quick manicure during my lunch hour. The woman there was just rude. The gentleman was very nice and I remember him from before. I waited for a 1/2 hour as there were 2 other women getting their nails done. No one else was there to help me, so I just walked out after 30 minutes of sitting with heating pads on my hands. I wont bother going back again.

1st Hollywood Nails was the WORST experience. I wish I can just leave my review with NO STARS. It was my first time coming in this nail shop and needed a quick full set since I had an event I was attending in Alpharetta. The owner Ben was quite amusing indeed but that did not mean everything else would be great. I got my nails done by his wife and while getting my full set, and as she continued, she had an It is what it is type of attitude when confronted her nicely about my nails not being even far as the width and length, which I thought she would fix the problem without having a negative vibe. I can understand if i was being negative towards her but I wasnt and at the end of the day it is all about the customer anyway. A few days later, I noticed my acrylic nail was cracking and separating off the tip of where she glued the fake nail on. I NEVER had this happen anywhere else. I did honestly think that it would be a positive experience with this shop because it was a very nice shop from the inside appearance. I DO NOT recommend anyone coming here and I will NOT be returning.

They wouldn’t honor my Groupon because they said I had used one two and a half years ago...The site says that their Groupon can be repurchased after 30 days and I didn’t even remember using a Groupon there in the past. I couldn’t understand why they’d rather lose a customer than honor a deal that they chose to post

PLEASE NEVER GO!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE TREATMENT!!!We took an appointment for pedicure and manicure for 5 people at the same time. We did ask them if they could accommodate all the 5 in parallel and could they take Groupon. On the phone, the lady said yes and don’t buy Groupon, I will do price match.Our appointment was at 5:30pm, they made us wait till 6:30pm even-though we were on time being very rude saying we don’t take Groupon anymore several times. The guy was too rude and cut the skin to bleed and doesn’t even acknowledge. It took them 3 hours for all of us to get it done and being waiting for turns. The pedicure and manicure were done horrible. No proper scrubbing or message. Very rude behavior!!!

I purchased a Deep Tissue massage from Groupon, when I called to schedule my appt I was told there weren’t any openings until September! I feel as tho they didn’t want to honor my Groupon 🤷🏽‍♀️ Needless to say I can’t get my money back.

I made an appointment and had to wait for 35 minutes after my appointment time without being even slightly acknowledged. They kept saying i had to wait for only 5 minutes more but they never even apologized for not keeping my appointment time. I am very disappointed and do not recommend them.

Hollywood Manicure & Spa is Best nail salon in Alpharetta! They are grand opening today on June-1st,2016. its a really nice upscales salon and base on the reviews that I had read and I just realized some peoples are wrote and describes something that they had a bad experiences in the other salon and mixed up with this salon so be aware!! Come and check them out and let me tell you that you will never be disappointed. I have tried several nail salons but this one always I end up here every time I need services. They are very professional and all staffs are very friendly and well trained all services are excellent. Its sanitized very clean and always very busy so best to make an appointment although I think they do take walk-ins. I highly recommended.

Avoid this place. They did a terrible job and it was impossible to get an appointment. There were spots all over my nails after she finished. She was so rude I didn’t even want to ask her to fix them. They overbook and can’t seem to keep it all straight.

I went there recently using a groupon. I was the first customer in. They had a nice selection of colors and high quality polishes. I did not like how they women started speaking in their native language after I turned down the offer to upgrade my already paid for manucure to sns polish for $35 more!!! For a simple upgrade on the type of polish. I told her I dont even pay that much for the manicure at my usual spot. Then she charged me 5 dollars to remove my gel polish when it has to come off anyway in order to get my manicure done then asked me to pay the 5 dollars before she polished my nails! Long story short, I will not be going back. It has only been 2 days and my nails look terrible they actually didnt last a good hour before they started chipping and smudging.

This nail salon is the worst the chairs are outdated the staff is very rude and unwelcoming I was charged 40$ for a pedicure that didnt even last 3 days I asked for a file down of my toe nails I got none plz save your time and money go else where its not worth it
