Best nail salon I have been to in all of Alpharetta and even Buckhead

I went with my hubby on Fathers day and we didnt have to wait, everyone was very nice and we received the best service!

Just got a wonderful pedicure here. The stage is friendly and helpful. They were a blast to chat with while my friends and I got stuff done. Will definitely be coming back in a few weeks to get my hands done and feet again! Thanks!

I have been going to this salon since 2016. I have enjoyed the gel manicures. Lately, I have been doing the SNS nails and love it. The technicians are very friendly and they always treat me profecionally.

Reconsider visiting this location. They were extremely unprofessional and inconsistent with services given. Please don’t waste your time visiting this location. They will put you in the chair to receive your service then tell you that they don’t have anyone to complete the service you need or the ONLY person who can do it will be available in 2 hours. The business needs to work on training all nail technicians in all areas of personal care with nail care so they can deliver quality work to their clientele.

First experience Fantastic. Second experience Not too happy. The man who did my feet, was very ruff. Pushing my cuticles back harsh push my feet back in to water. The guy giving my fill was as well harsh. When it came to filing my nails he was nipping the sides of my nail bed! Burning!!! And when I told him. He says your a big baby! I said no I just know it hurts and Im telling you you are burning. He begins to give me my fill only filling the bottom no cost from tip. To bed of my nails so of course they are thin. And one cracked as soon as I left! I returned. And here goes the chatter amongst each other! I ask for them to please fix. And Im paying again even though I just paid. $42 for a fill and pedicure! She has me sit on e girl finished up after 20 min of waiting she chats with another and comes and tell me itll be 30 min wait for one nail and all other seats were tended to. RIDICULOUS.

The reviews are on point! I tried this salon for the first time today and it was nirvana! I was served immediately by a very skilled and professional technician. Their polish selection is massive and neatly color coordinated. They didnt cake polish on, it is smooth and shiny. This place is clean and well appointed. They play that zen spa music and I almost dosed off while getting my toe nails polished. Highly recommend!

I have tried many nail salons since moving here and was happy I found this place. My nails are perfect and love them!! The shop is small and nothing fancy but they are fast and did exactly what I wanted!!

Never go here. The service was bad and I paid a lot of money for SNS nails with tips that didn’t even last 3 days. I have never had that happen to me with SNS nails and I do not write bad reviews on google often.

I absolutely LOVE D Nails. Everyone is personable and does a great job. Sara and Kristie are my favorites! I visit on a biweekly basis, and have never experienced anything less than great customer service. Highly recommended.

Very clean salon. They seem to stay busy even on a Monday morning when I went in for a manicure. The male technician did a very thorough job. I would have given 5 stars but I need to see how long the gel polish they apply stays adhered to my nails. Overall, great service for a good price.

Will not go back here has been coming for quite awhile tonight I got there at 7:30 on the dot I was told they were closed for the night even the tech that Ive been going to was there and still wouldnt honor last client at 7:30 will not go here they arent that great anyways I did it for convenience I have a repair every fill and I was still faithful dont go here there service sucks the attitudes are horrible and they are lazy nail techs I liked fawnsley until he wasnt a loyal tech to many nail shops around not to be loyal or at the consumers disposal DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY dont go

The pedicure was great and very professional and relaxing. However the person who did my nails made 5 of my fingers bleed and then poured rubbing alcohol on my sore bleeding fingers. 24 hours later they are still very sore. One of my acrylics is also crooked. Will not be returning.

Went in for a pedicure/manicure and had a very good experience. Christy took the time to make sure she was thorough. I will definitely return and bring my wife and daughters.

I don’t recommend doing your nails here.my friends and I did our nails and they didn’t last 24 hours my nails popped off my friends nails broke that night. This used to be my favorite place but not any more.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE they had some old man do my nails and he did a horrible job and my finger got infected because he accidentally cut me. Also made one nail crooked and when i told him. he got all upset and i was polite. it was my first and last time there.

Had be coming here almost 2 years to get my fills and new sets. I was told to try SNS because it would be better for the health of my nails. I gave in and tried the service, it was awful. The SNS cracked 1 day later and I decided to take a break from the salon for several months. I went to many different salons. My SNS never cracked.After a 3 month hiatus, my sister was in the area and I decided to give D Nails another try, we both got the same color--- 5 days later the powder they used cracked-- on both of us. Unfortunately for my sister, she was traveling for work and could not return for repair.I came back to the salon. The tech told me they were aware of the issue with their lighter colors . The tech even told me that the powder would probably STILL crack after being fixed and I should opt for a darker color than my original choice (something I definitely am not into doing since I like natural colors), she continued by saying the darker color would be a full price charge.Up until that point, I thought I was getting a free repair since I had been at the salon 5 days prior---She informed me that in fact, it was not...and I would be charged an additional $20 for the same bad product... 5 days after spending $87 at their salon. I can not make this up. This is word for word our interaction as she removed the cracked SNS. LAUGHABLE solution.After speaking with the manager Tina, I was told after 3 days my nails are my own problem.I told the tech to remove the remaining cracked SNS and I left calmly.I was a customer of almost 2 years and thats how they decided to treat me.I went to another salon and paid another $40. My nails are beautiful. The salon is called Bluegrass, it was much cleaner and very modern. The staff was friendly and they had an insane amount of SNS colors to choose from.Long story short, D Nails has terrible customer service. After you pay, they could care less about what their work becomes after a few days. Im not sure why I put up with it for so long, but I just wanted to save anyone considering this place some time.Its not worth it, old shop, not very clean there are several far better locations in the area.

I clearly felt a racist move when they turned me away at 6:45 pm even tho they closed at 8 pm and the guy told me they normally take last customer at 7:30. he claimed they were crowded in addition to the two customers still waiting to be seen. I saw no crowd. At only 6:45 pm it was extremely odd to be told they were taking no one else. Typical Asian racism.
