We had a leaking hose pipe in the basement and a leaking kitchen sink faucet that needed to be repaired. Ty was able to fit us into his schedule for the same week. Ty came out promptly within 2 days of contacting him. He solved my no AC problem with my heat pump quickly during a fairly hot summer. The air handler fan in the attic was still working but no cold air. Ty figured the outside compressor breaker had tripped which I wouldnt have guessed. We now have cold air again! He also checked over my system including the refrigerant levels & gave recommendations for the future heating & cooling needs and also fixed a leaking outside spigot. I will definitely use Ty again for various needs in my home. Thanks.

I received two outrageous quotes, one from Lowe’s and one from Schuler Service. I mean...OUTRAGEOUS quotes to install a gas combi boiler system. I was referred by a friend to Tyquan and I literally hugged him when he came out and provided a quote, hahaha.Within 2 minutes you know he is a really good guy and KNOWS HIS STUFF. He is clearly a very sharp guy and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly and thoroughly. His quote for the IDENTICAL system and work quoted by the shady big box stores was HALF and more than half LESS than what they quoted.If you need work done, I’m telling you right now, don’t even think about using anyone but Tyquan. He hasn’t done the job yet, however I have absolutely no doubt in my mind it will be done perfectly and timely.
