The two gentlemen who cleaned the carpets worked quickly and very efficiently! The carpets looked fantastic when they were finished and there had been some challenging stains to remove. They both exhibited professional demeanors and I was very satisfied with the result of their efforts.

Edwin and Paul were true professionals. They arrived at the time described, they were overly knowledgeable on how to care for my carpets after cleaning. Work was professionally completed. The tech was friendly and did his due diligence in cleaning up inaccessible spaces. The only thing I did not like about the service was the extra wait time for the tech to arrive. My scheduled time was 9am-12noon but the tech showed up after 1pm.

Tyler Jones and Edwin Santana did a wonderful job of cleaning and removing the pet stains. They came on time and were very friendly and gave me some tips to help with my pet issues. Will definitely use them again.

We had Carpet cleaned in 3 rooms and a hallway They look i=like new.In addition we had our white tile cleaned, the tile looks wonderful, The last thing that Stanley Stemmer did was to clean the upholstery onthe living room furniture is is as bright as it was when new. Great Job at a reasonable price.

The techs were extremely thorough and professional. They gave 110% during the whole job and left the job pristine!

I called immediately after returning home after a carpet cleaning service. Not only did they not fully clean the carpets (the edge of the carpet was never cleaned) but they damaged my walls putting holes in three rooms. Finally had someone call the next day who was I’m assuming a manager. After getting screamed at on the phone by a manager, Steve/Steven, for 6 minutes, he said they would refund my card. Here we are a week later and no return on my payment. Stanley Steemer are crooks and clearly poor at customer service. This Steve guy couldn’t even calmly speak to me or even let me say one word. One star is one star too many.

Edwin and tyler were fantastic. They went above and beyond. A couple stains came back through the carpet after they left which he said might happen. They were very knowledgeable and a great team. I will be requesting them specifically in the future.

Small amount of stains were removed, the majority of the stains stayed in the carpet. Total waste of time and money.

Edwin and Paul were pleasant and explained the cleaning process clearly.They worked carefully and they kept furniture slightly elevated when the cleaning was complete. They explained the precautions needed in case some rooms were slippery. Also made recommendations to help speed up the drying of the rug. I was very pleased with their efforts and the very improved appearance of the rug.

Still had stains when he was finished. For $190 I thought it would be spotless.

Absolutely incredible job. Our very light blue carpet looks brand new. Our 35 year old tiles in our entry and hallway look spectacular. And the smell throughout the house is aromatic. The man was prompt, thorough, respectful and very kind. I think we will have them back to do our couch and love seat.

I have a home that is all tile. ( including the bedrooms) Yesterday 6/27/2020 I had a marvelous team come to my home to do a deep clean of my tile and grout. I have known one of the professionals that came for a long time. His name is Bruce. He he certainly has done my tile before. The other man with him whose name I do not remember was with Stanley Steemer a long time and very knowledgeable. Bruce has remained kind and caring and took excellent care of my home with his partner. My home looks GORGEOUS!!!!

Had an arrival window of 9-12 and Jason was there at 9 sharp. Very professional from start to finish. Explained everything before starting and did a great job cleaning 2 bedroom and full basement carpets, 2 area rugs and a couch. We were very happy and would use them again.

They let me know when they were almost to my house; they arrived a little after 11 when my arrival window was 10-2 which was great...They did a fabulous job on my carpets! Got out random marks from foot traffic and just general usage...they were also able to get out a water stain that I had my doubts about...very satisfied!

Very fast and efficient. Actually showed up 2 hours ahead of time.The only complaint I have is they definitely try to up sell you and there was no confirmation of appointment by phone until 15 minutes ahead of arrival.

They came by 8:30am (I picked the 8-9 slot), VERY polite. Explained the things they were going to be doing/how. The communication was awesome. & it was honestly quicker from what I thought it would be for 3 rooms & stairs! Definitely recommend this for anyone looking.

Charles and Ray did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! I had a big set in stain that we couldnt clean ourselves. When they arrived they were upfront that they might not be able to get the stain out, which I appreciated the honesty. But in about 30 mins, they had the room and the hallway looking great (and they got the stains out!). They were both also very nice and answered any questions I had. I will absolutely be calling them again when I need professional cleaning done.

The person that came to clean my couch, and my sons mattress was amazing. Very simpatico very professional and patient, as I have 5 children. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!

Clean tile and grout.I am very disappointed in the job done today in my home.The grout had dark spots, medium spots and overall bad job.I spent 224.00 today and what was done today is not worth what I paid.I want Stanley Steemer come back and redo all 3 areas . I have been with this company for 17 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed.
