The team at Serve-Pro of Easton/Bethlehem/Whitehall jumped on our request and followed through in a professional and timely manner, knowing it was time-sensitive. They did an excellent job in making our workplace a clean, safe environment for my staff.

Customer service was excellent and very responsive. It took weeks to get an appointment and then weeks after that to get the work done, but I know they are understaffed like a lot of other service businesses right now. They caused some damage to our ceiling during mold removal, but returned and repainted the whole thing, free of charge. I would definitely use Servpro again.

After my initial meeting with Kyle Miller ( Production Manager) who was very professional as well as personable and compassionate to our losses ) I was relieved, fully informed and confident in the recovery of my property and the removal of the precariously dangerous debris pile left in the aftermath of the catastrophic collapse of my shed roof due to the excessive weight burden of seasonal snowfall. He and his colleagues did not at all disappoint. At the scheduled date and time of my Serv-Pro appointment I met with Crew Chief Kiersten Torkos at the site of the collapse. She once again reassured me in the same highly professional manner, tempered with a personable respect and compassion for myself and my property loss potential. Kiersten and Crew very safely and expeditiously removed the overburden of roof debris. They salvaged all contents and went on to carefully, accurately and informatively assess the damages that my property had sustained in the collapse. As retired NYC Skilled Trades Union Construction Foreman with many years of OSHA safety training and certification ( and 34 years of on site experience) I admittedly have quite a discerning eye for scrutinizing and recognizing industry standard quality, safety and professionalism in the field. Having said this, I was impressed with the safe work ethic and highly efficient, expeditious and professional service that I received. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Kyle Miller ( Production Manager ), over and above his job-description, was on site with Kiersten and Crew and completely hands on in assisting with the debris removal effort. I am completely satisfied with Serv-Pro and their commitment to providing top notch professional Service. We had a water damage issue on the 1st floor and cellar. We called ServePro even before calling the insurance company. They were here within the hour, assessed the situation, and immediately started remediation. Kaylah, the crew chief explained everything to us and set about doing everything necessary. She and her crew were here everyday for a week. Kaylah made sure everything was finished and we were satisfied before finishing the job. She is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and compassionate to the homeowners.

I dont normally take the time to write reviews on products and services, but because of my experience with Servpro today, Im making the time to do so! I had a sewer back up in my basement and from the time I placed my call to inquire about their services, until the time they left my home when the job was complete, the service was exceptional!!! Kaylah and Gio were the crew that came to do the clean up and I simply cant say enough about how wonderful they were!! I was recently in the hospital for a major surgery and they went above and beyond to help me!! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, they were also caring and compassionate!! I honestly cant say enough about how pleased I was with them and the service they provided! Used this company on referral by a friend. My basement flooded due to excess rainfall while we were on vacation. We were able to start the restoration work even before we returned home. Employees are friendly and professional and take great pride in their work. Good communication with all involved and the lead tech even gave me her personal phone number to foster good communication

I had major catastrophe happen in my home due to the Citys sewer lines backing up and leaving a foot of sewage in my basement on a holiday weekend. I called several different companies in my area. Not only did ServPro return my call in a timely manner, two gentleman that came out were able to assure me that everything would be taken care of and that they were going to get it cleaned up for me. That is what the did! The worked to get it clean until 10 pm!From the cleaners, to the adjusters, to the receptionists, this company is a pleasure to work with.Thank you for the efficient and caring service provided during this stressful situation for my family.

This franchise is lead by extremely competent ownership and a management team that places an emphasis on safety, respect, professionalism, training, competence and qulity.I am a small business owner who has worked with and referred this franchise many times. I have been on their job site during all stages of their work and the top quality of that work speaks for itself.Both the owners and management are leaders in the restoration industry. They have authored and teach various restoration topics; Theyhave been involved in Servpro Corporate in various roles to improve franchise performance in safety and other areas.I have found the technician staff to be professional and hard working in often unfavorable environmental conditions. I have watched that staff complete transformations of property that I would have thought could not be saved. I have watched staff, management and the ownership collaborate during difficult and unusual circumstances to find a solution for their clients, both residential and commercial.I have absolutely no hesitation in referring Servpro of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall to my friends, family and clients.

Most of their employees on the job sites are temp workers that do not actually work for the company, nor are they properly trained. They have had issues with temp workers in the past, but still continue to use them. They leave temp workers alone in clients homes, then wonder why things get broken or stolen. They let people get away with spending all day at job sites doing hardly anything, then let those same people run job sites. They overwork their crew chiefs and technicians to the point of burn out. The production manager takes way too long getting back to prospective clients after estimates, and does not answer phone calls or emails until it is convenient for him, not the client. They are desperate for more workers, so they hire just about anyone, including temp workers that they previously told the employment agency not to send them back for breaking valuables on a job site. Unreliable with response times and communication; they could hold a morning meeting that goes very late and fail to notify homeowners, and have not showed up at clients homes at all and failed to notify them, thus wasting a homeowners entire day and time. Would never have this Servpro do work in my home, nor would I ever recommend to my friends or family.
