Back in October of 2020 I had a house fire that completely cracked all the plaster lathe inside of the hundred year old property. I was overwhelmed with the process and the insurance didn’t give any recommendations as to a contractor to fix up the place. When I got in touch with city line they were over for an evaluation that weekend. Ed, Dana and Chris walked me through the process of it all. They were very helpful with suggestions on how to get the most out of a bad situation. Chris worked with the insurance agent to include some aspects that might have been overlooked in the original estimate. The house was completely modernized. The kitchen, the hard wood floors and even the trim look far beyond my expectations. They work with really reputable contractors for aspects they don’t directly deal with. Overall they were very professional and thorough with the project.

CityLine Construction did a great job renovating our office building that had flood damage from a recent flood. They did quality work and were fair with their pricing, especially compared to the company we had do our flood damage cleanup. I wish I new about CityLine from the start, and could have saved a lot more money using them for the entire job.

Were dealing with an ice dam that caused water damage from our 2nd floor to our garage and into our basement and Cityline has been AMAZING! We experienced a hot water heater failure at Young Medical Spa. Cityline Construction was on site within hours of our first phone call to start mitigating water damage. They have a very organized and professional approach to their methods of cleanup and restoration /repairs. Their experience is very obvious in handling details. They brought things to our attention that we would have never thought of. Cityline managed every aspect of the project leaving very little for us to do. Their established relationship with the insurance adjusters and also other contractors made scheduling and communications run very smoothly. For this reason they were always able to get a head start on the next task which expedited the whole repair process. I can’t imagine that we could have been 100% operational any quicker than with the results they provided. Every team member at Cityline could not have been more polite and professional. Last, the quality of their work from dry walling to cabinet installation, trim work and painting was top notch. I would highly recommend Cityline Construction when their types of services are needed.

On a sunny day a freak storm cell caused water damage in almost every room of our house just as the roofers stripped off the old roof. Cityline was the only company to respond and were on-site quickly with fans to dry the house out. Cityline coordinated everything from replacing the attic insulation, damaged lighting and drywall, repainting and new carpet. I dealt primarily with Chris Hunsicker. He was excellent to work with...a real straight shooter. At the end of the restoration, Tom the owner called just to follow-up and make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use Cityline again.

We had a sewer backup in the basement and their crew came in cleaned it up quickly, disinfected it, and set up blowers to dry it up preventing mold. For fire or water damage, no one responds faster with a more experienced crew than Cityline. They also take care of insurance reporting to make sure everything damaged is accounted for and all the coverage is applied to it.

My husband and I own a small greenhouse business and recently had a fire that caused extensive damage to one of our greenhouses and a large work/sales area. We had a toilet clog and overflow into our kitchen from an upstairs bathroom. Called Cityline and they were there within 15 minutes. Tom jumped into acton, literally jumping on the kitchen counter with sewer water streaming down on him. As soon as he cleaned up the standing water on the hardwood floor and kitchen counter, he had his team come in and set up humidifiers and fans to absorb the water. The hole in the ceiling was quickly put back together. It was all seamless, we are very satisfied with the quick response and quality of work. Thank you Cityline!

Ive been using Tom Williams/Cityline Construction for over 25 years. They have done multiple projects for us. We had an unfortunate situation where one of the pipes in our basement leading to the outside faucet froze and burst. During a thaw in late January we ended up with an inch and a half of water end to end in finished basement. I texted Tom Jr. and within 75 minutes 2 crew members and Tom were at my house with all of the industrial strength equipment to remove the water, circulate the air to prevent mold and move personal items out of harms way. Very next day a representative was over to assess the damage and guide us through the insurance process. All demo, cleanup, pack up, rebuild, and un pack was done in a matter of weeks. Clean, on time, quality work from start to finish.

We had water damage in October of 2019. Cityline was very responsive once engaged on the project with phone calls, emails, texts, etc. They were able to place my family in temporary housing easing our anxiety about finding temporary housing for a family of 5. During the re-construction, they kept us updated along the way. The quality of work met or exceeded our expectations.

We had a fire in a clean room manufacturing area. Then cleanup and demolition revealed a bunch of framing that didnt meet current codes. The rebuild required a bunch of engineering drawings and permits. Tom and the crew were great. They pushed everything through. They managed the details with the insurance company. They have a large enough crew to adjust to surprises, and can accomplish a lot in a short period of time. They did a great job keeping us operational throughout the rebuild. Im very happy with how everything worked out.

My family rented from Cityline while we were interim from selling our house and finding a new one. We signed a lease thinking it would be a simple 6 month process and be moved out. Well low and behold, life and the real estate market wouldnt have it. We worked very easily with Cityline and they were not only accommodating and understanding, but were willing to assist with recommendations from the construction side of things while we had some challenges with the purchase of our home. We notified them in advance and they were extremely willing to extend our lease month by month with proper, agreed upon notification until we closed on our home. During the stay, the townhouse duplex was very clean, spacious, modern, and due to a well maintained property, we had zero issues. If we had to do this all over again, I wouldnt hesitate to work with Tom Jr. and his team to rent another property. My husband and I had water damage on the hard wood floors in our kitchen and family room. When we met with Dana and her staff she explained in detail how Cityline would complete the the work. The proper repair required a portion of the floor in the kitchen and family room to be replaced. As a result it required that the entire first floor be resurfaced which required everything being removed on the first floor. Dana took pictures of everything on the first floor and everything was removed and placed in storage. The flooring company repaired the floor and refinished it so that it looked brand knew. Cityline then brought back all of the furnishings and placed everything back where it was previously. We can not thank Cityline enough for the outstanding job that they did. My husband and I highly recommend their services.

My elderly parents main sewer line collapsed right before my father was being released from the hospital. I called 7+ companies, only 2 responded. The one company wanted $1,000 to give me an estimate. Cityline responded immediately, spoke with the insurance agent/company, came out during a snow storm, fixed the problem within 24 hours, followed up with everything. Yes they do treat you like family. Dont even waste your time with other companys. Cityline has no competition they are First Class in every aspect.

I suffered a water loss in the middle of the night January 2018 in my finished basement due to frozen pipe and didnt notice it until Saturday late morning. I had several inches of water and my furniture was floating. Cityline Construction immediately responded and came to my rescue, all the way to the Poconos over an hour drive on Saturday. Their crew consistently worked into the late evening to ensure the water was removed and my basement was properly drying. Wind and water damage put me in a bad spot and Tom and Chris and the whole crew at CityLine pulled out all the stops for me. They repaired the damage quickly and professionally and more importantly they saw problems that the insurance company wasn’t able to spot—a quick fix might have been good for a month or two but the issues would have reared back up right again. You need someone with this much experience if want it done right. I can’t recommend them enough.

Had a terrible leak with extensive damage in our basement. Discovered it @ 4:30 in the afternoon. Called them for mitigation. They were out here by @ 6:00 with a huge crew of people. About 5 trucks converged on our house! They first assessed the damage and even took professional photos of everything so we would have something to show our insurance company. They could not have been more professional, courteous, efficient and pleasant. They made what was a very stressful and upsetting event so easy and stressless! They even told us to just go upstairs, relax and have a glass of wine and that they would take care of everything. They sure did! They stayed until @ 10:30 working non stop. Everything that was not damaged was moved and covered with plastic. our wood steps and granite counter tops were covered and taped down with a protective fabric. We have an open staircase to our basement, so they put up a large plastic barrier at the bottom of the steps to keep any dust and moisture from going upstairs. They had several dehumidifiers and fans going for a few days to dry out everything. From start to finish, they were very careful and meticulous. Clean up was great! Tehy put everything back where they found it. Very happy with them and would highly recommend if you ever find yourself with extensive water damage. I truly hope we dont have to use them again, but if something else happens, I will have them on speed dial!

My property in the borough of Wilson caught fire and was inhabitable. After Cityline Construction was called, they took care of everything from start to finish, securing the house, handling the claims with the insurance company and doing the repair and restauration needed to get the property in better shape than before the unfortunate event. I truly recommend working with this company because they know what they do; theyre experts in construction and restauration, and if theres something you disagree with you shouldnt hesitate to call Tom Williams (President and CEO) who will work with you to resolve any issues you may have and wont stop until youre completely satisfied.

In May 2018, we had a kitchen fire that damaged almost all of our home.CityLine has overseen every detail of our restoration. From the clearing of debris, cataloging of contents, scheduling and managing all the tradesmen. The project managers, Ed & Dana, have been so helpful with making the process run smoothly. Their attention to detail is superb. They broke down our choices to manageable tasks and made helpful suggestions on improvements that were cost effective.Our experience with CityLine has been positive from the beginning. The project is almost complete, just a few finishing details left. The restoration is well constructed, on schedule and on budget. I would use CityLine again and would highly recommend them.

On December 17th we had a puff back at our church and our insurance company was dragging their feet in helping us get it cleaned up. Tom Williams and his team from Cityline came to our rescue on Saturday January 13th. Cityline started working on the church on the following monday. Tom, Chris, Dana, Ed, and Steve each have their area of expertise and skills. It has been a pleasure working with them all. Even in a tragedy God can turn it into a blessing.
