Project Manager was aware and kind concerning my upset with flooded basement(dry for 16 years). So much was lost and did not know where to start. Chris took control and assured me of the appropriate method moving forward. He and his team were equally as kind and considerate of my possessions. Now that the process is complete, I really appreciate the work that was done. I still have sorting and rearranging to do, but it is easier to look ahead than I thought.Word of advice: Get flood insurance--even if you are on top of a mountain!!!!!!

The service at SERVPRO of Allentown Central and Western Lehigh County was great. They receptionist was always on call to answer all of my questions. The carpet removal people were on time and respectful. The price was almost 2 thousand dollars lower than other places I had called. And SERVPRO was able to come ASAP as my situation was emergency.Hopefully, I wont need another carpet removed, but if I do - I will call SERVPRO of Allentown Central and Western Lehigh County

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They are price gougers. I needed some simple water removal from the hurricane, they charged me 2500 dollars!!!!!!!! The communication is awful as well. quoting me 950 at first and then when they are already here telling me I have to pay 2500 if I want the services to be finished. Still waiting on an itemized receipt that they seem to be withholding. For your sake please do not use them. Ive heard of multiple people from around the area that have had the same thing happen, and when they finally get the receipt, theres things on there that were not performed.

During a difficult and unexpected emergency such as water loss, ServPro came through at just the right time. Chris Reed and his team were extremely professional and extremely detail oriented. I had a total loss of my finished basement and bar area and would not have even known where to start to get the basement cleaned up and remediated had it not been for Chris and his team.I would absolutely recommend ServPro if you ever encounter a water loss such as this!

They did a great job after had a kitchen fire. Very easy to work with and accommodating to my work schedule. Zach went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were pleased with the work being done.

Overall a pleasant experience with them. Everyone who met with me was very professional and ensured they did the best they could to get all the affected parts of the house cleaned up or dried. Covid precautions taken as much as possible as well.

I recently worked with servpro after a small kitchen fire. They were fantastic to deal with. They explained each step in detail and did a wonderful job.

I had a pipe break and SERVPRO came and did the mitigation and kept me updated throughout the process. I had insulation removed due to water damage and SERVPRO installed new insulation for me. The initial install was not done to my satisfaction and SERVPRO came back and fixed the issues and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Now that the work is completed, I am very happy how they handled everything.

Very responsive to my phone calls, good follow through, and the job was done quickly. Which was what I needed. Qualities you don’t see very often any more... Thanks.

I used ServPro of Western Lehigh County for a water clean up problem and remediation. I appreciated the speed in which they moved which prevented the water damage from getting any worse. Chris was great to work with and a huge help (since I had never dealt with this before). He recommended that I give their restoration team a try so I did. Again, very quick turn around. Zack P was the project manager for the restoration and he did a great job. The project was a little complicated and as we went deeper into it we realized more work needed to get done. Zack did not skip a beat and took care of everything. He was professional, on time and an overall great guy to work with. I would be happy to work with him again.

Dan, Brandon and his team were incredible from my first contact with them. From proposal to final clean up. My house has no outside entrance for the basement, thus required the Team to enter and leave through part of my house and then through the garage. You can imagine the amount of waste that was in need of removal from two feet of water damage in the basement. My basement was semi finished, and included wall board. some furniture, and wood. The Team members were polite and took every precaution to ensure they did not cause disruption to my activities while the work was completed. The waste was removed in a manner that did not allow any dirt and contamination from moisture in my house of garage. The work was done on time and and budget. I highly recommend you consider them if you are in need of such services!

Brandon was excellent. Since the day he first arrived, he helped my family and I through the entire mitigation process after our basement flooded. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He took care of the entire project from beginning to end. Such a great experience!

Dan’s team was quite diligent in being present after the fire at my house. Dan was quite helpful in getting things started and working with the insurer. They took care of the demolition part and of the cleaning. While the demolition went well, the cleaning needed redoing 3 times as they left soot on the trims, doors and dust cleaning needed a do over. The team bolted into action though and came through in the end.

I was getting my house ready for sale and Brandon and John made every repair, painted the walls, screened in my patio, installed new bathroom fixtures and removed old carpeting. Sean and Dan and their crew were great. They came out quickly when I had 3 feet of water in my basement. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. They told me right up front what it was going to cost, what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. I feel they went beyond the call of duty to help me. I would call them again if ever there is a need.

I dont know what kind of place this is but they had a driver that cut me off and was driving while texting. She thought she was cute. I called to complain they seemed to care, dont know if something was do e about it.

I had called several weeks ago and spoke to Chris Reed about some possible mold in my mothers basement. I needed an estimate and was pleased to meet Chris this past week. Chris was polite, efficient, and explained what needed to happen. The estimate was fair for the work that needed to be done. I was only in town for 2 days and Chris was able to send a crew the next day. The 4 people that came to do the actual removal and remediation were great. They were so pleasant throughout the transaction and left the area spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Chris and the team that he had come to my mothers house. Excellent!

They were prompt, honest, and caring. Thankful we found them.Original post: Called on a Tuesday at beginning of storm when entire finished basement flooded because our sump pump failed. Was told there was already a waitlist but they’d be out as soon as possible and I needed to be poised to receive a call. Called again Thursday and asked where we were on the waitlist. They said they were servicing people who filed insurance claims ahead of those paying out of pocket (like us) but since I’d called twice they’d move me up the list. Would try to come Friday or Saturday, but would definitely call me by 5 PM Friday to let me know either way. It’s Saturday night and I still haven’t received a call. I completely understand being overwhelmed with calls, but it’s still possible to communicate accurately. I wish they would’ve told us to go somewhere else if they couldn’t service us. I felt reassured when I reached Servpro only to be sorely disappointed.

We had an issues with water damage in our dining room and living room. Brandon and his partner did an amazing job. We live in an older home and he was able to help save our molding and did an incredible job of being clean and efficient during the entire job. Thanks Brandon!!!!

Completed water damage removal ahead of schedule and at quoted price. Brandon and Dan child and pet proofed the area while they worked. Left items in the area that they were working on that were not involved in the job itself cleaner than they found it such as our floors and sink. Worked around our schedule to ensure they could complete the work when we were available. Absolutely would use again.

I called twice to schedule an appointment. I asked to speak with someone about my situation, first, to understand Servpros services and in what order things needed to be done. I was advised that Dan, the Estimator was in a meeting and would get back to me in about an hour. I waited all day and called again at the end of the day to make sure they had the correct phone number. The call taker assured me that I was in their system and that Dan would call me back. It has been two days. No call from Dan.

I personally believe that this company is one of the most responsive, caring, and compassionate business here in the Lehigh Valley. They pay close attention to your sentimental items and the feelings that are attached to them. They can handle any size issue and get things back in shape as quickly as possible. They strongly believe in giving back to the local community and are very active in many philanthropical functions and awareness events. Being co-owner I am a little biased of course but truly believe this.
