They took me with no appointment I was happy to have them see me but after 5days Ive lost a nail and all the nail polish is falling from my nails. I dont do much on the daily basics. Ive work only one day after I got them done. It was just too easy to loose the nail.

I went a week ago to get my nails done. Before I arrive, I ask for an estimate via dm and they said 85-90. I arrive the day of my appointment and she tells me the prices went slightly up, I show her the photo again for an estimate and she says 115. I’m fine with that, it was slightly complex and all acrylic so I understood I was splurging. My tech was amazing, that I won’t lie about. However, as she’s pricing my nails at the end, I over hear my tech and another tech discuss prices and say “that’s a lot more than what I told her” and then she had to call the boss (I assume?) to ask what to do. I ended up paying 105 but the fact I almost got charged more even with her seeing the photos before hand amazed me. Anyway, it’s been only a week and most of my nails are lifted, one already fell. I’m overall disappointed.

I made an appointment and they sent me a confirmation message. The message asked me to text back if I needed to reschedule or cancel.. I show up at 2pm and my spot was taken . I have events on the weekend and this was my only day off. Terrible service the lady was laughing. The place was open with only one nail tech . Never again. Reply to person under this comment - I was not 10 min late and I will post what your text looks like. No where does it ask for a confirmation. It sounds like excuses because she never said she was canceling anything. And he text me to my personal number telling me to grow up. Way to run a business.

So this is the person who wrote the review for “no no”. I just got the notification you responded but what I genuinely don’t like is the fact you publicly either got my appointment confused with someone else or lied. I never showed up with any nails from another salon. your tech was fantastic, as I said. however, you guys obviously have issues with accepting the fault because it was only a week before the nails fell off. i literally had clean bare hands when I arrived. :) please don’t be confusing me with others and lying via reviews. like I said, I don’t recommend this place now more than ever with the more than obvious lies.

Never again! had 3 nails break in 2 days and the girl cut multiple of my fingers and made me bleed atleast 4 times which have scarred my cuticles .Honestly shocked because of some of the reviews were good which made me try this place out.waste of $70 👎🏾👎🏾

Eva was amazing! She was very thorough and she did such a good job. The shape, color, everything looks perfect! It’s so hard to find a nail tech that really knows how to do stiletto nails, but she killed it! I’ll definitely be booking my refill with her.

Let me start off by saying if you aren’t getting your nails done at La Crème what are you doing?! Today was my first time there and they have made themselves a lifetime client!! The environment is cozy but stylish. It feels very luxurious. The owner (Manny) and Ava went above and beyond to make my experience worth wild! Ava did my nails the best I have had in years. I love the personal interaction we had. Manny went as far as bending my straw so I could drink while getting my nails done. Not to mention having hookah and a great mimosa definitely earned them more points. I already made my next appointment. Thank you so much for making my day!!

Unprofessional, made an appointment two weeks in advance with them. Went in (after I paid for parking) and they had the nerve to tell me they messaged me and said they had canceled my appointment. And then made some dumb excuse saying they messaged the wrong person.

Best first time experience ever! I always hate getting my nails done because my past technicians never listened but this time I was listened to and she even took her time and asked me questions. I loved every bit of my experience and definitely will be coming back.

I had an appointment for 12:30pm made 2 weeks in advance. I showed up 5 mins early to my appointment to be told that I will have to wait 45 mins before I’m serviced. I waited an hr and 30 mins before I was serviced. Nail tech (Jessica) I had is amazing. Payed attention to detail while doing my pedicure and while doing my full set.Went back for a refill and the store was closed and had to wait outside for them to get there and open. The fill was not good so I ended up going to Leur Beaty Lounge in NJ the next day.I tried to give them a third chance and get my toes done there since they did a great job. Had an appointment for 5 that they nicely moved to 3:30 just to drive 30 mins over there to get a text saying that the nail tech won’t be ready until 4:15.They are terrible with time and I’ve given them 3 chances to be on time.Jessica is the only person that I recommend from there!

This place is amazing. She did my step moms nails so perfectly with the jems and everything. I had a great pedicure while sipping the best mimosa. Great conversations, great music, and great people

After literally going to like 20 different nail spots and not being satisfied with the service, a friend suggested I try La Créme. Ever since, this is my go to place. Everyone is extremely friendly and the service is amazing. Really feels like I’m hanging out with friends when I come here! This is definitely the best place in the area and I’d much rather not do my nails at all if it’s not at La Créme!!!! 10/10

They treat you like family. Im so glad they opened and I was able to get rid of my previous nail tech. Anything you want they can create it and more 😍😍.

I had went and got a full set acrylics, they were nicely done but the girl who did them seemed to be in a rush, while filing my one finger nail she sliced my finger open and it started to gush blood, she didn’t throw the file away or anything and kept using the bloody file on the rest of my hand the best part is she took rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and told me this is going to hurt and she puts it on the open wound to make it stop bleeding. That is UNPROFESSIONAL and most likely against the code when it comes to cleanliness. This service was definitely not worth 50$

They do really nice nails, but the tech’s are so loud, whisper secrets in front of clients, singing music so loud they need to be more professional.

Fist time going, horrible! They charged me 50 pesos for a pedicure that in the end I had to clean the edges of the nails! So expensive and you dont see the result, the girl made me a fuafua on those feet and to top it off, how can you see a terrible graffiti. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Do not spend your money that is only name and luxury without anything of quality.
