Love getting my feet done here ! The pedicure w/ the wax is super worth it!

Place is nice and always clean, keep in mind with the restrictions is required to have an appointment just give them a call the same day 9 times out of 10 they will have something open or able to accommodate you. They got really nice spa pedicure to choose from and their dipping power sns for manicure is one of the best one arround I can get the quality nowhere else for the dipping powder

This was the first time I was there. I started off with a pedicure, which was honestly really great. The lady who gave me the pedicure was thorough, nice, and did a great job. The nails is where it all went down the drain. The man doing it was rude and rough. He rushed through the full set. The nails are thick, uneven, and lumpy (?). To top it off, one of the nails BROKE 4 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE DONE!! Never again..

I absolutely love this nail salon!!!! It is so clean and beautiful on the inside, I especially love the huge Koi fish is take that they have in the front. When I go here I always get the pomegranate pedicure where instead of water they put your feet in a slushee kind of substance that smells exquisite! They also put soothing wax on your feet and wipe your legs with lotion and pumice stones. I always leave this place feeling and looking beautiful. And the best part... THE PRICES ARE ECONOMICAL!!! I highly recommend this nail salon 💅🏽

My mani and pedi were both good, however, this place lacks cleanliness in the worst way. The nail tech nicked my moms finger which made her bleed and he just wiped it away.... no gloves, nothing. I then proceeded to get my eyebrows waxed and the tech went from giving someone a pedicure right to waxing my eyebrows with no hand washing in between. Disgusting.

Do not get a pedicure here! I went in and they were very rude to me. The lady did not soak my feet, took no time at all getting any of the dead skin off (kinda the point of getting a pedicure...) and omg the polish is horrendous. I think a 5 year old could of painted my toenails better. She rushed everything and I can not believe I spent $40 for this. Very upset and will never go back there again.

I used to go here a lot and was always impressed, except for today. They rushed to get my nails done.. My feet only soaked in the pomegranate pedi water (I paid extra for) for all of 5 minutes. During the massage (I paid extra for) the staff member was barely paying attention to me and for some reason stating at my girlfriends feet most the time. I was rudely stared at (I am assuming because I did not immediately pay when they finished my nails but idk) while sitting and talking with my friends and waiting for them to get finished. My friends were rushed to the door as soon as they were done! They took their bags over to the door for them immediately as they finished. If you are looking for a calm place to go have girl time, this is not the place for you as you will be stared down and rushed out the door! This is not the calm and inviting place it used to be.

Love this place. Been coming here since they opened. Just recently they changed the owner and the techs. There are some upgrades but prices are the same. Still gives you water and back rub while your nails dry. I only come here. Best gel powder. I get lots of compliments

I went here for a refill and it was one of the best ive ever gotten! the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. also loved the massage while your nails are drying! i will be going back!

I have been to the worst nail salon, the dirty tool was not disinfected. The lady used to do my nails for 20 minutes. I made my nails thin and charged me $30. I didnt want to pay them a tip because I didnt get it. My service, their attitude is very unfriendly. I waited for a long time before I started to make my nails. There is no other guest in the store. Dont go. You will be thrown away. I and my friends will never go back.

One of my favorite places to get my nails and feet done. The techniques used is soo clean and the people dont rush no matter how many people are waiting to get service done. The place changed management about a year ago and the standard has remain the same. The technicians very kind. The only thing I think they can work on is doing nail designs. I like getting nail designs and I always use my phone to show as an example and it appears that it is a struggle to get a design done here.

Got a pedicure here and Lily was my lady. She does amazing work, I felt relaxed and really enjoyed my time here.

I just got a refill and a pedicure and I would like to say that I’m very impressed! This is the best refill that I have ever had, and I’ve been to many nail salons throughout the Lehigh valley. The person who did my nails took their time and made sure they were perfect. I am definitely going back!

Fantastic experience here! I found it because my usual nail salon was closed, and Gemini had the best ratings on Google in the area. Those reviews are well deserved! I had a pomegranate pedicure and regular manicure. The appointment was longer than I would expect from a walk-in salon (about 2 hours), but it was quite possibly the best pedicure of my life, comparable in quality to a higher end salon/spa. The pomegranate pedicure starts with a sinkful of this pink squishy stuff that is a callous remover, then the usual filing and such, followed by a 15 minute leg/foot massage with steaming, a hot stone massage, and a paraffin heal treatment during polishing. My technician (I wish Id asked her name, it seemed like might be a manager) had incredible attention to detail. Each client got a neck/back massage as well while their nails were under the dryer. Also, the salon is incredibly clean: unlike most salons in the area, they use plastic sink liners and all disposable files. The technicians who werent working with clients were always cleaning something. I will absolutely come here again, and Ill bring friends with me :D

One of the best nail salons in the area. Lucy is wonderful and gives her all for every service you have done. The staff go above and beyond in service and the cleanliness is way above other salons in the area.

Ok nail services. I think they really need more than one person doing acrylics. Staff arent very talkative or super friendly but whatever. It can get very busy. Highly recommend appointment or calling ahead.

This is salon is the best of at least half a dozen Ive used in the area. Space is bright, clean, calm and welcoming. Instead of some silly Lifetime movie playing on the TV, they run photos and videos and music about China- very relaxing. And unlike the personnel at other shops, the staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see me . They have been using the new powder polish on my fingers and it lasts easily for three weeks, but the best part is the little neck massage they give you at the end of your manicure . If you want your nails done very quickly so you can get out of there, this may not be the place for you, but if you want your nails done meticulously and you want a little time to be pampered Gemini is where you should go

They forgot to wipe away the nail clippings of the previous guest at my station before I sat down. I assumed that they would notice and clean the station before opening the sanitary tools, they never noticed. I had to verbally ask them to clear away the old nail clippings from underneath my hands after they started to file away my gel nail polish from a previous manicure performed somewhere else. Very gross first impression, absolutely will not return.

Three stars is probably too much. I was quoted a childs price for my daughter 2 days in advance. When we arrived I asked how much my adult pedicure would cost and was given a menu with the lowest pedicure price at 35 only to find out a basic pedicure is 23! In the end my daughter was charged an adult price and I was was given an expensive pedicure that I didnt need. We will not return!

Every time I have gone, I have been cut. I leave bleeding and in pain. (Mind you I have tough skin). They charge to change the shape of your nails (which is not a cut down) along with polish that is considered “extra shiny”. The ONLY positive aspect about this nail salon is the 3 min massage as your nails are drying. And they probably do so to get your mind off the pain of your nails bleeding (super unsanitary)!

Ive been going to this salon on and off over the past couple of years and quite frankly, I do not think I will be going back. Their customer service has severely declined and their demanding attitudes regarding a tip is unwarranted. They have rushed me in and out, not taken their time and damaged several of my nails. Very disappointing for the amount of money this service cost.

My experience at Gemini was very poor and I have experienced over a dozen different salons. The woman I had was very quick with my nails and half of the time was not even looking at them or focusing, instead socializing with the other staff. I went for a gel manicure and the gel is bumpy and extremely uneven. The worst part was when the woman shoved my hands farther into the UV light box and my fingers hit the roof and have small burn marks on them now. The manicurist was not very pleasant or social. I am not pleased with the results.I will give the salon props for the fact that I had no wait time, was in and out (may be good or bad), and that it seems fairly clean.Overall, this salon may be decent, but my experience and manicurist has led to my decision to not return.

The absolute worst place ever. Go anywhere else!!!! I had the worst experience worst manicure and pedi of my life!!! And the lady who clearly has no skills was mad that I didn’t tip her and I ended up tipping her because everyone was staring at me after she cut me twice and made me bleed. She did my pedi and then mani and didn’t wear gloves or wash hands in between. My pedicure lasted 5 minutes maybe I barely soaked my feet as well as my manicure my nails were in the water for 30 SECONDS I’m not exaggerating which is why I was bleeding when she went at my cuticles. Even her filing was so wrong she made my nails very almost triangular idk how to even explain it. Do not go here ever

I just had the worst experience and I am very disappointed with their unprofesional attitude. I had a regular pedicure and my feet feels rough, she hardly scrab my heels (not even 2 minutes) she made my nails bleed and she didnt care.Worst experience ever, never going back there again.I even complained to the manager and he didnt even care (27 dollars of total waste).

Fixed messed up nail, good quality for low price, free back massage, good service & nice people!

First, I got my toes done and the guy had no clue what he was doing! The paint smudged and he attempted to fix it but wasnt sure what to do. Second, he attempted my refill, I actually had to ask for someone else because it took him 20 minutes to just file. Lastly, the guy that finished my nails was the manager and he was just as bad! When I left, it was 2 1/2 hours, smudged toe nails, poorly painted french manicure, my nails lifted a day later and they looked at me like I was the problem! NEVER GOING BACK!

This place is very clean and pleasent to the eye but will move you in and out like cattle. The guy that did my nails was careless and only wanted to perform a half job to dissmiss himself quickly to get lunch. He did not take in consideration when removing my acurylic nail the proper way so he used a Metra train card to forcefully remove them. My whole nail was torn off and untreated. He was very ROUGH with my hands which lead to scars and bruises on my nails. Will NEVER return to this place at all. I wished he didnt even charge me full price for breaking my entire nail off.

Gemini used to be a top notched salon. It has gone down hill since then. I got a rush job pedicure. The people that work there are NOT NICE. I looked at my feet and saw pieces of dead skin and a sloppy job. Won’t be going back.
