Vani is amazing. She did my nails just like I asked. They definitely take pride in their work. Im definitely choosing this as my new favorite nail place.

The tech was not the problem. It was the owners. Soon as I stepped in just blatantly being rude. I was in mid sentence to ask where the sink was to wash my hands and she rudely cut me off to tell me what I was already in the process of asking. The other client behind me was complaining loudly and let the whole store know her issues, not a comfortable atmosphere. Very small shop. Very broken English- which is my biggest peeve about salons is language barrier. I wont be going back there.

I absolutely love them . Been going to them for years even followed Tina to Easton to her new salon . Her and her family are amazing people do such beautiful work and great customer service! Very clean and sanitary. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

When I first arrived to this salon I was hesitant; there was broken glass scattered on the floor outside and I said oh boy. But seriously my manicure is SO cute and I am SO impressed that they clean between every client, take temps, and social distance. They are taking corona seriously and they do good work for a good price. Worth it IMO.

Deidra is amazing - takes her time, pays attention to detail and ensures you leave happy. I received so many compliments on my nails!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

I had a lady name rose do my nails and my baby shower is in two days and I was worried about not finding a good place, she did them so beautifully the shape was perfect and the colors!

I went in for a pedicure with my friend who loves them and they do a great job on her nails but when it came down to me and my pedicure the woman who did mine was rushing through it to get to the 2 other girls who were waiting for acrylics even though I wanted over an hour for them to attend me and I had an appointment, as she was rushing to get done with me she cut the side of my toe and it hurt so bad and when I look my big toe looked like it was bleeding and when I asked her if it was she said a little and then put my foot back in the water, then did not file my nails right they were all lopsided and she cut off the sides on my nails so now they have an odd shape to them and while painting my nails she rushed and painted them horribly and missed spots and when she sat me down to sit for them to dry she hovered over me to pay her.... I’ve seen the work they do in my friends nails and they’re great especially the man that works there he seems so nice but that lady was just rude the whole time and with me she did not care and hurt me, for those who do choose to go please be careful.

My appointment was 4. At 4 there is 2 people in front of me. Id recommend working on when you schedule people and the time its going to take to do their nails. I pay the extra $10 for that reason.. Not to wait..however I do love the security. Just work on the amount of time we wait. Just like when you clock in for work.. That appointment time should be just like that. Thank you. KM

Staff not polite. Poor customer service. Jumping from one to another to get nails done. There was one guy moved me rudetly to another chair, I was next to my daughter getting her nails done, I was about to blow. I would never recommend this place. First time visit and itll be my last. Never recommends this place. I will suggest they educate themselves before treating customers and handling business.

When i first went i was already upset at the wait process. They made us set appointment but we still waited for about another hour. When they finally took us they rushed the process. Within two days my GEL polish was just sliding off! I went to fix it and the lady was very nasty about it and told me my daughter couldn’t come in AFTER she had already been there. After another gel polish the polish again was sliding off !!! I decided to just forget it. My nails began to break and I have a FUNGUS!!!!!!!!! I’m so pissed off and disgusted. I will never return to them. The mother is disrespectful and disgusting!!! The father wants you just accept whatever he does to yours nails. I would never

I like the owner. And the shop is kept nice. The wife can be sort of rude & has no filter. Other than that they do decent work.

Love their work however I think it is so uncomfortable and not to mention awkward when their personal family issues are discussed in the presence of customers. Also on three completely separate occasions I called to book an appointment with them and was told that they will be closed on a day that they would normally be up and running. Can not rely on them when you want your nails done up.

I have been going to naturals nails for about five months Im very picky and I have to say my nails are always nice. I took my grand daughter to get her nails and toes painted and they treated her like a little princess. I was so sweet. Im very happy with the services I have received at naturals nails.

I went yesterday waited so long I rescheduled for the next day. I went today and I waited an hour and a half for a full set. Never ended up doing my nails all they did was buff the nails before they start gluing. I waited 2hrs and never was taken care of. I asked the how much is it for the buffing of the nails and the mom was rude and said she can go if she wants to. I said all I asked was is there a charge for buffing my nails. They charged me 5$ for doing nothing but wait. I was not going to fight over 5 bucks so I gave it to them and left never again. When they are on their game they are amazing but their customer service sucks. Its horrible bc they have amazing talent but they are so rude to their customers that I rather travel far to do my nails than go there.

Ive been there twice .Both times I made apps and still waited 1hr and half. The gel polish never seems to last .The 1st time they lasted 1wk now for the 2nd time trying to give the place a chance. Well my gel polish lasted 2 days before chipping .You pay so much to not even get a job to last you long. The people are nice but the quality is not that good .It looks great walking out, but the job doesnt last .

They do nails really well but you dont have a choice of who you want to do your nails. Also they make you do an appointment but u still spend a really long time sitting and waitingSo apparently youre not allowed to let them know when something is not done properly ... because theyre so good. I was told that they cant do my nails anymore because I wasnt satisfied with how it waa shaped by the father. I know Asians to be rude and ignorant but they take it to the next level. Good thing i was having a good day or I would have made a scene ... Disgusting

I wouldnt go anywhere but here for my nails! Tina always hooks up my designs and takes her time. They are such a living family and Ive a Satisfied customer for over five years...

Use to go to this nail shop for years until the oldest daughter treated me very disrespectful for the last time.They over book appointments daily.The customer service is horrible and its not sanitary at all.the make up prices depending on who the customer is..They however do decent nails but the service isnt worth it

Since appointments are made there is NO wait time also children arent allowed so its very quite, peaceful & quick! Plus the staff were very friendly & helpful!!

Went with my wife to get her nails done was there for an hour before she got attended the lady ask whos child I said mine im taking care of her while mom does her nails they flat told my wife that she has to go becouse they dont accept kids in the salon hear this she is not alone I am the father watching her she was sitting down watching tv being quiet. They need to rethink their policy..

I wouldnt even given them one star!!! Very rude she had me down for appt and I called to verify the appt. the day came and she said I never made one and she has a huge chip on her shoulder.. Was late for my appt. 4 hrs and never apologized!!! I will never go here again!! On top of it her mother who runs it is very rude and they never answered their phone for over 6 weeks I had to go there... Sorry, they are not good enough to treat me like dirt!!!

Me and my sister made an appt with tina weeks ago, after driving almost 2 hours to get our nails done with her .It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. She was screaming at her mom about doing our designs, which we couldnt even get our nails done because she was complaining about having so many clients when the only ones in there were me and my sister. In her instagram page she acts all sweet like she is a good nail artist yet she didnt want to freestyle our nails. Her mom kept rushing my sister while doing her nails. So all we did was get our acrylics done and had them shaped. They charged us $40 each and didnt even bother to make us feel satisfied. Do not waste your time going here. If i can rate this place a negative 0 I would.

EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THIS SALON!!! THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... I WAITED FROM 10:00 AM TO 1:30 FOR TINA TO SHOW UP WHICH OUR APPT WAS AT 10:00 AM AND NOT ONE PHONE CALL NOTHING!! MEAN WHILE SHE WAS TEXTING HER SISTER AND HER SISTER SAID NOTHING TO ME UNTIL 1:00... NO APOLOGIES NO I AM SORRY NOTHING... APPARENTLY SHE DROPPED HER BOYFRIEND OFF AT WORK AND SHE GOT GOT LOST FOR 4 1/2 HRS. THERE WERE 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT LEFT WHO WAS WAITING FOR HER AS WELL. SHE FINALLY GETS TO THE SALON AND I SAID THANK YOU FOR CALLING YOUR SALON AND LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON.... SHE SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE MY NUMBER BUT SHE HAD HER SALONS NUMBER SHE HAD HER SISTERS NUMBER AND SHE COULD BE LIKE HAND HER THE PHONE SO I CAN LET HER KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!! NO, SHE COULDNT DO THAT EITHER.. INSTEAD SHE WENT OFF ON ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT.. I WAS LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW.. THEY ARE THE RUDEST AND NASTIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH..
