AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR YEARS, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY AFTER I CANCELLED MY POLICY FIR POIR SERVICE, INSTEAD THEY AUTO-RENEWED MY POLICY THAT I SIGNED UP FOR AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE BILLS, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER ASKED TO RENEW IT. Allstate was always prompt, responsive, and fair.This year during the pandemic, we have been sheltering at home and only driving to pick up groceries. Most days we do not leave the house. Anthony Joyner and Allstate refunded a portion of our premium.We have, occasionally checked other providers, but, we found Allstate to be best economical choice and our best service choice.
