Great staff, especially Tracie Thomas. She was helpful in scheduling my entire familys appointments. Was patient and answered all of our questions. Explained the treatment plan in pain english as well as the billing. Very helpful with our insurance to make sure they covered as much as possible. Cant say enough about her and the staff. Dentist is amazing as well. We live in Great Falls, VA and drive all the way to Alexandria just to see Tracie and the rest of the team. Worth every minute in the car! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If I could provide negative stars I would. I DO NOT recommend this dentist, they are will always try to upsell you on some type of procedure after every cleaning. I recently had a permanent retainer replaced for cracking, the dentist simply put back on my old retainer that still has the crack in it, when I called to get this replaced the receptionist gave me the hardest time and would not let me speak to a doctor-- I will be finding someone else in my network.

I usually get real anxious going to the dentist, but from reception, to Dr. Cespedes and her team (Kim and Veronica) this visit was welcoming and pleasant. Competent dentists. But I had 2 appointments axed because of the front desk administrator. The first was the summer of 2020 during COVID; right in the middle of the summer surge and when Northern Virginia had a scary case positivity rate. I came in for a cleaning, all masked up and obeying all the mandates. I enter and theres the front desk administrator maskless. The waiting area is small, has no windows, and I could feel zero airflow in the room. I asked her about it and she said she carried her mask in her pocket and would put it on when someone came within 6 ft of her. Well, I was closer than 6 ft of her while we were talking so I asked about this. She argued back that we were not actually 6 ft from each other. Whatever. By this time the CDC and Virginia Department of Health all made clear that, in a poorly ventilated, windowless, indoor room, respiration from one unmasked person can build up and fill the entire room, well beyond 6 ft. And to get my teeth looked at, I would need to drop my mask and breath the potentially contaminated air. I didnt want to chance it and the administrator was refusing to put her mask on, so I rescheduled for Spring 2021, when I knew I would be vaccinated. Fast forward now to this last week of May. Had a crown removed 2 weeks ago because of a chip. I was supposed to, in that sitting two weeks ago, do (1) a crown removal, plus (2) a cleaning. This was scheduled by the administrator and she assured me of this over the phone. But, once I was there, the dentist told me in the chair that she didnt have time to do the cleaning so I would have to come back again for it. And then, I would have to come back a third time to get the replacement crown installed. Fine, no problem. The dentist checks her calendar and we agree on dates and times for the 2 follow-up visits. This gets relayed to the administrator for her to put on the calendar. I pay my fee and assume the appointments are set. Come back today, as agreed, and theres no appointment today. Theres only one appointment 2 weeks from now for the crown installation. When I asked her about the mixup, the administrator said Galleria Dental is flawless and its my fault for misunderstanding . Nevermind that I took off work for this appointment that apparently never was. I need to get this crown installed and then I immediately need to find a new dental practice. The administrator is just too inept and she makes dealing with Galleria Dental too painful to be worth continuing.

I haven’t had many good experiences going to the dentist and have avoided it like the plague. But I went to Galleria Dental of Alexandria recently for an unfortunately unavoidable toothache, and was pleasantly surprised this time around. Dr. Cespedes and team were very kind and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I will be going back, and highly recommend them for anyone looking for friendly, high quality dental care.

I have seen both Dr Grover and Dr Wahab, and they are both great dentist. They listen to my concerns and patiently answer my questions. Tracie was a big help with all of my insurance questions. Looking forward to my next visit which is saying a lot when it comes to dental visits!

The office experience was amazing! The front office staff was nice and always has kind words. I liked that I can ask questions because I have lots of questions. The Doctor has no problem answering and she takes her time. I would recommend this dental office. Also, it was no pain at all!!

Are you scared of the dentist? I am and have always been since I was really young. I avoided the dentist like the plague. Well it was until I had a longing toothache that was getting worse by the week that I finally found Tracie and the wonderful team at The Galleria Dental offices. She understood all of my fear with the dentist and set me up with Dr. Manisha Grover. They not only made the experience pain free, they were SO patient with me throughout the visits and kept me comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend, if you are suffering from a toothache and worried about a delicate dentist, or looking to get your routine cleaning give Tracie and her team a call. They are THE BEST!

Dr. Grover took over for my trusted dentist that retired. I was concerned when I got the note of retirement but Dr. Grover was amazing. She listened to all my concerns, gave me a calming feeling. She made me not hate going to the dentist. A welcome change from choldhood dentistry.

Dr. Grover was very nice and caring. Going to the dentist is usually anxiety provoking for me, but Dr. Grover was very warm and made sure I felt very comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend the office!

Dr. Grover was very thorough and answered all my questions. The staff is pleasant and easy to work with as always. It was an easy transition to a new dentist after Dr. Keats retired.

The new practice is updated and Dr. Grober is nice and very personable. She also has new equipment. I will feel comfortable going back to her for follow up appointments.

Excellent experience! I’ve never had a favorite dentist and I think I found it with Dr. Grover and her hygienist Wintai. I was educated throughout the entire process and learned some things as well. Glad I stumbled on them when I did.

This place its very cousy the have a good little entertainment place for kids its very clean, and the stuff members are very friendly I really recommend this dentist
