I been the costumer for long time but, this dentist hygienist was very professional, extremely helpful, gave me advice also she took her time. Honestly I never feel clean the way I feel in this visit.I truly appreciate her for her hard work.

An extremely clean office with a build-out of fully modernized equipment. Scheduling appointments and check-outs are effortless as their front office personnel are always so efficient and friendly. Their adherence to Covid-protocol is 100% patient oriented. Thank you for that ! The staff consist of nice people. Unfortunately, their estimating calculations have been incorrect on several occasions with this establishment resulting in HUNDREDS of additional dollars spent. I would say proceed with caution when seeking to patron this establishment for you will most likely not see your dentist and instead an aide or a visiting dentist for your common procedures (cleanings etc) and you will most likely pay HUNDREDS (meaning $400+) more than estimated. I am aware that estimates are just that but from my experience establishments tend to calculate estimates more efficiently in order to prevent unhappy clients and unpaid bills. I have had MULTIPLE visits with this office that have costed me more than $400 a visit due to bad estimated calculations. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and do not recommend.

Dr Feedman is a very professional and honest dentist. He does not over charge and explains everything for treatment options. I wish he offered all services but he had to refer me out for a root canal. Other dentist dont care about patients as Dr. Freedman does. I highly recommend Dr. Freedman. His staff is also very good, courteous and caring. He really deserves the high rating on Google reviews.

Today I arrived for my first dental appointment at Dr. Freedman’s office, and was very pleased with the experience. I was scheduled for a dental cleaning with dental hygienist Josh, and was promptly greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my information and had me quickly processed. At the start of my appointment, I was seen by Dr. Andrew, who examined my teeth and was very helpful in answering my questions. Immediately following that, Josh took images of my teeth, and cleaned them. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and kept the process pleasant and efficient.I would definitely recommend others visit Dr. Freedman’s office, and want to thank Dr. Andrew, Josh, and the receptionist for the great experience.

Josh is also my favorite hygienist and I have been going to him for years as well; he is thorough and also gentle at the same time and is always helpful in explaining why teeth might be responding in a certain way or providing suggestions for care or relief. Dr. Freedman is the epitome of service oriented. He is so eager to help even when he is extremely busy and takes the time to really talk with you vs. just a quick peripheral check of your teeth. I cannot say enough about how he has responded to dental emergencies over these past 15 years, always so calm and making me feel like my emergency is the most important in that moment! In addition he is very thoughtful in presenting all of the options and not just presenting the most expensive one. He also is truly engaged in trying to give you the best outcome with the appearance of your teeth. On my recent visit, I found out that my hygienist I usually see is no longer with the practice, but they gave me a nice lady Heshmat. Recently I went to Dr. Freedmans office to have a bridge examined because I believe it was coming loose. Dr. Freedman refused to exam my bridge because the bridge was performed by another dentist and he stated that I need to go back to that dentist to have any adjustment work done to my bridge.When I explained that the other dentist is in Kansas I was told that I need to go back to Kansas to have any work done. Needless to say I was highly disappointed with Dr. Freedman for their indifference to my loose bridge simply because I had the bridge work performed by my brother-in-law in Kansas, especially since I have been a client with Dr. Freedman for over 20 years.So if you have dental work done by another dentist, I recommend not going to Dr. Freedman for any follow-up adjustments or repairs, he may give you the cold shoulder like I got.

I havent been to thr dentist in well over 10 years. I usually take decent care of my teeth and gums, but have been slacking a lot in my own opinion as of late due to living in a covid lifestyle. What a great experience coming back and especially during covid times. The care, the detail, the professionalism, the expertise, and the process was created and executed very well. It was personal. You do not feel like a statistic or a number. I highly recommend!

A great experience! The best I have had in many years. X-rays, thorough exam and cleaning. Thats why you go to the dentist. Not to bullied into whitening, braces, veneers, etc etc. They offer those services if that is what you want, but dont push it down your throat. I could hear the other patients talking to the hygienists and dentist and it sounded like a truly friendly place to be. In the NOVA area its hard to find a true hometown feel but I felt completely at home and relaxed with Dr. Freedman and his team.

Ill continue to comeback not because of the impeccable care and attention to detail my teeth are given but because they treat you like family. If I cant see Josh, I simply wait until he is available, he really is that good. He takes the cleaning of your teeth seriously, nothing is missed. Ive been going to Dr. Freedman for years and every time Ive had a wonderful experience. His front office staff is courteous and efficient, Josh expertly cleans my teeth each time and Dr. Freedman does a through review of my teeth and discusses any concerns that he has identified. I now take my teen and pre-teen daughter in for their checkups and they really enjoy their expereince.

Great experience. It was my first dentist appointment in two years, so I was a bit nervous. The office and the people in it were very welcoming. The technology was state of the art. The front office had their act together. The dentist and hygienist were thorough but efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour with a clean mouth and bill of health (no cavities!!!) . Cant wait to go back (never thought I would say that about a dental office).

In fact since I have finally retire and staying with my son lots in South Salem NY when I need work I drive 5 hours one way to have him take care of my issues would not go to any other unless major emergency!!His advice through providing me options to correct my issues have always resulted in total success and now at 84 I need a great dentist and that is what he is!!!!!

It was my first time being treated with the clinic and the whole experiment was amazing and satisfied. Everybody is really nice from the receptionist, the dental assistant (Micah) and the hygienist (Josh) and especially Doctor Andrew. At first my intention was just to clean my teeth; however, doctor Andrew pointed out some cavity and it was treated very nicely. I also already planned to have Invisalign with him in the near future cos I 100% trust his skill and passion on his work.Doctor Andrew is a dentist that would take care of his patient like you are his family. This is definitely the Cadillac of dentists offices. everything is high tech, and the hygienists complete very comprehensive checks. All of the procedures and equipment are catered to patients with a busy schedule (meaning you are in and out quickly; a cleaning & exam & xrays is done in under an hour), or who have a fear of pain. The hygienists and dentists conduct their exams quickly so if you are uncomfortable with someone digging around in your mouth, dont worry because they wont be in there long. The staff is friendly and efficient. Ive been going here for regular checkups for 14 years, and it just gets better each visit.

Ever since I moved from Wisconsin in 2002 I have been going to Brad Freedman for my dental needs. He has always provided me with excellent advice on dental care to avoid huge dental costs in the future; for instance, moving from two to three cleanings per year has kept me away from the periodontist which I had to see more than once in Wisconsin. But since taking Brads advice I havent needed any expensive periodontal work. I recommend Brad and his associates to anyone who wants an honest and skilled dentist. He and his staff are great people.

Theyre top notch in making your kids comfortable - my 4 year old eagerly anticipates teeth cleanings2. They dont screw up billing, and always provide estimates and explanation in advance.3. They keep their appointments - so you dont have to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes.4. They fit me in for a last minute emergency crown the same day, so I could get on the plane the next day for my sister-in-laws wedding. My tooth is happy 1 year later, even looked good in the wedding photos!5. My husband no longer complains and refuses to go to the dentist.

Ive been a patient here for over 15 years and its always a pleasant experience (really!). My whole family goes there. Wonderful, friendly staff and they know their stuff! Icing on the cake was Dr. Freedman convincing my 86 year old Mother that although her (very old & poorly made dentures) were okay, she would greatly benefit from new ones made properly. This was no easy task and took over 8 visits. I didnt know that kind of patience existed anymore. She looks better than ever as result and is so proud of her smile, where she used to cover her mouth. And now has a proper bite!

My family has been going here for almost 10 years. The dentists are great and my children have been going since they were 2 years old and they have been great with the kids.Great dentists BUT... one of the worst experiences in billing Ive ever had with a business.We get bills after every visit that when we call to see what the charge is we are told it isnt correct anymore and not to worry about it anymore. Weve had second and third notice late notices when we dont even have an outstanding balance.Love the dentists, everyone is very nice and the my kids actually like going but we are considering leaving the practice because the billing office has been so difficult to deal with.

Dr. Freedman is an outstanding dentist that I trust completely. Both my wife and daughter go to him because I recommended him to them. My son also goes to him. My son went to a dentist in Arlington some years ago. That dentist wanted to do $6,000 worth of work in his mouth. Luckily, he decided not to do it. When I got him to go to Dr Freedman, he got his teeth cleaned and was told his teeth are fine.I didnt take care of my teeth, when I was young, so I have a lot of problems. Dr. Freedman has taken excellently care of my teeth. I am very pleased with him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freedman since 2003. He was referred to me by a co-worker as being a very good Dentist who specializes in a pain free experience. I have had regular check ups and cleanings twice a year and followed his advice on caring for my teeth, and today at almost 50 I am very happy with the health of my gums and teeth. Other than regular check ups I havent required major work but if/when I do I know I will be in good hands.Probably the biggest testimony I can give is that although it is a serious hike for me with all the traffic in the area between Reston and Alexandria, it is worth the drive to have a Dentist I trust.

I have been going to see Dr. Freeman for all most 15 years! He and his team are very friendly and each appointment is on-time! I am very happy with this associates.

Ive been visiting this office for 6 years and can confidently say that Dr Freedman and his hygienists are very professional and welcoming. Dr Freedman did an excellent job on my crown and my hygienist Josh is always very attentive and a perfectionist. I highly recommend this office!

I have been a patient since Dr Brad Freedman opened his practice (1985/1986?) - always a pleasant experience (if going to the dentist can be considered a pleasant experience - lol) - I do wish his practice had not severed their relationship with Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield because that is my insurance and it did offer a little bit of help from time to time. Perhaps they will get back into the BC/BS fold at some point.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Andrews was very positive and knowledgeable. The Staff is very informative and nice. I was up and in the chair within minutes of walking into the office. The financial manger breaks down everything so no unexpected charges will occur at the end which is very important. I haven’t even mention the expectional job Dr. Andrew performed. Simply amazing!!! I am stoped by strangers everyday asking about my smile. I gladly open my wallet and hand them a business card. This place is great!!

Both Dr. Brad & Dr. Andrew are amazing! They are so friendly and patient! Ive had a somewhat complicated dental adventure and they have been very supportive. It is clear that they want me to have the best outcome wether it be for my new smile or even during the regular cleanings. The techs & staff are also very nice and accommodating. They are always quick to follow up or answer any questions or concerns I may have! Definitely recommend to anyone in NoVa!
