Great Service! Tom was very professional and timely. Our rugs have never looked better, and horrible pet odor is completely gone!

No hassle service that was so quick. I couldnt think of having my carpets stain free as they had so many stains of food, drinks and even my toddlers preschool coloring projects were carried out on floor rugs. But the team did a great work and truly made them look as good as new.

After baking so many of our custom cakes, I guess we shared some of the ingredients with the carpet. The traffic area coming in and out of the kitchen was horrible. I thought we were going to have to buy a new carpet. A neighbor recommended Alexandria Green Carpet & Rug after using them twice before. I was skeptical, but I was proven wrong. The spots are 100% gone and the carpet looks like new. Now, back to baking my custom cakes!

What had been a dusty, shadowy-looking white carpet - was left looking practically brand new. After he finished the cleaning, he moved around our freestanding fans to help quicken the drying process.
