This place was recommended by my landlord when we discovered our dryer wasn’t working upon moving in. I was able to set up an appointment relatively quickly for the following day and given a 3 hour window that the technician would arrive. The tech arrived over an hour past the time window, which is frustrating but excusable if communicated they are running behind. However, they never called to tell me they were behind. I had to call and make sure someone was actually still coming. After the technician repaired the dryer, showed me it worked, he said the parts had a 90 day warranty, so to call with any issues. When I tried my dryer the next day, it worked for one load and then quit. I called Brandsmart to schedule another appointment for the warranty work, but they kept telling me they couldn’t find anything available. For over 3 weeks I tried to get an appointment, but was ignored. I think the simple truth is they didn’t want to fulfill their warranty, or at least don’t prioritize it. I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I wouldn’t trust this company with any other repairs.
