My refrigerator isnt cooling so I called anyapplianceservices.com from Bowie location, technician came (Ben) found the problem and charged me $75.00 towards diagnose/repair and said that will be applied towards repair costs I thought this is how it works every where, i decided to order genuine part by myself ordered it came in two days, i called Ben again he said that there is a repair cost around $150.00 and initial payment i paid will not apply towards repair cost i will have to pay $150.00 separate towards repair cost, he lied to me when he charged i was really disappointed what he mentioned after i tried to reach the company but he answers every phone calls instead of transferring to company. Truly disappointed and lost my money I will not recommend as trusted company.
My washer machine wouldnt shut off the water after it reached the set level & overflowed onto my floor. I called Ken and he came out the next morning and fixed the issue in minutes. Kens efficiency, professionalism, and willing to explain the process was a breathe of fresh air. Ill recommend him to all my family and friends.

Ken was on time, straight forward, and had our dryer up and running in no time. I have no idea if the repair cost is competitive but it was a third the price of purchasing a new appliance and done in a prompt professional manner.

4/26/19 UPDATE.LIES I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE WATER LEAKING. i will not go back and forth with this sad excuse for a company. When I asked him to leave my home he tried to intimidate me and not leave my home when asked. They never called to follow up on this visit instead they they to handle me online in a review! SAD USE AT YOUR RISK!!!NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! I had services performed on my 5 year old front-load Kenmore washer. I paid $75 in cash (with a receipt). The washer was said to only have issues with the hose kinking (no parts or repair needed) why the water is running out of the top and side of the machine. I had a load of laundry in the wash when the repairman came. ONLY that ONE load washed. I have not been able to get the machine to work again. I have a 30 warranty for the service. I called on Monday 4/8/19 and left a message. I called back on 4/10 and was told I was not here when they called and a bunch of other foolishness that was not true. 4/12 I was told a tech would be here at between 9 am and Noon it is WELL AFTER Noon and the tech is not here. I am not able to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my text. THE MAN THAT ANSWERS IS RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with this company was the worst ever! The oven element in my vintage GE P7 stove was not working. I suspected it was a faulty switch, but I called this service to verify and fix it. The technician came out and verified what I already knew instead of doing a thorough analysis. I had a bad element. I knew the upper stove and two surface elements needed replacing however, I asked him to verify by testing the wiring on left two surface burners and he swore it was the upper switch that needed replacing. However, due to the age of the stove, he said the parts were probably not produced anymore and I needed to think about purchasing a new range due to the cost of repair. Even though, I still asked him to test it. He pushed the buttons and felt some heat on the working burners then said he would get me a quote on a switch and new elements. He was at my place less than 10 minutes and then charged me a fee of $65.00 which differed from the discounted amount discussed when I made the appointment. I was assured the service call cost would be included in the total cost of the repair if I opted for the elements and switch once he got the quotes. After not hearing back from the technician for almost a week, I called for a status and again was told someone would be in touch.Another week later and TIRED OF WAITING..... I had to order my elements myself and, low an behold, most of it works just fine! But I still have a bad wire somewhere. Something a skilled repairman should be able to fix. I WOULD NOT recommend this company for any of your repairs, unless you don’t care about poor diagnosis’s, lack of communication, and dishonest practices.

I REALLY LUCKED OUT WHEN I FOUND ANY APPLIANCE SERVICES ON THE WEB. I needed a repair on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator that was leaking water and my Kitchen Aid dishwashers soap dispenser that was broken and would not close. When the technician came into my house and I explained the problem, he knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator and of course the dishwasher problem was obvious.Ken told me approximately how long it was going to take to repair both and told me the price in advance. He worked diligently and professionally and finished before his estimated time. Ken also gave me some helpful hints when using my Kitchen Aid electric oven. I was impressed and will definitely refer this company to friends.When technicians are as personable, courteous and professional as Ken it projects well for the company and says to the customer that this company takes pride in who they hire, the prior professional training they have received and the Companys pride in portraying that they CARE about the customer as well as making money.
