We were very Happy with Servpro !! Niko and his team Chris, Nickolas, and Manuel were Great ! Very hard workers ! We were devastated with two floods and were in the middle of the first one when the big Flash Flood happened in Belen and our entire house flooded we called Servpro and they came right out and worked until 4 am ! I know Chris was one of the men that night that sucked the water all out and put fans up all over.. Our furniture was packed up and put in a Pod until carpet could be installed then they all came back and un packed our things. They were Polite well mannered and cautious and Honest !Also Jess was always there to receive my calls with a Happy voice ! Niko is a wonderful understanding person sensitive to your situation. We had major water damage from a sewer pipe that was broken and Chris, Manuel and Nicholas were just the greatest guys on time doing the work going up in the little passageway where the pipe was broken it was just a great great job these guys were just the best guys thank you so much I recommend them highly

Working with Servpro of Northwest Albuquerque was an absolute nightmare. They started the job later than planned, wouldn’t show up because they received other jobs, had cleaning lady doing drywall work when we complained about the length of time it was taking to complete our home and we were told they were understaffed, had to have multiple things redone and even the subs they finally hired to get the job done made mistakes. I wish I had never hired them to fix my house after our flood which happened while we were out of town so we had extensive damage to our 4200 sq ft home. Ceilings had collapsed and I lived in a nightmare for over 6 months when I was told it would take about 2-4 weeks. I will never recommend SERVPRO to anyone. They advertise as being able to make your house like it never happened and they are not trained contractors. They tried to cut corners and still charge us for things that they never did work on. Myhouse definitely doesn’t look like “it never happened”. I will never have them work on my house again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Worst mistake ever!

I had a pet sitter over the holidays and I came home to the worst thing I could ever imagine meth contamination in my home Servpro left residue in my carpets did not clean all of my home in the way it needed to be there is still smoke in my walls. I am still having a physical reaction to something toxic. I can honestly say Servpro made things worse and charged a lot of moneyunfortunately my nightmare is not over.Wish I never called or paid them

After a quick walk around the home he was able to assess the damages and even offered ways for me to save some money. He is truly a man with honor and integrity. To have a business you contact in a time of great stress, decide you are not worth following up with day after day is horrible. This company neglected to show up twice after promising to making it like it didnt happen. I fired them and the company I hired to finish the job found water everywhere servpro stated was dry. Stay away unless you want frustration and a job incomplete.

SERVPRO is incredibly reliable and eager to help in times of great stress, they go above and beyond in every aspect of the job! In my opinion, complaints due to rare weather events are unwarranted and shouldnt be allowed because this is truly a company that cares!
