Its still the best place ever 2 get clock repair, batteries for your watches, and more. However the business has new owners and the space inside is very small, more than 2 customers & you feel almost claustrophobic, @ least I did. In my opinion the size is a hugh change! Used 2 have room 2 walk around & browse, & really see all the different clocks. I still recommend this mom & pop business, the new owners are very helpful and kind. Unfortunately with our new restrictions, theres no room for 6ft distance. However thats a personal choice.

Ive been using Clocks & More for a decade or two to service all of our watches ranging from Rolex to Timex and a grandfather clock that dates back to 1791. Excellent work, very fair cost and helpful service.

Charged us $387 to repair actually it wasnt repaired our Howard Miller, Presidential-Reagan clock. Waited almost 4 months for the scheduled appointment, not certain what, if any repairs were Accomplished as two months later it stopped working. As we were not given ANY type of warranty on their work, my husband was less than willing to have them return. I finally determined I wanted my clock to work an set about trying to contact them. (See my lengthy review of London Chime for a lengthy explanation of what occurred) After three messages commencing 6/28 with no response I contacted London Chime 7/8, Ian arrived today 7/11, and fixed everything during a house call for which he charged only $175. He did not charge me for the damaged suspension spring he had to replace that Clocks & More did not replace, fixed a bent lever and adjusted another part. This included the trip charge to Placitas. To be fair, I finally received a phone message from Clocks & More 7/9 which I did not return. It should,be noted London Chime is the designated Howard Miller repairer in our area. It is clear to see why they are. I highly recommend London Chime they are fair in their pricing and do an excellent job!! We are very pleased with London Chime. I will be posting a recommendation in our Next Door app for folks to contact them for repair of their locks. They do NOT sell clocks, only repair them.

These guys will fix your clock & guarantee the work. However, theyll take between 6-10 months to do it, and good luck getting in touch with them if theres an issue. I left multiple voicemails, emails, etc & got no response until much later (~7-10 days later). The posted hours are not entirely accurate, as these guys will close on a whim & their posted hours will not change. Typical mom & pop shop that opens when they feel like opening.

I brought in a clock and a watch my grandfather gave my grandmother when he came home after WWII. I probably could have purchased a new grandfather clock for the same amount as the repair cost but the sentimental value made it worth every cent.

Ive owned an automatic watch for a few years now and I took it in to be tuned, cleaned and oiled. They called me when it was ready and it was an easy pick up.The time wasnt quite tuned so they took it back a second time and got it straightened out.Then I came in with a extender link (as Im sure the watch shrunk) and they took care of that too. Every time I visit Im happy with the service, the quality, the promptness and professionalism.Thank you C&M team!

Great people. They fixed my pair glasses frame when and did a great job when no eye glass retailer or optometrist would. Fast turn around and great prices. Highly recommended if you need a small part repaired.

Great customer service

I had used they services for watch repair a few times in the past, and was very pleased; that was until I dropped off my dads 1970s watch and compass for a cleaning/check up in May (2016) . Every couple of weeks after that I will stop by to inquire when it may be ready, and every time it was something. He is not here ( the repair guy), we ordered a part, been busy etc. Conclusion, after 5 MONTHS! enough was enough ( obviously), I picked up the items just as I left them. No fix or even clean. Two stars because they have been helpful in the past, but for me never again.

They do not return any messages. Just had a simple question. But I could not speak to anyone.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. My watch was getting condensation under the crystal. They replaced the watch seal at no cost. He wasn’t sure it would work. If it doesn’t he said they would try something else.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review of anyone good or bad. I inherited a boluva mantle clock that had been awarded to my aunt for 25 years of service with Pfizer. It wasnt working I brought it in and was told Id receive a call in a few days. I went around the corner to metro PCs and while I was there I got a call saying all I needed was a 10.00 battery. They could have charged me whatever they wanted and said whatever I wouldnt have known as Im not a clock expert. 10 min. Later I have a clock that had not been working for 25 years keeping perfect time. Thanks guys keep up the good work Albuquerque needs you.!

Excellent service. Have been ripped off before due to shotty repairs by a dishonest so called clock expert and so glad to find this place! Mark and his team dont take shortcuts and have thankfully restored my antique clock to excellent working condition. I will never go anywhere else.

My brother-in-law took in his cuckoo clock for repair. I had purchased this large clock for him while I served in Germany. I know it is hard to believe, but they kept his clock three years...waiting for an imported band to arrive. Finally, it was returned and functioned only for a short time. Disgusting!

After waiting for three months for what should have been simple repairs, two clocks failed within three months. Will never use this business again.

I dropped a clock of in 2015. Called for updates every month for 3 drove by twice and shop was closed. Have never received a call from the shop regarding my clock. Will swing by one a couple more time though I am driving in from out of town. NOT HAPPY.
