Great organization, they have been taking great care of my family. Open kitchen area to cook and eat, they also serve dinner. Well stocked fridge.

They were so good to us through such a hard time. So blessed we were able to stay there. My little 4 year old loved to play there and the little blanket and stuffed animal they gave her. It was a very comfortable feel there. Thank you so much, and what a blessing this is for people going through hard times.

We would like to say Thank You Sooo Much for the Hospitality!! Our stay here has been absolutely amazing!! If it werent for Ronald McDonald House, we would of had a very difficult time staying with our new born baby at the hospital! The staff was very nice, understanding, and helpful with everything!! We will always remember and never forget how much you helped us be close to our baby during her most delicate and precious moments of her first days! THANK YOU RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES OF NEW MEXICO!!!!

Never will I ever subject my daughter and grandson to this place. There were ants everywhere and my grandson found a pill under the bed by the nightstand. Don’t get me wrong there was some pretty nice volunteers, making food and helping us to feel welcome. But it’s sad when the lady that checked us in said we had let someone stay with us, which was a complete lie. Instead of looking at the cameras they told us we could stay one more day but that’s it. On top of that they didn’t want my grandson staying there. He’s only two and very well behaved. God knows what did or didn’t happen. If your insurance pays for your place to stay, please don’t choose this place. I really think I should give my personal number just so I can more in depth explain myself. God Bless the true helpers!

A home away from home for families of children facing serious medical crisis. Check out their volunteer opportunities like the Guest Chef program where you can cook for the families. They also have some great fundraising events like Girls Night Out.

This place is amazing. I went here to visit a client and the people were so nice. It smelt so good because they were in the kitchen preparing fresh home cooked meals for all the families that stay here to be treated. If you cant be home to receive treatments, this is the place to be. So grateful to everyone that works here for all that you do to make families feel comfortable while dealing with illness.

My church group volunteered here. Lots of fun and great facilities. That staff was very nice and on top of things. There were two volunteer groups at the same time and the volunteer coordinator had plenty for us to do. The facilities looked like a comfortable place to temporarily stay.

What a wonderful group of people. My son had an unexpected heart surgery come up and we were able to stay for two nights. They have people come and make dinner every night. And they have a ton of things for the kids to do. Really they are such an amazing organization. Thanks for making a tough cituation easier.

We visited younger family members with newborn baby in nicu. RMH was a welcoming quiet setting for us to join together in support of our new parents. Their stay at RMH undoubtedly contributed to the well-being of a new mom & dad. Thank you for sharing your special facility with us.
