What a crackerjack company. Set an appointment, do not call you to let you know they are late. You call them and confirm a new time only to have them no show for that time. 2.5 hours of wasted time.I guess they have family and friends do reviews for them.

Very good but very small servings for the higher prices.

I have taken my Nissan here several times and even though it doesn’t seem like the primary style of vehicle they usually work on the service was excellent from Justin and the other mechanics. The price, attitudes of staff and speed were very agreeable.

They were great. We are on vacation & passing through & needed to have oil change done in our RV. Highly recommend this business!!!We tried to go to a Ford dealership because the one we went to in Kansas city was $75 total. RIch Ford was going to charge $200.00... nay-nay. We asked about the outrageous price & were given 3 different answers1- we pay specialized techs more to work on RVs...2- we dont like to work on RVs3- it is the FAIR market price in the area..... this response was from the service managerBut enough about Rich Ford ( it is even in the name & I think they mean it)We looked up RV oil changes near me on Bing and the 1st one to popped up was On-Site 6 miles from Rich Ford. Called asked the price for oil change & oil filter & quoted $79.00They were friendly spoke to Justin said it would be 45 min ( awesome)We never mentioned the price gouging from Rich Ford.... once we paid the bill then we told them what had happen and how pleased we were with them and the reasonable price.I didnt want it to influence their service...If you like to save $ and pay reasonable prices then go to On-Site for your oil change.overall great service & friendly staff

I always have a great experience when working with On-Site Oil Change. I work for a company who has a small fleet of trucks. They always accommodate our schedule, come to us to do the easy stuff and their pricing is always consistent. I love calling the office because 80% of time Suzie answers the phone, she is the sweetest most friendly person Ive encountered. We will continue to utilize their services as long as we have all of these trucks!

Price was consistent and best i found with high end vehicle oil change. Owner seems to genuinely promote a customer first experience.

What JERKS! Owner Susie doesnt care. I called just to ask a simple question and she hung up on me. Thought maybe the line was disconnected but then she did it again! Finally I asked for the manager and he told me she had every right to hang up on who she wanted. Shows how much someone cares about their company that they would act like that. I would recommend my dog to do an oil change before I would ever recommend this company.

Ended up in Albuquerque needing an oil change on our motorhome after 5000 mikes. KOA gave us card for on site oil change. Mechanic on time. Per my husband did an excellent job. Spared us taking our camp and dogs into a shop. Little more expensive, but the convenience justified the extra cost.
