Always a very positive experience. They do great work on my 20yr. Old daily driver I love my truck and have no plans on ever getting rid of it. Knowing I have a great place to take it for all the mechanical issues I cant take care of myself really takes a big load off my shoulders.

Employees went above and beyond. This is the first time since the pandemic that I have gotten honest, friendly service from people who clocked in for more than the bare minimum today! I usually shop for the best coupon on an oil change, but they can expect me to make an appointment for my next oil change at this location due to the great service I received. I almost never give 5 stars. 5 is for better than expected. 4 is for they did what they are supposed to and well and I give those lots.

Great experience! I took my car in to have the A/C charged, and purchase tires. After they charged the A/C my Honda (known to have compressor defects) was still going from cold to hot so I brought it back they did a complete inspection and service. The manager Dan suggested to replace the compressor which they did at no additional charge! Thank you so much for the quality service. I will definitely be back as well as referring others.

They completed my alignment as requested. After the alignment my truck was still pulling right so I brought it back and the manager Dan took care of me and suggested a rotation which they did at no additional charge. Thank you so much for the service provided. I will definitely be back to inquire on more service prices in the future as needed.

They REFUSED to fix my relatively new tire (small roofing nail in center of tread.) The tire in need of repair had a strip of regular foam glued to the inside of it for road noise suppression. The tire manufacturer says the foam can just be removed to fix a flat, you can just peel it off with your bare hands. Firestones corporate policy is to refuse to do it. I could have been back on the road in 20 minutes but now Im sitting in their parking lot waiting for a tow truck. Firestone has gotten a reputation for shady up-selling and I guess its true, the manager was all too happy to try to sell me a set of tires. My brother and I have spent THOUSANDS on Bridgestone tires from this very location. They will NEVER get another dime from me. Curiously, the store was supposed to be open until 7 PM but I saw the manager lock the doors and drive off at 6:22 PM. (I have a time-stamped photo.)

Instead of plugging my tire, they were quick to sell 700 dollars worth of new tires and NOT EVEN balance them. rude and probably underqualified technicians with big green dollar signs for eyes. dont bring your car here. leave it in the driveway and walk.

If you own an electric vehicle, especially a Tesla, dont go here. They dont know what they are doing.

These guys wasted my time. Scheduled a simple tire rotation on a busy day and they made me wait a half hour just to tell me they couldnt do it. Apparently 2 of my tires had too low of tread depth according to them but they were not bad at all. Staff could care less. I got it done at another tire shop for less and was treated much better.

Not only did it take 6 hours to get an oil change and a tire alignment with an appointment, the workers neglected to tell me that my coolant was low for my car. They had bad customer service the whole time and the cost was astronomical. I would not recommend going to this location for anything with your vehicle. This is one of the worst experiences with my car I have ever had.

We have come to this Firestone for over 20 years and we have always been treated like family. No matter what our situation they always make sure that my family is safe every time we drive away and the pricing is right on point.

I have kind of an emergency and they did not take care of me I needed one wheel balanced cuz the weights had come off of my wheel. they could not get it done till 2 days from now. Even when I explained it was kind of an emergency and if they could only do one tire balance. I dont think thats good customer service.

First time here. Really hoping for a great experience since it is close to home. People at the desk were friendly both at drop off and pick up. Had my tire patched and everything was fine with that. But heres the thing. I dropped off my tire at 715am and no one ever called to say it was done. Around 545pm I call to see if I can pick it up and no one answers. Then I go in at 630pm and it is done. I ask to have it put on my vehicle. No problem they took care of it. But they put a repaired tire with 41 psi in it on my vehicle with 3 other tires at 32 psi. They didnt bother to check my other 3 tires (yes it was almost closing but no other customers were there). And since the tpms display was up the mechanic knew my other tires were low. So I left with 1 tire over inflated and 3 needing a bit of air. I have a compressor at home so leveled everything.A good shop a) would have called when the repair was done, b) answered phone calls, c) bothered to check air pressure on all tires even if it wasnt in the original repair purpose. You are a tire shop! What is tire 101? Equal safe pressure. Id been driving on a spare for 2 days and other than doing the repair they didnt try at all to offer good service. I cannot recommend this shop.

Have to say the service here is fantastic. Fair, straightforward and always helpful. I have used them for batteries, and tire repairs.

I bought tires with a 70,000 mile guarantee about 1.5 years ago here, paying almost $900 and when I recently came in for something else they told me I needed new tires because of uneven wear. It turns out, according to their own records, that they had done an incomplete alignment. That said, they refused to honor their warranty after less than 9,000 miles! I called their corporate headquarters. They asked me to call the local Firestone with a reference number and have them call headquarters to go over the problem. They claim they did. Corporate says they didnt and no one has responded to the problem. Apparently, they are just walking away from it and apparently, their warranties are meaningless. Be warned.

I called and spoke to a staff member named Dusty, he was so nice and informative and really seemed to genuinely care about what was going on with my car. He made sure I understood what they were doing to my care and the reasons why. I felt financially safe there and not like they take advantage of people in the time of need. I thought all the staff was nice. But, even more important my car performs extremely better than what it did and before any work was done to the car they called me multiple times to check if I was okay with the pricing and keeping the car a bit longer. Crooks!! Went in for an Alignment. After waiting an hour and a half got a phone call saying my tie rods were seized. They quoted me 750.00$ to replace them. Then I went and had my truck lifted myself. Not only were my tie rods not seized, they were loose. And the inner boots were not even uncovered to be checked. When I called to talk to the manager I got the run around!

I had an appointment at 11:30 for an oil change. Got there at 11:20 to be safe. We left to walk around and came back at 12:10 because we hadnt heard anything and see our car sitting in the exact spot we left it. Sure enough, they hadnt even pulled our car in yet. And all the front desk had to say was oh I didnt notice that they hadnt taken it. Ended up just leaving without an oil change. Really disappointed with this experience.

Was passing through Albuquerque when the brakes in my van started fading. All the ford dealerships were too busy to even check it out. The guys at Firestone diagnosed, chased the part, and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Strong work fellas!

Horrible. dishonest. bought 4 tires with road hazard 3 months before. had a flat, took my car in, was told the tire had to be replaced, but I would pay a discounted price, I was doubtful but since it was a holiday weekend, I agreed and was told the new tire would be in 2 days later on Monday.They never checked my spare which by the time I got home was flat, when I called on Monday to find out when I could get the new tire put on,, a very rude person told me he did not know when the tire would be in, He was not the one who arranged the deal but definitely I would not have a tire when promised.Had I been told the truth I would have gone somewhere else. They just wanted to make a new sale, I am still doubtful the tire is damaged as they claimed . I am taking the tire somewhere else and will find out the truth!very dishonest!

We went here to get some tires put on our RV, and we could not have been more pleased. Everyone that we talked to was super friendly, and the techs went out of their way to complete the job for us after two of our lug nuts wouldnt come off and needed to be re-done. Great service, and great people! Highly Recommended!

My mom just got tires at this store. It was a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and the service was fast and efficient.

Terrible place and terrible to do business with. Very rude and I do not trust this place at all. You ask them to do one thing (like fixing a spare tire) and they tell you they find many things wrong and it is going to cost hundreds of dollars. AND if you know anything about cars, you would know it is not worth it. After we paid them for the work, they unfortunately already did, which was not cheap. Went home and fixed the car issue with my boyfriend. The labor took less than an hour and the part cost under 50. Dont kid yourself. They try to scare you and tell you your car is inoperable and that if they see you leaving in it, they will call the police. There are better ways to tell someone it is dangerous to drive and it is not allowed, instead of a plain threat. Anyway, we just told them WE will figure it out and we didnt need their services any longer. And they continue going on and on that we could not drive the car, they cannot hold the car hostage so they had to give us the keys back. After everything, Danny decides that he will pay for the tow back to our place. The whole thing is such an eyeroll and could have been handled much better. Especially since the whole thing was made a scene of and other people can hear our business and how they are being overly dramatic. So unprofessional. Disappointing. It was a bad experience. I hated the whole thing. Never going back. It was not even our first choice, we only went because it was the closest to where we were having trouble. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Ive brought my trucks to the Montgomery location Firestone for several years now. Danny and his team are thorough, professional, and consistent. I know when I take my truck to Firestone I am not only going to be provided an accurate quote of the work to be completed, Im also going to hear a full explanation of why it needs to be done, and repair items are prioritized based on my budget at the time.

They performed a courtesy check when I was paying for a full vehicle inspection.I pointed this out the lady in a nice manner and she just kept dismissing me saying BYE. BYE. BYE.The manager was just as rude, if not more.If you need a firestone, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!

These guys are great! They are honest and have great service. I picked my car up after a oil change and it had picked up a nail while they where moving it around the parking lot. They fixed the flat for free and hooked me up with a free oil change for my extra wait.

I was in for a wheel alignment, tire rotation, and balance. Prior to the alignment the technician found that a joint on the steering rack was leaking grease and the steering was loose. They replaced the rack and things look good now. Very pleased with the service.

Ive brought 5 cars to this Mastercare location over the years -- yes I have teenagers. Service has been phenomenal and Danny and his crew have always been honest, fair on pricing and their level of service to the customer has been outstanding. This is my go-to for out_of_ warranty care for my fleet.

A friend recommended this Firestone location and I needed some work done on my car so I made an appointment online.When I got there and spoke to them about what I wanted done and why, I got straight-forward, knowledgable answers to my questions and thoughtful feedback on what I proposed.We agreed on a course of action and they did the work on my car, then talked to me about how it went and mentioned some items they had noticed while they were working on the car. For those items of potential concern they gave me factual info on what they found with no hard sell to make another appointment.I got my car back with it running better than ever and a reasonable bill for the work I had done. Throw in the professional interaction I had with them that improved my knowledge of my car and car repair, generally, and I feel the value I received was high.Being somewhat new to ABQ, Im grateful to have found a car repair place I can trust, and one I enjoy dealing with as well.I highly recommend this Firestone!

Im very new to the Albuquerque area moving all the way from Minnesota and I do not have any family in the city. On my way home from work, I completely blew out my tire. It wouldnt hold any air for more than a few minutes. I called Charles at roughly 5:45pm (the shop closes at 7pm) and not only did he send someone to put my spare tire on for me, but after I arrived at the shop a few minutes later he had my tire completely changed and had my car ready to go so that I didnt go car-less. He stayed late and worked after hours to make sure I was taken care of. I am incredibly thankful for the service I received. If Charles hadnt gone above and beyond, I dont know what I would have done. My heart is filled with appreciation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ive always had fair dealings with these folks; they have done free inspections as advertised, honored coupons, and done decent quality work. Nobody likes to need auto repair, but its at least not the worst part of your day off you do it here. I will be returning.

Quick competent service.

Unfortunately spent upward of $1800 on parts and labor and got an entire power steering pump and rack and pinion replaced. There was a defect on the part they issued me and upon going to the location multiple times was informed its a cap and then its just running low on fluid etc. Then they replace the system a second time and once leaving now they overfilled! The power steering fluid which could cause damage to the belt or power steering pump. Seems more like a scam to me then actual customer service. Me and my family through the years relied on Firestone and unfortunately this has changed. So for anyone out there i do advise you get your car serviced else where for example Dox automotive in Albuquerque. The manager at the location was very helpful but unfortunately lacked leadership for his team to get the job done.

Customer service here is top notch! They didnt have my replacement tire in stock, but due to a road trip they put a temporary one on and had me come back to trade it out. Robert was very accommodating!

Had to leave some good feedback . If you had a bad experience here like some of the other reviews then shame on you. If you need a fast oil change go to a drive through place.. My car they fixed the radiator and while it wasnt cheap it had issues afterwards like three times not their fault my car has 191000 miles on it and each time they fixed it free with a smile. They are busy yes but they had many opportunities to make or ask me to pay and fix a lot of things and when I told them I was on a tight budget they skimmed over the bill and fixed the necessary stuff. Also gave me a veterans discount. Support businesses that support Veterans .!!!!!!

Each time Ive called (at different times and days) the person answering the phone tells me they need to transfer me to a manager so they can take down my information. I am then put on hold for over 10 minutes. I end up hanging up frustrated every time.Its impossible to schedule an appointment.Horrible customer service!

Went to get a tire repair, was told it would be an hour and a half. After a little over 2 hours I asked for my keys as I other things to do. Only to be told they lost my keys. An hour and a half wait turned into 3 hours, and no apology for my wasted time.

Dannys a real piece of crap, dont let his nice guy attitude fool you, went in for some tires and when I got on the road my battery had been disconnected my radio stations were reset, the next day my car would not start, tell me what the heck does changing tires have to do with getting under my hood? They purposely mess with your vehicle to get more work and thats a fact.
