They changed the oil fast. I guess they have the full synthetic stuff in a separate bucket. I asked a few times was it full synthetic? Really didnt get an answer. Usually they put in separate quarts of oil. Did get it done. Also seems they arent going to do oil or emissions anymore which is too bad. Been going here for a long time. They focus on glass replacement now which is a good deal

Went in to get an oil change this past week and i got the best service that i have ever had getting my oil changed. The person who checked me out was able to explain everything to me. I trust them to always do a good job. I brought my wifes car this week excellent service. Thanks Josh for the promptly service again.

I couldn’t be more satisfied! The staff at Shell Rapid Lube was courteous and professional. I had my vehicle towed here to be repaired. The owner, Julio, made it a point to explain to me step by step what was being repaired and why.The damage ended up being more serious than I had anticipated— so I decided to sell the vehicle. Julio was gracious enough to allow me to sell it out of the parking lot of his shop. He let me keep it there for as long as I needed until I sold the car. This made the entire process of showing the car, and meeting strangers a much less daunting task.I highly recommended going here to have work done, or for basic maintenance. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. If I could give six stars, I would.

This place is a complete rip off when it comes to filling propane tanks. I was charged $45+tax to fill two propane tanks. You can exchange a tank at wal mart for $15 and you can fill a tank at costco for close to $10. I would not recommend getting propane here as it’s a complete rip off.

I have used this business multiple times for oil changes, a transmission fluid change, a radiator fluid change, and a coolant fill up. The employees are always friendly and well informed when I ask them questions concerning the services they provide and the general maintenance of my vehicle. I trust the people that work here. To top it all off this business is locally owned and operated. The owner has been on site nearly every time I have visited.

They sell propane and they do oil changes. Very nice and honest people. I am recommending them to all my people and family. Josh and David are knowledgeable about cars. I will definitely come back.

Julio (owner) has managed to get himself a great bunch of skilled workers who seem be really happy to go the extra mile. To be honest, my wife and I didnt exactly know how to take it because we just dont see this type of work ethic many places. They worked later than they needed and got us out of a tight spot. Saved us some money doing it as well. If I am ever in Albuquerque again, this is where I will get the car serviced.

This shop has great service. They are very direct and careful to explain their recommendations. My car always runs super smoothly. I travel a lot and when I get my oil changed out of state, the mechanics comment on how well my car runs! 5 stars all the way! They have propane on Saturdays all the day long! I ran out and was able to fill all four cans thanks guys!

This place is fast, friendly, and great. I went yesterday for an oil change and will definitely go back. Granted it was just a flush and an oil change, but regardless it was better than any other place Ive gone too, and I dont usually like to do reviews. But overall Im very satisfied and recommend them. -Matthew

They are honest. They are fair, and they are very consistent with their service. Very positive. I enjoyed taking my car, and when you have an issue with a vehicle, its not a pleasant situation, but I know they have my back and they will take care of me

Edit: I did go in and the owner apologized and did match the dealer pricing. Seems like a nice guy, and like it was just a miscommunication, but make sure you get a quote before your service is done.The new ownership is completely unethical. I took my car in for an oil change, which I had been doing at the dealership since I purchased a new vehicle. Not only was it almost $40 more expensive than the dealership, they did not tell me the cost until after they had completed the service! It ended up being $88 to get the oil changed in my Honda Fit, and they did not even do the complementary vacuum that they used to do.

My vehicle stalled inexplicably right next to this place. The owner put out all the stops calling in favors, getting his guys that were even off work to help push my very heavy vehicle into the bay. They stayed well after hours to do what needed to be done. These guys go above and beyond and are trust worthy. I wish I could find this level of dedication in most other places. The owner, (Julio) is rare - he will find a way to help you.

Wonderful place. I take a fleet of work vehicles to Dales shop. The shop not only services my vehicles, but they give me a heads up on needed items. One example is the battery. They warn me if the battery is testing low. Sure enough, I was in a hurry and did not change the battery. Two weeks later it goes out. When I go back, they look up my service records and do a replacement under warranty. I didnt even think that truck was covered under the warranty period.

Matt the manager and Julio the owner are always professional and courteous. I have our Lexus RX400H and Cadillac Escalade serviced there. Great place for propane refilling as well. Been going there for the last 18 months with no complaints.

These guys have been 100% perfect. Ive taken my car to many places before Shell, and nearly had my car ruined (especially by Jiffy Lube). I will never take my car anywhere else again! They even potentially saved my life when they noticed a problem with my brakes that I was unaware of. Because they do not service brakes, they had nothing to gain by letting me know about them except for good customer service. Great place!

They lie about their prices. We called ahead of time and they told us itd be $40.99 for high mileage oil change, than when we showed up I asked about their price again and was told the second time also $40.99. I let them change my oil and my husband went in to pay and they charged me $70.00. When my husband asked why they told him because they had to put in an extra quart, they never mentioned that to us before doing it. They just supposedly put in an extra quart than charged $30 extra for it. Were from out of town and just traveling through so they suck for taking advantage of travelers and not charging what they say they do.

Called ahead of time for a price on refilling a 100lb propane tank. I was quoted $35+tax. I go and have it filled. When I go to pay they charge me $139.97. A total rip off. I will never go here again.

SCAM ALERT! Unethical new ownership! Last week my girlfriend went in for an oil change and ended up with a $421.19 bill. Unauthorized work was performed; the owner grossly exaggerated the condition of her car’s battery and used scare tactics to increase the “sale”. Later in the day when I confronted the owner, he refunded the charge for the unauthorized transmission flush, which was a step in the right direction. However, he never apologized for his transgressions which went way beyond the unauthorized transmission flush, but instead tried to deflect the situation by bringing up his military service and his daughter’s health issues. He did not own up to being wrong. As a long time customer of the previous owner, Dale Erickson, a very high level of trust was established by me because of who he was and how he ran his business. I cannot trust the current owner because of how he runs his business. I will no longer do business with this establishment and will suggest the same to my friends, relatives and countless business associates.

Got my gas grill propane bottle filled here and made the mistake of not asking the price per gallon before the fill. First they only put 4 gallons in an empty bottle that holds 4.7 gallons then charged me $17 or $4.25 a gallon which is more than a dollar a gallon above the competition. Ill go to uhaul next time at least they fill the bottle.

Poor service went at 4:45 to get a propane tank filled. Was told the register was closed out so they were unable to take payment and sell me propane.
