Clean and beautiful inside, I’m always in and out which I like. Obviously an experienced nail tech if they can do a great job in a short time.

Very clean. All instruments used on me have been through the autoclave (the machine that sterilizes metal instruments) Ive been twice now once for pedicure and French gel manicure (which lasted almost 2 weeks before starting to peel), second time, French gel manicure & eyebrow wax. I got different technicians each time but both were very good. They were meticulous and skilled. Im extremely ticklish and the woman who did my pedicure took it in good humor.Their English is pretty good, and though they do occasionally speak to each other in Vietnamese, I dont get the feeling theyre making fun of me as I have at other salons.Also, Ive gotten the feeling at other salons that the technicians werent necessarily there voluntarily, and Ive wondered if Im supporting human trafficking or something. Not the case here. It seems like a family operation, and the technicians seem happy and seem to like their work. Lastly, the prices are good. With the tip, I was out of there at $60 (with the pedi & gel manicures). I never felt the up-sell I get other places, and they asked before doing added services. Highly recommended!

Love this place!I needed somewhere to get my nails done for my wedding and this place was perfect. Their prices are great and they did an awesome job. They took their time with me to make sure it looked perfect.The salon was clean and used products I was familiar with. This will be my go-to place now whenever I come home!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love this nail salon. I was beyond impressed on my first visit. The nail specialist are educated, the salon is beautiful, and the products they use are amazing. I also thought the cleanliness was outstanding. There are so many scary stories of nail salons giving fungus or staff infections and this will not happen here they even sterilize their implements.Ill never go anywhere else again! I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is truly amazing! The nail techs are so talented and they do a fantastic job! I dont live here but we always visit family that lives here and whenever we go get our nails done together, we go here! Today, I came in with a photo of watercolor nails that looked a bit time consuming and difficult. It turns out that the nail pic I brought in was done with nail powder, and I wanted shellac, but the man who helped me still did a fantastic job and they look amazing!!!!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

Got my nails done I had an appointment and it was honored. I’ve been to other places during this COVID with an appointment and arrived and told to come back. But not here I am very pleased with this place.

I went back to Zen Nail Spa because, as a runner, I had the inevitable happen- lost a toenail. My usual nail salon said that there was nothing I could do, i would just have to have ugly feet until it grew out. Unacceptable!So, after glue on toenails and stress over my ugly toes, I decided to return to Zen Nail Spa to see what they could do. No problem! They just put an acrylic tip on, just as they would on my fingernails.Of course, Zen Nail Spa is super fancy, with beautiful artwork, couches, chandeliers.. And the pedicure was great. My tech, was SO nice, sweet, and friendly, talked to me the entire time, and did a perfect job on my toes. My only complaint, and its minor, is that although I love their musical selection.Zen Nail Spa, you just might have gained a new customer!

The salon is really cute and clean. The price for a new set was very reasonable and it also included a manicure. Im going on 2 weeks with this set and I still love them. I think my nail tech is new but please dont let that sway you, she did a fantastic job. I have gotten a lot of compliments and I will return for a refill

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Zen Nail Spa! I came in on the weekend and the salon was busy to say the least. I was worried it would take a long time or my services would be rushed, but everyone was efficient and kind. I also appreciated seeing them open the sanitized tools, that always gives me piece of mind about a salons cleanliness. They had lots of colors to choose from and I will certainly be back again.Salon is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly and owner is awesome.

Girlfriend kept complaining about my feet so she dragged me to get a pedicure. First off, this place is brand new and very clean which is a huge plus. Its also near downtown/midtown and easy to get to. staff did a fantastic job on my feet and gave a quick, but relaxing shoulder massage.Perfect place to get pampered. Girlfriend is happy with the results which is the most important!

They do an amazing job every time! I love coming here. They only do shellac which is good for your nails. They are super friendly too. Make an appointment the day before even though walk-ins are welcome, they tend to get busy at a moments notice. So, just call and make an appointment. When they do shellac the color will not touch your cuticles at all, this ensures the manicure will last the full 2-3 weeks!!

I did not catch the owners name, but I had a fabulous experience!I called in the afternoon on a Saturday and asked if there were any open appointments, she kindly told me that she was full for the day. I proceeded to hang up but called back to ask if I could come in first thing in the morning on the following day (I couldnt stand to see my nails looking this way for any longer). On a Sunday, I arrived right at 11am and she kindly took care of me with my shellac manicure. My nails look fabulous and I cannot wait to go back.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

The shop was clean and comfortable. All of the ladies were fun and helpful when I was undecided on what exactly I wanted. So happy I decided to come here. A little expensive for nail extensions, but totally worth it! They look great!

I called to schedule an appointment one afternoon, after having a particularly rough past couple of days. They were able to get me in on the same day I called! Upon arriving, my manicurist was so sweet, gentle, and kind...and even though I typically dont like to chat while getting my nails done (Id rather just sit and relax), her chatting was very genuine and didnt feel forced at all...I actually enjoyed talking to her! And she just made me feel pampered, cared for, and beautiful, which was especially welcome on a day when Id been particularly hard on myself and feeling uncomfortable in my body.The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and clean, which is what you want in a nail salon, of course. But I think the best part of my experience was the genuine kindness radiating from the employees there. Ive had manicurists comment on the poor state of my nails before (in kind of a rude way), but these gals were professional and non-judgmental.Ill definitely be going back there again!

Cant say enough of Zen Nail Spa. Since the moment you get there they greet you with such a good energy that you feel welcome every time. The quality of products and service is amazing. I highly recommend it. If you want perfect nails go there.

I love, love, love this shop! All the staff if so nice! They are the best mani/pedi place in Area.They do an excellent job and make your fell like family! You too will find yourself driving over an hour to frequent this salon! Go see. You wont be disappointed.

This was by far the best mani/pedi Ive ever had in my life!!! I went with my mother and Godmother. The technicians were professional and friendly, the spa is spotless, and they had great music playing in the background!Truly a pampering experience like no other! We three agree that the ambiance was calming and was a perfect experience - just what we needed after a very difficult day. I was visiting from out of town but now every time I come to Albuquerque, I will be sure to pay a visit to Zen Nail Spa!! I cant wait :-)I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

This is my favorite nail spa because 1) I get a thorough, quality pedicure; 2) the prices are amazingly inexpensive yet the level of service is fantastic; and 3) I can nearly always be fit in at the last minute/walk-in. Do I get my ego massaged? No. Do I want that? No. Does she ask me about my day and personal life? No, and I like it that way. However, they are more than willing to talk shop if thats your interest. Do I get a great pedicure? Yes, every time! Is is super cool this nail spa appeared in Breaking Bad? Absolutely! But I come back for the quality work.

It was my first time comming here. The lovely ladies took their time and were so detailed. Not to mention the amazing massage i recieved to go with it. I truely wish I got their names. Such a great staff and very sweet. Most places I have been to do a rushed job and you get sent on your way. But this place made me fall in love with them. They were able to take me on short notice. Great location on Osuna Rd. I got a mani and deluxe pedi, foot massage heaven! What really stood out to me was that all the technicians had amazing nails themselves. For some reason I really like that they practice on themselves and take pride in their own nails. That was a first for me. Reasonable prices, nice staff and a great location. Ill be back!

I called after work to see if I could walk in and she gladly wrote down my name for appointment on the phone. I got a full acrylic set and she took her time, made sure she wasn’t causing any discomfort and made sure I was happy with every step she did. She worked past closing time and didn’t complain at all so five stars

Came in as a walk-in today for a mani-pedi and received great service in a spotless, friendly setting. Added bonus was the super-relaxing hand/arm and feet-calf massage - better than any salon Ive been to on the mainland. Whether youre visiting like me, or live here, I highly recommend this nail salon.

The attention to detail was unreal. Although I arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon, I was getting my gel acetoned off within 10 minutes. There are also probably 100 gel colors to choose from. For price is the right, this is my new go to gel spot.

The staff was very sweet but for the price I paid I expected my gel polish would have lasted longer than 4 days. I brought a group of girls and all our polish was gone by the end of the week.Great atmosphere just not get polish

Very nice staff. I came with my daughter(9years old) and they treated her very kind and didnt just paint her nails in 2 seconds like other places did. She really got pamperd. We love this place.

Ive been a client at Zen Nails for the past year. I have been very pleased with the level of service I receive. Not only do the technicians make you feel as if youre their only priority (as opposed to others who seem distracted or disengaged), they also take great care to ensure their work is perfect. The spa is very clean and an overall well run/organized business. Highly recommend.

My regular salon was closed on my day off so I went here to get my acrylics back on. A few days later I had a swollen, infected finger that I had to get drained. The whole process has been extremely painful and I definitely will not be back.

Ive been going to Zen Nail Spa off and on for a good while and had been happy with the service. Some of my friends go there as well, and one of them even takes her young daughter. Last Sunday, my husband and I went to get pedicures, and there was a little bit of a wait, which was no problem at all.They finished with the client at the spa chair nearest us, and she moved over to the table to have her nails done. A guy dried the spa with the towel that had just been used on her feet and told my husband it was ready for him. Seeing this, I said that it hadnt been cleaned. The guy insisted that it had. I said, no, this lady just finished and moved over to the nail table; it has not been cleaned. The lady herself spoke up and said that it had not been cleaned because her service was just finished. They then proceeded to scrub it with cleaner and a sponge.They told me to sit down in the spa next to it, which had not immediately had a previous client, but I can only imagine now that it had not been cleaned, because I saw this happen with three other clients in spa chairs to my left. Not one of those spas were cleaned, as I watched employees finish clients and put new clients directly into the same chairs without any attempt to clean the spas.I certainly wont return, but I want other people to know how unsanitary this salon is. Im grateful that I havent had a problem in the past, but especially now that Im pregnant, its even more concerning to know that Ive been unknowingly exposing myself to such disgusting conditions.Theres no excuse for these sloppy and unsanitary practices, and there are solutions to scrubbing spas in between clients, like using disposable liners. Ive reported this to the Lead Compliance Supervisor at the State, but I really want to make sure as many people know as possible.

Everything is great: friendly, professional, and my nails lasted a long time without any chips. I had to go on a trip and couldnt get my nails redone as I had wanted, but both my pedi and gel mani lasted way longer than anywhere else Ive been.

Decided to give them a try since theyre close to work. Wow! Kathy did beautifully - pedicure and rebase. So glad I found my new spot. Highly recommend 😍

I’ve been getting my nails done at this salon for about 2 years. They are very detailed in giving a good manicure and pedicure. They take the time to clean the nail bed, cut cuticles and polish my nails.

My fingernails could belong to a hand model and the soles of my feet feel like silk after yesterdays visit to Zen Nail Spa. I had arrived for my manicure/pedicure with ragged cuticles and Velcro-like soles. My daughter makes a point of visiting Zen Nail Spa at least once during her visits from England and highly recommended it to me. Im glad I took her advice.

Finally gave this place a shot after living in town for a few years. The nail techs were nice and professional. I decided to go with an ombré SNS on my hands and regular pedicure.

Zen Nail Spa is by far the best place Ive been in this industry. They are VERY clean and careful, which is hard to find in Albuquerque. The two shop owners are amazing. I would definitely recommend Zen Nail Spa!

I love coming here I will not go any where else. I go to do my eyebrows here and will not get it done anywhere else. IAM is the best for eyebrows and she always takes her time. If you need them done I suggest and request her all the time.

I started going here not too long ago and was really happy the first few times. But then one of the girls did a HORRIBLE job on my new set...within a week 1 nail fell off. They fixed for free and I was happy. But then 3 more fell off a few days later. I made an appt with Thao because he does a good job however I requested a discount for the poor job that was done last time. He agreed. he told me for color tips it would be 45 and with my discount he would only charge 30 this time. Well on the price board it says that colored tips are 26.95 so I asked why I had to pay more even with my discount and he stuttered quite a bit before settling on its cause you have solar powder. For one, I did not ask for solar powder. Two, Ive been getting my nails done long enough that I know he did not use solar powder. Ive never been lied to like that at ANY nail place and I can promise you, I will not be returning. Customer service rating...ZERO!

Our office purchased 6 pedicure gift certificates for our Facebook Mothers Day promotion. The location is central to all parts of Albuquerque and the facility itself is clean. The moms who received gift certificates were very happy.

Went in to get a gel manicure. Nobody else was there and received horrible service. The girl was on the phone the entire time, three hours later my gel is already peeling and the she left patches of my bare nail. Horrible service I will not go here again.

I saw the good reviews and decided to try this place out. Bad customer service and the technician giving me a pedicure took forever and the work was subpar.Guess the good reviews are from a difference era.

Will NOT be back they messed up my nails, the did a full set gel which it’s expensive and my nails were so thin they broke within 10 minutes ... I went back and they just literally do it over the broken nail! They do not do a good job at all.. I would t waste my money agin on this place ..!!

Hours on website and door stated open until 7 pm. Went in at 5:45 pm for a nail removal and full set and was told no because it would take to long. If so then a note needs to be made that no nails will be done after 6. Very disappointed, as I was excited to try them out.

My favorite and only place to go in Albuquerque!!! I can always schedule a few seats for my frinds and I to go on a pedicure outing. Use good sterilizing equipment like dentists, always clean, a beautiful decor and I simply can NOT complain!

Super rude nail tech. She did not listen to what wanted. When I asked for her to make the acrylic tip longer, she huffed her breath and rolled her eyes at me. I try not to be a a difficult customer or complain but if you’re paying for a service you should get what you ask for.

I was just passing through ABQ and found the Zen Nail Spa where I popped in for a mani pedi. My experience there was the best Ive ever had. Instead of the usual loud and irritating Fox News or daytime drama Andreas Bocelli was playing on the TV screen with beautiful scenery in the background. A lovely young woman took her time with my pedicure while I relaxed in the better than typical massage chair. I had brought some reading with me but found my time to be so relaxing I just enjoyed the meditative experience instead. Both technicians took immaculate care with my toes and fingers. I dont remember anyone ever being that meticulous and I received by far the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had.

Really Crappy customer service me and my daughter waited there for over 2 hours. My daughter wanted her nails done and nobody would tell her there is only one lady that does acrylic nails there!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. The least they could have told us instead of having us wait there forever is that no one would be doing my daughters nails for prom, but instead they let us wait!!!

This is the ONLY place that requires a Fill after 1 week of having a full set. Besides it being sloppy, it wasnt worth what I payed for at all!
