Decided to get my first ever mani-pedi while at the mall. I didnt have an appointment but they fit me in.Tommy took care of me wonderfully, explained everything and patiently answering my questions.Very happy with the result, and if I lived in Abq this would be my go to place.

Came across this place by accident but I am so so happy with it. The guy did my nails absolutely PERFECT. They are thin and strong and shaped properly and he was so gentle with the drill. Didn’t leave those red burn lines on my nails like my usual place does. This is my new place!

I used to love going here until I tried to get one broken nail fixed. I waited for over 45 minutes and watched them accept multiple people before me. Wound up leaving that day. I Went here for 2 years and was never remembered and was even questioned if I got my nails done there. I won’t be going back.

Horrible experience!! Had a manicure where my nails were put in barely warm water and left hand was immediately taken out to barely work on my cuticles. Received 4 coats of nail polish pressured to do gel polish which I refused. I had lint on a nail and she just put polish over it. They did not use individual nail files and only used a rough buffer which left my nails bumpy?? I showed the manager Tommy how my cuticles were not cut back and had polish on them his response was its the polish. The gal told me my polish would not dry for 1 hour I said is that because their is 4 coats she said its 3 of polish 1 is a top coat?? I wish I could upload a picture! So I can upload pix. I am now adding new photos of how they look today the day after... I went in to show Tommy he said if he cuts my cuticles they will bleed I can change the color he will do just that its the color that is the problem...No thanks! I can polish my own nails and will now pay for a proper manicure from Concept Nails!!!

I paid about $80 plus a ten dollar tip for a set that was worth the money for the designs but the quality of the nails were not good, one broke 3 days later i had to pay $9 to fix it and not even 2 days later my other nails were lifting by the cuticles i hadent even had them for a week and a half and they all came off. im honestly disappointed because i hadnt had my nails in a ling time and paid a lot almost $100 dollars.

I had bumps on my nails from gel polish. They didnt ask me if I wanted short or long nails so I have short nails.

I have been going to Nail Pro for 5 to 6 years and Ive never been unhappy! Tom who does my nails always is persistent with my nails being perfection! He is very talented in what he does and I will continue to give them business! Ive tried many different nail salons in this area over the years and nobody does nails like they do! Theyre always kind and pleasant and have never been rude to me! Thank you Tom! My nails are the neon yellow nails and also the Chrome and tiger eye nails picture as well!

Nail Pro staff are friendly and the guy that did my mani and pedi was very nice and I would return again. I told him my nails grow fast so I got the french tip.

I had just recently had my nails done and I am very happy with with the outcome. I got seated fast and showed the lady what I wanted. It only took about 30 minutes to finish my acrylic set. They were even and beautiful. It has been about 2 weeks now and they are still on and look great. I recommend going here!

I don’t even think they deserve a one star. I was the only customer in there and I was getting a pedicure. I told her not to cut my big nail shorter and she did, she kept cutting me from pulling off my skin with the clippers. My toes are now a mess, red, hurting.she pulled off my gel nails instead of soaking them as well. Worst pedicure In the world!I would never recommend this place even if I was desperate for a pedicure!!!!

They made a sloppy mess of my daughters nails. The nail polish was all around her cuticles and skin. They rushed us out and the nail polish didn’t even dry! Don’t waste your money and time! 😡

My friend and I got our nails done here we came in a little after 8 and they asked what we wanted and gave us a price right away, they were very nice and did a wonderful job. Me and my friend love our nails. They gave me exactly what I wanted.

Me and my aunt went and they did a poor job. they were to rough with us and put out nails on crooked and when we asked them to fix it they blamed it on us saying it was our fault it was that way and never fixed it. the nail polish is applied poorly. that shape and edges are also done poorly and uneven. I wouldnt recommend going here especially with their pricing

First off. My friend and I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. It was my anniversary weekend so i told them that I wanted an ombré French tip. The lady was very nice in the beginning and I even showed her a photo of how I would like my nails to be and also had it up for her to look at. It was very simple. When she was finally done with putting the white powder on it the pink shade was next. But it was a very light pink. And I asked if it was going to be fixed. And she said yes when she puts on the gel polish it will be better. In my head I’m thinking... okay how can a clear coat make it look better?! So i let her just do one nail and... it was the same. I told her she didn’t blend it out correctly. Plus I clearly had a picture on my phone that she can look at constantly. So manager was called and he said I told her that it was fine and I wanted it that way... I looked at her and said “really?” After she lied about it to her manger I explained to him about how I wanted my nails to be and he said she’s done this before I don’t know why she did this to you. Oh by the way they were going to charge me $75+tax for just my nails. So i told them I wanted it to be taken off and there was another guy wanting to redo my nails and take $10 off, after this I just wanted to leave so denied that offer. THEN, the manager wanted to do them but i had to wait for 40 mins after he just took a customer and take of $15 😑 I’m sorry but no. I had to run other errands before my flight. But the pictures says it all. Never will I walk back into this place or refer anyone.

They are half fast and did not spend time doing my manicure all they did is put lotion on my hand and a hot rag. They painted my nails in 5 minutes and I let my nails dry for 30 minutes and as soon as i left the store my nails messed up, if i barley hit my nail or touch them they immediately mess up. They also make you pay before getting your nails done. I do not recommend spending money there at all, its a waist of money.

I have been getting services done by Nail Pro for over a year now and everyone there are Great at what they do, are friendly and all pros! I would recommend Nail Pro at Cottonwood Mall to everyone i know . Thank you for the Great services you all do.Love It!! ;- )

I won’t even give it a start if I could I went in and was so excited to get my nails done. The person was so rude to me and keep asking if I had the money and thought that I didn’t so refused to do my nails until I showed them my card and that I didn’t acrylics and they started falling off 2 days later and I didn’t do anything with my hands so I don’t know how. I will never go back there especially for the price

If I could 0 stars, I would. I got my nails done 4 days before my wedding. By day 2 my nails were falling off. The staff were super rude. They are located in the mall thats the only good thing about this place. Super expensive too.

This place may be convenient because its in the mall, but it was the worst experience and a waste of money. If I could describe in simple words, it would be RUDE, OVERPRICED, and MEDIOCRE!! I went to get my nails painted with gel nail polish with a design. They charged me $50 which I believe is much too expensive from their starting price. getting my nails done, the lady cut my cuticles, not once but twice! I just wanted to get out of there since I had a lot to do, but the lady took two hours! For gel painting? She kept starting over because she was unsure how to do the design and I asked her in the beginning if she knew how to do them. She agreed. In the end I below satisfied with them, but I paid with no tip Only four days later several of my nails started chipping. I am not rough on my nails I went back to get them fixed and the man was VERY RUDE! Accusing me that I did something wrong after 4 days. Feeling disrespected, I just wanted my money back so I could get them done elsewhere. He refused, I asked to speak to the owner he again refused and called security on me. There was no policy in refunds posted and neglected to explain anything I was asking from him. Overall IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Their work isnt worth the money AT ALL! ZERO STARS!

Way over priced! My daughter (6 years old) had a color change on toes and finger nails that cost $20. They didn’t bother to trim back her cuticles a bit. Most places will even if your getting a color change. I had a pedicure and it was the worst! They rushed through it and it wasn’t relaxing at all. They were very pushy about getting gel nails which I didn’t want.

They were very rude and rough. The nail polish peels off. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Im not one to complain but REALLY paid over 100$ + tips for two pedicures that were a mess water was going everywhere from one of the pedicure chairs they threw towels everywhere once the noticed all of everyones shoes and purses were sitting in water then they go plug in gel lights saying youre OK dont worry! Ummm Electricity and Water!!! It hasnt even been a week and my gel polish has chipped all over the freaking place and they look like its been a month! (Its just a cuticle you can get close) UGH all I know is if you are good and your service is there good word spreads... But when you go pay that much for that not such great things are being said! Ill never waste a dollar in that place again!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is convenient because it was in the mall where I already was however I will never waste my money here again. The man who did my nails was rude and very unfriendly. He charged me 20 extra dollars because I like my nails longer. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never been charged 20 dollars for my length...maybe 5 extra but definitely not 20..he also didnt bother to tell me until after doing them.I got fungus in my nails 2 days after getting my nails done here as well. I had my nails of for 2 weeks to let them breath before getting a new set. I ended up having to take them off less than a week after getting them because of the fungus. A complete waste of 45 dollars (45 dollars for a plain set of nails and I opted not to have them painted.)

This place gets NO Stars from me!! The worst place ever!! The guy who did my nails was rude !! I asked to have my acrylic nails off instead of soaking them in acetone he used a plastic nail to take them rip them off which was painful ..After he was done I told him all I wanted was Gel color, he filed my nails crooked and the Gel color came off after a few days .... I also wanted a pedicure which was even worse, I wanted the color off my toenails and wanted to let them breath for a few weeks, he clipped my toenails didnt bother to file them, the bottom of my feet were rougher than they were when I came in!!! And then he charged me $65 for everything and had the balls to tell me to come back!!! I will never I repeat never go there again!! In the 30+ years I have been getting my nails done this is the worst place and should be shut down!!

My sister and I went there to get a gel French tip manicure. They took soooooo long to see us. When we were getting the manicures, the girls scrubbed our cuticles so hard and after we got finished our cuticles were so swollen it hurt to even try and open a door. Worst place ever!!!

I will never go here again because they were rude and retartded they wanted me to get gel nails because they were not getting any customers they should be shut down and never open another
