The last picture is what I originally got ( my hands and toes did not match, and they were crooked) The owner reached out to me and asked to fix the issue (The color and the shape) The first time I went there I had a bad experience with the tech as well as the nails. Unfortunately I still wasn’t able to get what I wanted even after going back. The nails did turn out beautiful the second time and the manager who did them was kind and still tried to get me what I wanted. The owner still wants to fix the issue. I appreciate them contacting me and wanting to give me what I asked.

They took their time to make it a relaxing experience. Not to mention, they’re very good at replicating nail art you show them from Pinterest. Loved it.

I can make an appointment or walk in and see seriously anyone and I know Ill be happy with the outcome! I will never go anywhere else. As a first time customer to this salon I was utterly disappointed. The girl who was doing my nails initially decided she wanted someone else to do them. I thought it was odd but went with it. I requested a manicure and a nail dip. To my surprise they only did the dip no manicure. Which was a little surprising given my cuticles needed to be cleaned up. The girl who did my nails was too busy gossiping with her coworkers and did a horrible job. My nails weren’t filed evenly and one of them had a big air bubble. When I returned to at least get what I did pay for fixed they made it seem as if it was my fault the nail tech I got did a poor job. Now here i am 3 days later and my nails now have cracks from the “repairs” that were made. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else because this place has poor customer service and subpar work. Hopefully they’ll get it together soon because what I got wasn’t worth what I paid for.

The workers were polite and friendly. The quality of service was great. Paid $80 for a basic pedi and manicure that were both gel with french tip. Wait time was none (they basically took me as soon as I walked in). Came in at 11:30 and was finished with both services by 1.

I love going here. I hadnt been back since before the pandemic. It was my first pedicure and my nail artist was clean, professional and kind. They are covid safety conscious. Ill be coming back!

It was a wonderful experience. I went to get my sister and granddaughter a pedicure. The staff was so positive and patient with my sister who has dementia. The woman doing my sisters pedi, saw that our was hard for my sister to understand verbal directions, so when she needed to do my sisters other foot, she touch which leg she needed my sister to give her. It touched my heart. And the man that did my 5 year old granddaughters pedi, did it to her liking, and asked her input because her input matters. Thank you all for the wonderful experience there. I never give anywhere a 5 star. But you get one.

I love the atmosphere here but the quality on nails lacks. I don’t know what it is but this young lady who did my nails put the fake nail where it was soft on my real nail and had no option to pull it off and it took all my nail. It’s the quality of the nail application that could prevent this. Do better please !

Appointment pedicures for 2. Worst place to choose out of all the places nearby. Never again. One lady walked around with no mask bumping into people and touching her nose wiping it on her apron. Our techs rushed our overpriced pedicures. We wouldve walked out but since we both needed time away from kids and spouses we sucked it up like champs.

I had asked the nail tech to fix a very visible mistake on a nail. She then proceeded to tell everyone around her that if I didn’t like my nails I could do them myself not knowing that I am in fact fluent in the foreign language she spoke. I did not want to escalate the situation so I stayed quiet. I will never go here again, they are extremely disrespectful and work was of poor quality.

I’ve been going to La Luxe Nails for over seven years now and they never disappoint! All the nail technicians are extremely polite and talented. I never request anyone in particular, I just show up, but now they are doing appointments only during the age of Covid. I look forward to coming and seeing them each month and putting their skills to the test as to what crazy photo I find online that I wanted to try, and they’re always such a pleasure to talk to.. They are very personable and they all keep up with the newest trends, styles, and designs. The salon is very clean and the prices are extremely fair considering the quality of work you go home with. It’s like wearing art on your hands! Might go-to Salon.

I went in for a mother-daughter pedicure a week ago for my daughters birthday. We got the deluxe package and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I went in for a mani/pedi and got Jordan. She was very attentive throughout the entire two services. The foot massage was so relaxing especially after soaking in very relaxing hot water. When I mentioned I like the water hot she made sure it stayed that way the entire time. She was friendly and chatted with me but allowed me time to just relax and enjoy the pedicure. She asked questions to make sure I was happy with everything. This shop always has great service but Jordan was especially EXCELLENT!!! The mani/pedi from them always last a long time which Im sure is from the quality of their products & the knowledge of the techs. This is a great shop with affordable prices & PHENOMENAL SERVICE, I highly recommend it.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional! None of the employees talk freely, as if theyre not allowed to interact.I had to change seats four times at their request while they juggled clients. The tech did not listen to what I had asked for on my nails so I ended up with a tolerable set. It was eerily quiet during most of my time there. Their credit card machine wouldnt read my chip card so they yelled back and forth about my no good card in front of the entire, busy salon, kept entering the number wrong then demanded I leave my phone to go get them money or call someone to bring money. I had to show them my online account balance before they brought over someone who properly entered my card and the transaction went through. There was no acknowledgment of their mistakes or any apology offered. (Side note, I immediately used my card at two other stores without incident). I will not return and do not recommend.

I called the salon but there was no answer. Maybe like 5 mins after I received a call but i didn’t know who it was so i didn’t answer. Then i got a text right after & it was the salon texting saying sorry they missed my call & were able to help me with what i needed & i loved that ! In my experience salons never call me back, i just have to keep calling. So that was awesome!

Great ! Got the Deluxe Pedicure and loved it. Will Definitly come back for That. Loved the option of scents and the whole service provided was worth every dollar. Got a scrub, lotion, hot towel treatment, stone rub, and bag service that helped take dead skin off. Best pedicure in a long time.

Customer service was NOT welcoming and kind. Rushed job on my nails. Was very demanding of payment as I walked in, instead of allowing me to see what the finish product looked like and if any adjustments needed to have been made beforehand. (I was willing to pay extra if we needed to make edits on them). Will more than likely not go back or recommend if you want quality work for what they charge to just take from your hard earned money meant to treat yourself in a positive way. Beautiful facility with terrible employees that are not trained well on how to be well mannered in customer service.

I first came to La Luxe in Fall 2014 and enjoyed the friendly and excellent service. Just came back for a second time this summer and the experience has gone way down hill. Abrupt greeting at the door, directed to a chair that hadnt been cleaned (had to move the old, dripping fast food cup from the side table in order to sit down). The attendant barely spoke to me except to bark Foot back in water! or to ask me Just a pedicure? When I started to answer she replied Yeah, yeah, I just wanted to know what you wanted. She then pulled out a Dremel tool and ROUGHLY jabs my feet with it - it hurt! She never spoke full sentences, just tapped my feet to signal when to put them in and out of the water. The rest of the time she spoke in a foreign language to her co-workers. I was so glad when it was over. It was uncomfortable and I felt like I was on a production line. Before she was halfway done she pointed out a co-worker and said Shes taking payment now. Seriously? When that attendant came by I offered her my debit card and she rudely replied Just give me a second, okay?! What a shame. Not ever returning.

I stumbled across this nail salon via Yelp. She was friendly and efficient. Awesome location and great staff. I will definitely come back here, its good prices!

Nail techs were talking poorly about a certain costumer said her first and last name in front of me and another woman as we were getting manicures. Saying how this costumer wanted to dispute a payment and now they are going to deny service to her next time she comes in. Very unprofessional and breach in confidentiality. As I write this now Im nervous the salon will ask each other if they know me and deny me while speaking front of other costumers. Either way I will not return.Also, both nail techs were discussing their income taxes pay and their pay at the salon.

I came here only because the salon I usually go to was on vacation.The first time I went it was what I expected. I got my acrylic nails filled, got a nice color and was out in less than an hour which is great. The lady was really nice.The second time I went, it took 2 and a half hours which was just extremely off-putting. I understand that popping off my nails is bad, but I prefer it as Im usually done in an hour. I had time-sensitive things to do that day and had to cancel all of them. The tech was really slow in every thing she did and was distracted. She didnt rush until her friend came in to get her nails done. I had acrylic shavings under my nails and one of the gel topcoats was lumpy so I had to sand it and redo it by myself at home. I had also asked to round the corners a bit so that they didnt snag, scratch and poke things or me but they were still sharp. She also told me that whoever filled my nails, which was my first visit, did a poor job as water had gotten in and was trapped so there was a bit of mold. Luckily it could be sanded off.Ill be heading to another salon in case my regular nail salon isnt available.

Started going there 2 months ago & things seemed to go very well. I took my daughter & later even a couple of friends. I went back. 3rd time & discovered my girl was no longer there. I tried someone else out. I just wanted to find a place & not have to be jumping around. Well BEWARE!!! As one post said everyone is welcoming there--dont be deceived. You dont know what kind of mood the manger there is in & how unprofessional, nasty & down right rude she will be one time & the next up & happy. Theres too many places around to have to give my money to a down right snob!! Dont take the chance.

WORST SERVICE EVER! If I could they wouldn’t even get 1 star. Today I went in to get a pedicure like I always do because I get ingrown toenails and the people at la luxe nails have always been really good at taking them out for me. So the lady starts doing my toes and she starts to try to take out my ingrown and it starts to bleed so she moves to my other nails and does better until she makes another one bleed but keeps trying to do whatever she was trying to do and makes it bleed more I eventually pulled my foot and she said “sorry there is a lot of dead skin” but I didn’t see anything. I forgot to ask for her name and when I went back to ask for it they didn’t want to give it and started being every rude and said a manager would call me to talk about my service but doubt they would, but I was honestly just telling my friends and coworkers to go there because I’ve never had bad service but after today I will make sure no one I know goes there. They for sure lost me as a customer.
