Ive been a patient here for 5 years maybe a little longer. I have always praised this place. Including staff etc . I am highly disappointed and have lost all confidence in your staff and in your nurses etc. This is a place that is supposed to be a vital part in me changing my life. I of my own free will chose to come off of 10 years of benzos and just started the tapering process and all I have received in return is strong lack of communication especially when it comes to leaving messages by phone and through my press chart. I am aware there will always be flaws in the system and no one is perfect and that your doctors and nurses are busy with patience on a day-to-day basis but even then your front desk employees and your nurses dont even talk with care or compassion they talk to you as if they are in a hurry because theyve got to get to their next patient this decision was not an easy decision for me but with that said I find myself dissatisfied with the way my medical and my mental health is being handled and having to go through what Im going through at this time and losing all the confidence I once had makes my current situation even harder once I have completed my tapering process I will continue my care elsewhere

I am responding back to the owner in response to my wife Jamie Fondys review that was posted 18 hours ago. Id like to address your general response to her review which is the exact same response to you gave to Darby Moxham last week. I would have expected a little more of a different response considering each patients complaint is unique and different. Id like to suggest you change the scripted response you keep giving to different situations. It is not necessary to give the patient care team phone number when we can clearly see on others patients reviews it is not helpful. Maybe going forward you will have something more personalized and a better suggestions set in place. Thank you for your time

It has been nothing but an absolute uphill battle from the beginning in regards to any of their behavior health sciences. Originally I was directed to a more crisis oriented therapy which was not what I needed at all despite being very specific about the type of therapies that have been effective for me in the past. It was wasted time and money and truly felt like an excuse to bill my insurance and get more money out of me.The morning of my “new patient” appointment, I get a call from the office saying that the doctor has called out sick, but the newest “new patient” appointment is more than an additional month out. I had a follow up appointment 2 weeks away from my original date, which they wouldn’t switch to become the “new patient” appointment because “that’s not how we do it here”.Individual’s mental health is not something that can just be pushed off another month because of the incompetency and inflexibility of how an office operated. It’s cold, horrendously unkind, and unacceptable. I have been fighting for this appointment for over 4 months just to get, and they respond by giving me an additional month to wait. I understand people get sick and things happen, but it’s apart of their operations to be able to handle those situations without a great detriment to their patients. Which this office has overwhelmingly failed to do. This is how people get forced into the more crisis oriented therapy because of neglectful policies and practices like this. But, I’m sure they’re able to get more out of insurance that way so it’s probably a win-win for them regardless.I’d recommend trying to find any other place to go outside of Presbyterian. Unfortunately, I’m more or less strong armed into this and really don’t have a choice. I’ll be doing my best to find any other behavior health outside of their system and hopefully be treated by an office with the slightest amount of sympathy or flexibility.Update: I called the number listed and they told me it was for ‘members only’. Again, an incompetent response to dealing with a dysfunctional office and operations. This only makes me wish I could get out of their system for mental health issues even more. These people do not care and can’t even feign to care. Is caring about your patients well being that difficult?
