Terrible customer service. The website says:Outcomes Inc. offers low-cost, sliding scale counseling services for individuals who lack health insurance or the resources to pay full fees “out of pocket”. The fees for our low cost counseling services are based upon the client’s household size and income. Depending on your household size and income our counseling could cost as low at $10 per visit.When I called and explained my circumstances the woman who answered was short, rude, and explained it was $100 assessment and $100 a session. I asked about the website and she said they were in the process of changing it.A little kindness would have gone a long way. If shed been nice and said something to the effect of Im sorry we dont offer sliding scale anymore, were in the process of changing our website. Would you like a referral to other possible counseling services? I would have been thrilled. Just some indication that they actually care about people..

I would give zero stars if I could ! I went to this place on referral from my primary care Dr to receive help with stabilization as Ive been diagnosed with PTSD,depression,panic disorder and gad. Was treated like I was a junkie looking for meds the psychiatrist didnt even look over my records but instead grilled me over a pain med script after a surgery I had several months ago! Will be contacting a lawyer to discuss further action as I was disgusted with the disregard for my health I received here.

I would give no stars if possible. The last of the 6week group WAS supposed to be a goodbye kinda like party. But instead. The lady Margarita made us discuss rape. And I told her I would appreciate it if we didnt discuss this because of flashbacks. But she gave me attitude and said if its bothering me I can step out. This group is about mental health. And FORCING us to discuss things that are MAJOT triggers is a form of abuse. I recommend *NOT* going here for any type of therapy. It is also against the law to force is to discuss something like this. Its called Hippa. Sheade one client talk about her story. Thats none of anybodys business. Horrible horrible horrible.

I think that Outcomes merging with Christian Counseling (April, 2013) is proving to be problematic on many levels and, at times, burdensome/complicating for the client. However, there are some very kind, interested and supportive therapists at this company.
