Terrible experience. Will never go back if you get Kaela run! I was originally worried when I saw her name was Kayla with an E. I should have left then ! Now I have horrible burns! If I could rate this lower I definitely would.

There are not many sugaring options in Albuquerque but it doesn’t matter, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone who works here is so kind and professional. Kayla is amazing and I always look forward to seeing her. Sugaring is so much better than waxing in my opinion and this place is fantastic.

I have been sugaring for three years and been to so many places and bare sugar studio is by far the best. Every esthetician there knows what they’re doing and they’re all so friendly and calming! They also do amazing airbrush tans and are not as expensive as other places. I never write reviews but I absolutely love this place and their customer service!

Bare Sugaring is absolutely the BEST in town!

Lisa, the owner is the queen of sugaring! And if you cant get into her full schedule, all of her girls are great also! They all have great energy and make you feel comfortable during the service. Sugaring has worked over hard wax for me.

So glad I found this studio. Called last minute for an appointment and was able to get in same day. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. The sugar wax was quick and painless and doesnt irritate my skin like hard wax. I am very happy with my results.The prices here were much more reasonable than what I used to pay for the same treatment when I lived in California. I will be a returning customer!

Sugaring is a piece of cake compared to traditional waxing! I had my first sugar Brazilian with Kellie and it was so easy! Kellie was so calming and sweet. I will definitely be returning!

Sugar waxing is the way to go!! This technique has really helped with the ingrown hair issues of regular waxing. Kaela is my go-to.

This has been my go to place off and on for the past 5 years. I love when I am able to schedule with Lisa, the owner because she provides a stellar service. Wendy is also a wonderful person. They are friendly and make sure that you are well taken care of during your visit checking to make sure no ingrown hairs are left behind.I would normally rate this 5-stars if I only went to these two ladies. However, on my last visit, I was stuck with a new girl (a redhead, younger) that I had never seen before. I dont recall her name, but to call her a novice is accurate. Perhaps more training or apprenticeship is required for sugaring for her, but this was very uncomfortable. The amount of pulling, too hot sugar, and left behind hairs wasnt worth the cost. No clean-up provided and it was just all around awkward.The other issue is with re-booking. From a business standpoint, wouldnt you want your receptionist trained upon checking out a client to re-book the client for their next session. This never happens and I am always the one to initiate the re-booking. Due to this, I havent gone back since August. A bad sugaring and no re-booking bothered me. I do love this business, just not all the time. Last year at Christmas time, each regular client got a mug which was a wonderful token for clients.If you go, see who you are scheduled with before you make the appointment.
