I called wm at 7:50. Apparently this is too early for them because i waited 18 minutes on hold until they finally answered, and then transferred me to the wrong division, where i was then transferred again. And then without me even staying 1 word they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me again without saying hello or anything. For the record my tone was cool calm and collected, now i am very irritated because it shouldnt be this hard to speak to someone about an issue that could be taken care of in a matter of 2 minutes. I had to give them a 1 star for this interaction because (0) wasnt an option

It is criminal that they have a city of albuquerque contract. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Complain to bernallio county commissioner

My neighbor and I are often “missed”, sometimes for a week or more. The drivers say the bins are not in place but they are every time. Multiple calls to the out of state number work about half the time. No accountability. I have started to withhold payment. We will see if that works.

I recycled something that I didnt mean to. I called WM because i know they go threw and sort it to see if they came across it. I was treated like trash. I cant believe people get payed to treat people like that.

Waste Management, like Direct TV, makes it so difficult to cancel service. Their cozy relationship with Bernalillo County is shameful. Why do I have to give Waste Managment a good reason to cancel my service, and why does Bernalillo County have to approve it. So glad to be gone from Bernalillo County and the Albuquerque area. It is a crime rid, dirty, and politically compromised place. Waste Managment is an arrogant company. Wonder why they send my a phone number to call for cancellation, and then was transferred around and left sitting on hold. These monopolies are probably lining the pockets of the politicians that are approving them.
