HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. I asked for a simple hem and owner Reza forgot about my dress, returned it to me in pieces. He cut it with scissors and refused to give it back unless I paid 140$ He completely ruined my dress.

I brought in my dress to be altered a month before the wedding that I was in, and he finished it so quickly! I went it without an appointment, the owner did the measurements in less the 5 mins, I paid before hand and that was it! He was very nice and even allowed me to pick up my dress on a Saturday, even though he was closed that day which I was so thankful for! Definitely bringing any other future dress alterations and/or my husbands uniforms to AAA Tailor Shop in the future!

I have been going to this tailor shop for years. I will never go to any other tailor shop. I have always left the store with a smile on my face. All the clothes that I have had tailored from this shop have been flawless. Great customer care and service. Definitely recommend!!

Brought in a one piece jumpsuit to be hemmed. It was a very stretchy fabric which can be hard to sew. I would 100% go back . I appreciated the fact that he marked the clothes to the correct length. The final product was better than how it came from the manufacture. When I purchase my next outfit that needs hemming I am going back. I usually do it myself but for the cost and quality I will no longer be doing that. Worth every penny!

This tailor shop is one of my favorites. I always get my clothes on time. Reza, the owner is really sweet and always makes sure’s my clothes are tailored the way I like.

I took jeans in to have a zipper replaced. Reza looked at it and told me he could fix the zipper and not have to replace it and it would be less expensive. It was done very quickly and it was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I burnt a sleeve on my Carhart jacket and they patched it with the same material. I saw my jacket and was impressed as it looked like it came from the factory as repaired. We live in SW Albuquerque and drive across town to use this tailor shop. A true professional doing professional work. I recommend them to everyone.

Tried this place twice and both times my items were late had to go back several times for them not to mention he had them for weeks at a time. I can write a long story of excuses and BS this man gave me but not going to waste more of my time on this place. Never ever will I deal with this place again!

Literally, the best tailor that I have ever used! He works tirelessly and meets deadlines, great customer service, and excellent results! And believe me, if he does your measurements, you wont need alterations, if someone else does them, he will alter any item to perfection within a timely manner. Going anywhere else would be a mistake. Plus, his German Shepphard puppy is the cutest! 10/10 would recommend!

The head tailor is very friendly, and very sharp; he knows his trade. He can be a little blunt when you ask for the physically impossible, but it immediately shifts into brief educational talk about tailoring, and what he can do to help you achieve the desired results instead. If you need skill at a very fair price, you know where to go.

So happy to have a place nearby to take everything from suits to be altered to patches to be sewn on. Superb customer service and spectacular prices. I highly recommend AAA Tailor Shop!

I purchased a bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding. Shortly after making the purchase I found out that I am pregnant. Reza had the task of altering my bridesmaids dress to fit my growing baby bump. I was very worried that my dress wouldn’t fit me well and I would be uncomfortable in it. Reza did not give up on my dress and made sure that I was comfortable. He did a great job on my dress and I received many compliments on how my baby bump was so cleverly shown off in my dress. Reza put a lot of hard work into my dress. He is very polite and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to others and I will keep him in mind when I need alterations done in the future. I asked AAA to alter some cycling clothing that was unsatisfactory; 2 pr of cycling pants that another tailor had altered but done badly, and a new cycling shell that needed armpit zippers. Both Reza and Joey did perfect jobs; the pants are now usable, saving me from having to buy new ones; and the pit zips were done in to my rush request and in a manner as good as the original construction. Thanks to both for their entirely professional work!And while they are not cheap, their prices are more than reasonable; I fully expected to pay at least 50% more for the jobs I requested.

I took a dress to have the him raised in the front for my son’s wedding. Took it with plenty of time. He seem to think it was no problem and it would be done in around a week. He never called me after a week or so so I called him after about 10 days. He said he hadn’t done it yet but he would get on it right away I could pick it up the first of next week. When I went to pick it up he had not even started it. It was almost a month now I was running out of time for the wedding I took it and got someone else to do it in about two days. He is not reliable and he does not have time or does not have the experience to do it. It was a bad experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Reza is a very professional tailor. What I like about his work is the attention to detail he puts into his work. He loves to repair his alterations the way originally designed by the manufacturer.

Reza is an awesome tailor. I am 5 tall and consequently I can not buy anything and wear it once I get it home. So with that said I have taken many types of clothing for alterations and they look as though they came off the rack with no alterations. I am amazed at his tailoring skills! Everything comes out perfect. I am also very happy he is on the westside and I dont have to go across town to get tailoring. You wont be disappointed.

My wife and I took some items in recently. They came out perfect. As someone who wears suits all day, a competent tailor is important. Albuquerque and Rio Rancho have a severe shortage. Ive tried no fewer than six other tailors in town. AAA is without question the best in town.

Left my order on a friday, guy said he would have it by tuesday. He procrastinated and didnt have it done til tuesday 7pm AFTER he closed. He didnt offer a discount for his tardiness. Only had half the order done, and was late again on the 2nd half of the order. It was basically two pairs of pants that needed some sewing. He sounded confident that it was going to BE simple and quick.It took FOUR days to complete. FOUR working DAYS(thats 32 hours.)He was on the phone with an earpiece both times of my visit.My advice? find a tailor who values their customers time and comes through on the promises and sticks to their word.

Don’t know what the service is like, because I drove all the way here on a Saturday morning from Santa Fe and they’re CLOSED. Their Google Business page says 10AM to 6PM, Apple Maps says 10AM to 4PM...the front door says CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday. Please update your business hours on Google.
