As a stated by another reviewer, there is a language barrier which I rate problematic. I found a white stove and after they agreed to fixing a noticeable scratch, I purchased it. Upon delivery, the one scratch was fixed but three new scratches took its place. The delivery was not worth the $60 fee! The truck was a regular pickup with no lift. When I brought it up to the delivery men, they said (drive all the way back) to the store on Menaul and get a touch up kit. When I called Carmen, she did not appear to understand and said I could exchange it. It hasnt been 30 days yet so hopefully I wont have anymore problems. It was a very frustrating experience. I would shop elsewhere.
I would with this place theyre expensive on items went for part that she said she had drove 12 MI to find out it wasnt it she did not ask me why it came off of I tried to tell her. Dont waste your time look around.
The prices are good on used appliances. The 30 day warranty is a bit weak. The staff speaks broken english (primary language is Spanish) making it difficult to communicate.
Bought a refrigerator and it worked for a week, it then stopped working. We took it back and they replaced it with another refrigerator that also stopped working in a week. We took it back for the second time after being inconvenienced with 2 trips. As they took the broken refrigerator into their store the main owner told his worker to put our broken refrigerator back into the show room because it still “worked”. Bottom line is do not shop here with these crooks! They just exchange broken appliances out with different customers. His warranty says it all! You only have 30 days??!! Very bad unprofessional service!
One of my favorite places since I hate buying new appliances when used ones will work just as well. And if they dont, Ive found that these folks are very helpful in making it right.
My significant others father purchased a Kenmore HE2 dryer, and IT DOES NOT WORK! I wouldnt recommend anybody purchase anything from this store! What a rip off, and to a SENIOR CITIZEN!
I bought a stacked w/d about a year ago and it still runs great.
Good and cheap 👍
Awesome appliances at fair prices. Saleslady was the best. I highly recommend this place.
They were friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and all around accommodating. I explained that I am a single mom with an endless array of laundry responsibilities. My dryer just broke and I needed a new one right away. They helped me find the right washer/dryer set that suited my needs and my budget and even hooked them up and allowed me to sit and watch them both cycle through so I could leave confident in my purchase. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, so i havent actually tried them out at home yet... but I have high hopes. If everything works out, I will definitely be returning to them for my future appliance needs. Thanks guys!
Very nice staff and great prices.
I bought a refrigerator from them that worked 10 days and stopped working. Took it back they traded it for another one just like it. It worked 4 hours. Took it back to try another one. I was even willing to pay more for another type. I wasnt in the store 5 minutes when this older man comes from the back, pushed my money in my hand. He didnt speak a word of ENGLISH and just wanted me out of the atore. I was very very disappointed in this behavior. I will never buy from them again.
So far no problems but I do realize the products they sell are used and I do my research before I purchase.
Dont go here. Serious waist of money. They said the dryer I bought was only a few years old. It broke within 6 months and when I had a repair person come out to see it (because US Appliance required you bring it in to them...who can do that??), he said it was over 20 years old, had short circuited, and that replacing the motor was pointless (not to mention more expensive than getting a new one) as it would short the new motor in no time. They ripped me off. The washer I bought from them also broke in a matter of months; I was able to repair it, but for a hefty cost.
Just got a washer and dryer from them. They delivered and did a bad job with install. They plugged it in and took off without letting me test the appliance. Ended up figuring out they didnt turn the water valves on. Same thing appears to be for the gas to the dryer. I do not have the tool to turn the gas on so I know must spend more moneyAlso they banged up the units done during the time it took them to haul it over to me
Seemed like good prices for used machines.
I bought a stackable washer/dryer from them. Appx 40 days later the electric board went out on the dryer. they refuse to swap it out or replace part for reasonable price. Never using them again. Now have a new broken dryer. Thanks alot.
Good place for well priced used appliances!
Too busy to talk to us. We went other stores..
Bought A refrigerator and it stopped working after 3 weeks. They replaced with another because of 30 day warranty. Of Course I had to do the delivering to and from. Well after 6 weeks, about 42 days the next one stopped working as well. They only offered to waive labor fee but still charge me for parts. Of course as long as I bring it in! So now Ive lost over a hundred dollars worth of food and meats and they are not willing to make things right. Very bad experience!
They sold me a fridge that did not work. They replaced it with another fridge that doesnt work either. When I asked for my money back, they refused to refund my money. Janet signed my name without my consent on their policy agreement. The people that delivered my fridge did not speak english and scraped my floors and the walls. They refuse to pick up the fridge and state that I have to bring the appliance to them. If they deem that I didnt transport it correctly (entirely subjective) they will void the warranty that is 30 days from date of purchase. The shop itself is dirty and they are rude. They tried to blame me for both appliances not working, saying I loaded it with too much food (I had thrown most of my food out) and then made excuses saying the freon was jumbled. They treated me like I was stupid and pointed out which compartment was the freezer and which was the fridge. BBB has multiple complaints. Great prices and guarantees!!!
I bought a dryer from them sand the tumbler sounds like it is grinding. I called to ask about the warranty. I was told they will not come to fix it but I had to bring it in. I was reading the warrenty at the same time I was calling I said oh there it is. The lady on the other end said I will now read it to you. REALLY I am not a child I said I saw it and admitted my mistake. To top this all off they never charged for the delivery fee and called me later asking me to pay it.She was very rude very unprofessional. I will not be purchasing anything from them again I will not recommend them to anyone. UNBELIVEABLE!! I wish I can give them no stars.
