I went here since my regular hair stylist was on vacation, and I needed a hair and beard trim like yesterday. I booked with Chris Farley, this guy is a master of his craft. He is so detail oriented and actually listened to what I wanted. I think he knew what I wanted and did it better than I described. The place is very clean, anytime they used a towel, it went straight into a bin. The stylist next to me even wiped down her chair for the next client, who was the brother of the previous client. I liked the ring light at each station, it seemed to serve a duel purpose, one to shed light on the stylist client for hair cutting and two so you could take that fabulous selfie after your done. This is a very stylish place with that old school feel to it.

I was well satisfied. Will be back.

Beyond unsatisfied and disappointed with the quality of service I received. If you’re not 100% able to do the service. You should not list it as a service you offer and charge people. I received an eyebrow arch and my eyebrows “were” shaped so that you can easily follow to clean them up. I expressed that I’m growing my eyebrows out to be fuller so please do not make them thin, just clean them up. At the end of the service my eyebrows are extremely thin, dramatically uneven with no definedshape. Folks in Albany just do what they want. I should have known something when he put Got2b holding spray to lay my eyebrows down before beginning. I will not be going back here, nor will I recommend anyone male or female to go.

McIntosh at Prestige Barber Lounge got my boys RIIIIIIGHT and at the last minute. My boys as well as my expectations were exceeded! The service was impeccable and the cut is Fiyah! Thank you so much again!
