I usually come here all the time, even recommend it to my boyfriend. We’ve been coming here for months and the customer service is always great but today I came with him and Charles attitude was miserable. He came off like he didn’t want to work and therefore it was hard to trust him on our car. Everyone else is good tho! Just won’t be coming to him anymore

The service was very good. But I had no idea that they would try to sell me more services, like cabin air filter, engine air filter, and etc... I also chose a wrong time to go, I waited ever 45 minutes.

Its okay, a little pricey for the wait, definitely do your research on price... There price is the same if not more then the dealerships.. So check around.

I went to get a car wash here and they put the cars so close to each other the car in front of me immediately hit my car and they didnt do anything about it. so unprofessional, ill never get a car wash here again. Tried to spin every excuse. Unprofessional.

Won’t take my car anywhere else! Been a Valvoline customer for years, but this is my second time at this location since i moved. Great experiences both times. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me to get other services done like other auto shops do. They only recommend things that i actually need. Love the car wash afterwards as well! Customer for life for sure

These guys were awesome! They had me done and out of there in no time. Very professional. It was really cool how these guys communicate to each other. They would shout out different tasks that were being done and completed to each other and it actually made sense for the safety of the coworkers and safety of the car being worked on. Great job. Priced fair. I wish i could write all their names on here to tell them how good they were. One of them was definitely named Rich. So Rich and the rest of the guys thanks a lot. Ill be back again. Also I got a free car wash and the people there were great as well. Thanks everyone. This place is top notch.

Whoever gives a bad review of this place they have to be lying. I have been here a few times while working on the clock with my company and and handful of times off the clock in my personal vehicle. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this place. Every one of them are very respectful, courteous, professional and quick. I have to admit the price is a little high but well worth it. They check EVERYTHING from head and tail lights, blinkers, wipers, air filters and top fluids among other things.

Kim singleton said it pretty well. Crazy long wait. I dont consider spending 2 hours at this place instant in any way.I will say that the staff was very kind and they were professional. But I was welcomed with a 20 minute wait time and did not pull out of the place until 2 hours later. If I didnt desperately need an oil change I would have left after 30 minutes of waiting.

When I came in one of the employees was very rude to me when I was driving my car in. I obviously didnt know how to and he kept rolling his eyes and throwing his head back like it was the end of the world.. But then I got serviced by Sam and he did an outstanding job. Very professional, well spoken and kind. I would recommend him to anyone honestly.

This place is awesome. They are quick and always do a great job. I had a sleeping baby in the car and they were as quite as possible, even whispering to each other to not wake him. I will go nowhere else!

Went to get my “ oil changed” and they actually forgot to put my oil in. Paid good money for it just to get robbed. Of course I didn’t catch the problem earlier but nice to know people here can’t do their jobs.

I tend to come here for my oil changes, as I have had problems at other facilities. Never had an issue and all the workers are quick, friendly and professional. However, sometimes the wait is exceptionally long to get into the bays. Generally I dont mind waiting because its better than leaving my car at a garage and coming back for it. The workers give a general wait time, but unfortunately the wait tends to be much longer than stated.

They were knowledgeable and was able to educate me on tire pressure and other aspects of car maintenance pertaining to my new car. They work together to ensure the job is efficiently completed and each customer has a great experience. Thank you!

I had called the night before to verify they could work on a Mini Cooper S. I spoke with a woman named Dawn. She said yes as long as they have my oil grade and filter in stock; which in their system she said they did. She quoted me on the price and sent a coupon. She also went ahead and quoted me on a transmission and radiator flush.So the following day I drove in line. A gentleman walked up to my car and said “We don’t work on Mini Coopers here anymore” I responded by telling him that I spoken with someone the night before and she verified they did and had the parts needed for it. His response was “Nah we don’t do that here” and walked away.I understand my car is a difficult set up and now I’m unsure if you really do supply the service or have mechanics that don’t have comfort in it. If Dawn was able to verify my parts, I would assume my car can be serviced here.Fortunately for me I found a local mom and pop mechanic that came as highly recommended as this Valvoline that can and will work on my Mini Cooper.This is in no way to bash this location or business. I just believe better communication on services needs to be applied.

The guys here are great!! Besides all of the questions they have to ask, lol. Two men assisted me, one did the oil change, and the other asked the questions. When I was about to pull off, another man told me to have a good day. They were very respectful men.

I do understand that we are in difficult times but I should not have to wait over an hour in line when Im the next car to get an oil change. They never even said anything. The other line went through 4 cars while I waited. This is ridiculous. If I didnt need this oil change, I would have left and I will never be using them again.

The most expensive oil change I have ever incurred. Be sure to ask the price of everything they do. I will never return. I take responsibility for allowing them to upgrade my oil from good to better without asking the difference. The difference was close to $30. Ouch this is my first ever review ever on anything

To some it may just be an oil change no biggie. On the other hand it is the life of your vehicle. I’ve had fleet vehicles taken to many different places some private some chain oil and lube centers. I could tell from the first time I brought my vehicle to Valvoline in Glassboro these guys were a little bit different. Paul and his guys really care and try and make everything go as smooth as possible. Although paying to get your oil changed can seem to be a little pricey but you get what you pay for at Valvoline in Glassboro. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Drive in, no contact except handing them money, then used hand sanitizer. good stuff easy peasy. Btw i did not get a discount for this and i do not give good reviews. these guys are playing it smart and thats what we need right now. good job guys

Be wary of coming here. The staff did not properly reinstall the skid plate/rock guard and it ended up popping of and dragging under my car a day after I got my oil change.

Dont waist your time here service is horrible, I had the oil changed on my Honda Civic, they removed the skid plate and never put it back on plate. I found out later it was missing, I called Paul the Mrg. and it was thrown out and now they wont make good on it.
