An hour wait owner told me a few minutes instead of giving me the option to come back in 45min to 1hr and I would lose my place. Four other customers came in and he said Thanks for coming back well be ready for you soon. Another customer made an appointment and didnt get seen till 30mins later. She mention the reason she book an appointment is to avoid the wait, owner responded its hard to honor appointment because business is unpredictable. 3 ladies came in right after I sat down and made it know they all need pedicure and would need to leave in an hour can they accommodate, the owner looked around but didnt give them an answer just advise to sit and theyll be with them shortly. I knew from my wait and they probably couldnt accommodate. I left and they were still waiting after 20mins pass. The manicurist knew I was irritated and was rushing she end up cutting the side of my finger. Ive been coming here for years but notice the communication and honoring customer time has slightly fallen. Ill probably explore a few other shops.

Totally did not scrub the dead skin cells off. One of my toe nails looks as if I did it myself.Totally not happy about my technician ability to do nails. What a waste of my money.The only thing I can say about this place was that they were friendly and the chair gave a pretty decent massage, music wasnt bad either.

I thought I would try this salon for a second time. Mistake...rushed pedicure clearly unfinished in like 7 minutes. When I asked the nail tech to not clip my toenails so low, she did any way. She tugged on my feet harder and began speaking in her native language. She was more interested in the customer next to me who she was not serving.Clearly this was not a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I have no issue with people whose first language is not English but it makes it difficult to communicate.

The acrylic tips and gel mani cost a grip but fell off 9 days later. When I asked for a refund or at least a gel mani they said they do not guarantee their work.

First time customer and they took advantage of that. They overcharge you if you aren’t careful. They add to your service without telling you it’s going to be extra. Something I thought was included in the package and I was not asked if I wanted to pay extra for it yet they charged me extra anyways. Not good customer service and not worth the money you pay. Don’t recommend it.

This salon is the best in customer service. They are the first salon I have ever tried. After trying many other salons I always end up coming back here.

Bad experience all around, rushed unprofessional and just unpleasant.I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome as soon as I walked in, no one even looked up to acknowledge me. All the workers seem distracted, one took a break in the middle of my manicure and said she was tired and the other burned the bottom of my foot by holding a hot stone in one place for one to long. They kept getting up and walking to the back of the salon in the middle without any communication or instruction. The whole experience was disjointed and had me feeling more like a burden than a customer.

I came here for the first time yesterday and usually I go to another nail shop by my house. This time I went with someone to the Nail Shop in Alameda and had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE ever in 25 years of getting my nails done in the east bay at salons.DO NOT GO HERE!!! they seem clean, and have fair decor, however the customer service is extremely poor. I had an extremely uncomfortable and useless conversation with the male manager/owner that works in the evenings. He was condescending and tapped his fingers on the counter while I was speaking to him. The price for the type of full set I received was ridiculously overcharged for the quality and service given.The man doing my nails did not listen to my requests for the shapes to be naturally round and short. He proceeded to make my nails smaller than my nail bed, and shaped them almond shape like the claw shapes that are popular now. I had a nail crooked and had to ask him and another woman several times to fix it.The man would stare and not work on my hand another woman had to step in and started moving fast. I had one hand that they used oil and cleaned my cuticles the other was not done. When the man was finishing painting my hand he pinched me and looked at me, I had to tell him that pinching is not ok and pulled my hand away. When he was done he told me to go sit down so with wet nails I had to pick up my stuff to go dry my nails. Then I look over and the man is carrying another ladys purse and items over.The treatment and disrespect I received from everyone involved was poor, I will never go here and ensure to communicate all this information to All of my clients in all of my many jobs not to patron this place.Not to mention they allow their spouses in white Toyotas to pick up their workers and block traffic in front of the street almost causing accidents.

They do a Horrible job. I had acrylic nails done and in one month I had to come back 5 times because the Polish and the acrylic kept chipping. I also noticed they use soiled utensils on customers. Thats disgusting.

I went to get my nails done at this location and not even 2 days later they chipped all off and then they didnt want to give me a refund then argued with me about I waitied for over an hour to even get service to even try to get the problem fixed i would not suggest this place to anyone and them they only wanted to give me half of what I paid for the work
