I applied online, recieved a call moments later, came the next day .fearing the moment of denial with low credit, no history, no savings for down payment and a co-sign combined income of 4500$ roughly. After being denied by all dealerships. But Eddie and forest are great sales members who are upfront and honest from the start. The alternative to approval based on income greatly helped vs just the credit score and down payment. Amy with financing was wonderful as well. Overall a great team . Buying process works out just fine, get a decent vehicle that is affordable. One problem, CNAC which handles the financing does not give you any room to breathe. Paid off one car through them, on my second vehicle never missed a payment, always on time. Ran into some financial troubles and called to see if I can make some arrangements and the maximum time they would give me is one week which doesnt help when you get paid every 2 weeks. I guess that is how they help out return customers. Thanks for nothing CNAC.

I worked for this place for about a month in a half during my interview process they sent me to 3 different locations canton Akron and Medina for multiple interviews. As I began the process of working there they didn’t train me correctly then spoke to me as if I was at the company for years. I had reached out to the GM Marty multiple times and all he did was side step the issues of them being passive aggressive towards me. I had an issue one day with Amy a financial manager there about speaking to me in a disrespectful manner and from that point it just put a bad taste in my mouth. They had me selling vehicles and I had never got the chance to even get a sales license or finger print. If your looking to be treated with respect don’t bother to work here they are passive aggressive and lack the leadership to help you build a career within the company.
