Vans is absolutely fantastic. They not only were able to diagnose an issue with a previous vehicle, but were also willing to do a thorough check on a new vehicle my wife and I were wanting to purchase, BOTH completely free of charge! They are also very professional and were a trustworthy mechanic reference from a family-friend who has had years of experience with their mechanic, Mike.

I called in and asked about prices and how long a repair would take to get a new tire on my car. I had looked online and called several places before going to vans. They had the best prices, the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and professional. When I arrived the staff was all just like the man i spoke with and they got me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend them if your looking for a place to get good quality and a reasonable price for auto repairs. I will definitely be back.

Stopped in bc I had a bolt in my tire. Very friendly and got me right in for a quick repair! I had my dog with me who they welcomed in to the waiting room :)

I dont know about their other locations, but this location of Vans I found very honest and fair. The Old Company McIntyre they kept some of their employees when they bought this business, and I found them to be good people. I had a wheel alignment done at a big-name competitor, the competitors spent about 20 minutes on my car, the computer readout show that barely aligned anything just outside specs. I was not happy so I took my car to Vans had them do the alignment they spent twice as long, the computer readout showed they adjusted everything and the computer printout showed it was perfectly aligned in the middle of Ideal specifications. Ive also had them check and replace other things on my car in the past and they did a good job. I trust them. If because of convenience Ive gone to another competitor, and the work was not performed right I end up taking it to Vans at this location for them to correct and make their competitors work right. I have a mechanical background, so I know what to look for, thats why no Vans does it right.

It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them. The technician was straight up and very honest with me about what I needed to get fixed before he could do the alignment. Got it fixed and he completed the work that was needed.

I’ve gone to Van’s thrice so far & each time they were extremely helpful and efficient. They answer every question & volunteer answers you don’t always think to ask. Some places talk over your head and try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge, but I don’t get that impression with these guys. They give me professional Unc & Pa vibes. & I appreciate that as a young woman trying to take care of & get the most life of my vehicle.

Woke up to a leak in one of my tires and Mike answered the phone and got me straight in so i wouldnt be late for work. Ive always used conrads for tires but Ive never received service like that before so this will be my new tire shop.

Too expensive for minimal amount of service I definitely would Not recommend taking your business to them unless you Are desperate But they are nice people even though they will take you to the Bank$$$$$$$

Decided to go to this place for my tires strictly because of all the good reviews. Booked an appointment 5 days prior only to show up and they didn’t have my tires. Mind you that I was driving around on a flat run flat tire because BMWs don’t have spare tires.. Was told they would call me when they located the truck that my tires were on and they never called me back.. Not only did they derail my entire day, I then had to pay almost $100 extra somewhere else because I was in such a bind. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them, completely unprofessional.

I brought them my 13 inch knock off low rider wheels & new tires in the spur of the moment needing them changed. They changed and mounted new tires to the wheels quickly in a timely manner and did a good job. They had a very positive customer service attitude. I appreciate that.Thank you! Honesty and quality Is what you’ll find at Van’s. Two qualities that are hard to find at an automotive shop. I had a weird nail stuck in my tire and ended up at Van’s To purchase a new tire at the recommendation Of a friend because the guy at the tire place told me It couldn’t be repaired. At Van’s Mike came out looked at the tire and said wait let me have my guy look at it i think it can be repaired. So instead of paying $300 for a new tire I paid around $20 to have it fixed. Mike thank you! You and the crew at Van’s are rare gems! I will recommend all my friends and family and I’ll be back.

Called to get a quote on tires, agreed on a tire and price. When I picked up the vehicle the price had dropped by 15% due to promotions that I was unaware of and did not exist at the time of quote. Not to often do you get great service and an unexpected discount together. Nice to know there are still good people and businesses out there that are not out to take advantage out you. They have our business hands down!
