How is this place just have good tire deals sometimes they dont seem very organized but they do have tires at a fairly inexpensive price I do not guarantee their tires at all if theyre on your car and working fine they will not replace him I found this out the hard way purchase two tires and the next day Mom was flat I called them up they said they would look at it I took it in as it had a small Hornet and wanted to charge me for it just purchased the tire and drove home never had a problem Anythink puncture in my tire I believe there was already a screw in the tire they had a slow leak but they wanted me to pay was not happy with them at all I rather spend a little more if necessary to get better customer service and somewhat of a guarantee on the tires I buy new or used

I had the worst experience with this company. I typically go to a place up the road and have never had problems. I decided to stop here one night after work instead to get a tire. Huge mistake! First of all, they have all major credit cards listed below their sign, so I assumed they would accept my debit card. Wrong. You pull around to where they put your tire on, and a sign lists cash only. I confirmed with an employee and sure enough, I had to walk to a gas station to pull money out. So they put the tire on my car and the guy who put on my tire made sure to tell me 3 times before leaving that they have a 30 day warranty. The 30 day warranty is listed on the receipt. It made me nervous that he kept repeating himself. Like something was wrong. Sure enough, the next morning, my tire air was extremely low. The valve stem was broken. I have a newer model car so a new Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor valve stem cost me $20.00 than $10.00 for someone to put it on. I didn’t even go back to this place because they seemed so shady and I knew they would not take responsibility for the valve stem. However, the tire I had purchased kept going flat and losing air so I went back to Arlington Tire because of the 30 day warranty I was promised. Lo and behold, there was a hole in the tire. They would not do anything but charge me to plug the hole even though I was well within the 30 day warranty period. They wanted to charge me to plug the hole! Saying they couldnt tell if it was my fault or theirs. They were going to be kind enough to split the cost of the plug with me. I explained that I already lost money by having to replace my valve stem which they broke. I repeatedly asked what the 30 day warranty actually covered and they could not tell me. The manager would not even come talk to me, she sent out a guy that was rude and snarky right away. I have never been so ripped off by a company before. DO NOT GO HERE. I could not believe they treat people so poorly and are so misleading with a TON of competition around. I have gone to both Sams on Arlington Street and Tallmadge Tire and both places are so much better. I am sure any place would be!

Cheap cheap. Not sure what the previous poster was pissed off about. She was probably a jerk and the girl handling the cash will mirror your attitude. Theyre a cut rate used tire place and dont hide anything. They are cash only as monster places like this are. Will mount and balance for almost nothing. Im always in and out about 30min max. Will definitely continue to go there.

Ive sat here for almost 2 hrs to get 4 tires on my car while the workers were to busy attending in conversations and infants and toddlers who are sitting in a car unattended for who knows how long baby has no pants on and its freezing and raining ....Ive never in my life seen such in professionalism in my entire life in which I now have to contacts someone to come and give me a jump because my battery has died this is absolutely rediculous I will never spend my hard earned money on this nor will I recommend them to anyone horrible experience to worried about snorting lines of method then dealing with your customers in a timely manner!! P.s but your kids in daycare or find a sitter for your children instead of keeping them restrained inside a freezing car you shouldnt have kids your worthless excuse of a parent you should be ashamed of yourselves

Do Not go here, if I could have gave them negative stars I would have!!! They sell old used tires with bubbles in the side walls. They will face the bubbles in so you cant see that theyre dangerous! They charged me $40 for one tire. Said it had a 30 day guarantee, then made me pay another $20 to fix their mess up. Bunch of druggies that arent trained change the tires. They also charge for mount and balance. Yet they do not even own a working balancer!
